Clean hotel, friendly. Descent of gambling.

Hotel was great and the staff were amazing. The room could have been a little cleaner.

I really wanted to love this place because they are trying aand they get a lot right. First the good: The pool area is awesome, the newer south tower section is as good as you will find in vegas, the views are amazing. the free boat ride across the river is great. The amnites are aboundant (arcade, movie theater, bowling alley, night clubs, etc.), the restaurants are okay at best. Needs improvement: The north tower section really needs an update, it has a 80's cruise ship feel. The rooms also could use a slight update, the furnishings are ok but the blankets could use an upgrade. The directional signage could use a major upgrate. The casino is a bit of a maze and better sinage would greatly help. The bad: I had a major issue at check in, what should have been a $150 hold turned into three sparate transactions totaling a hold of $250 and a completed transaction of $125. My attempts to resolve the issue duing my stay was fuitless and staff were dismissive. I was notified that i needed to contact accounting on Mon. since the issue was discovered Fri. afternoon. To their credit, they made an attempt to correct on Saturday evening (without telling me) but I was still overcharged by $125. I will call on Mon. The area: The river and riverwalk are awesome. The area does need some investment and the other casinos appear to be faring slightly worse. But good for a weekend. Overall: We did have a good stay, and would probably stay again but the place does need sme improvement.

We were there for five days. Car museum is awesome. It’s free if you’re a member. The chicken is awesome crispy chicken, order the pizza from there too. Convenient when the in-laws are staying at the RV park. Second time we’ve stayed there, won’t be the last.

The hotel was all remodeled since the last time we were there everyone was friendly and it was very clean

Just a few days meeting up with some friends...The Hotel is very dated...But our room was fine...We upgraded to an Executive Suite...The worst part is the Casino is so smokey...Even the Non Smoking area was bad...We went next door to the Aquarius Casino to gamble and eat...There ventilation system was better...Thats where I would stay next time...cough cough

Stayed here for a family birthday celebration. Great room, fantastic rate, wonderful views! Easy check in, easy check out.

Stayed for adults only/couples weekend was great. Clean rooms awesome river view

The hotel is really huge and lots of cigarette smoke.

Not a fan of the pricing games between hotels.com and properties that advertise fantasy rates. The "resort fee" is a money grab invented by Vegas greedy corps. Beds in hotel resemble medieval torture racks. EV charging guarded by Valets to extract more $$_ while advertising "frée" charging. The room reeked despite being in the Non Smoking tower. Also ac didn't work.

The food and coffee was not good

My first stay at Riverside and the room was very comfortable and clean. Really great value for the price

Everyone at the Riverside was amazing. Our room was very nice, clean, spacious, and we had a great view of the river! We look forward to our next visit, and will again stay here!

I LOVE DON LAUGHLIN'S RIVERSIDE!! Amazing! I have no other words. The staff are very friendly, outgoing, caring, nurturing, and super accommodating. The place is gorgeous, the food is delicious (it is FOOD; come on, people), and the rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean; I love it all. The Riverside has everything I need, including prime real estate access to ANY ACTIVITY which Laughlin has to offer. How about a long-winded "story?" --- I love staying here. It's where I met the first love of my life in 2004 at just 22. Unfortunately, she passed away a few years ago, pre-COVID-19. But, being able to visit our spot in the bowling alley, where we ACTUALLY fell in love, means the world to me. Thank you! Have a great day.

Family get away

It was a very clean and comfortable room. The view was very calming. The price was very reasonable.

Cigarettes smoke was disgusting!!! Whole casino and rooms. Terrible. The front desk guy couldn’t find my reservation and was VERY RUDE! I will never stay at this hotel again. EVER!

We stay here a few times a year, and it was good as always. The adult pool was great, and the bartenders were friendly. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, the room was clean.

The room was clean and modern. However, the hotel lost internet tv services from Saturday night till checkout at 11 am. Severely disappointed.

Property is old, but was sufficient for an overnight stay.

The hotel cannot find the reservations, then they put excuses and those make troubles with my husband and me, first thing they say is not reservations for my family, when we provide the confirmation number they say they never accept the booking because my husband was banned from the hotel because he make damages on a room on July witch was not true but make mad all travel such accusations not make me happy because my husband is never without me, he don’t travel along and he never go out without me. After all and see our reaction finally they say the found our reservation but we have to wait until 6:30pm to 7pm to get the rooms because wasn’t ready. This place charge for water bottles and resort fee was per day not for reservation.

Overall the stay was decent, the one thing that wasn’t was the WiFi it was absolutely the worst WiFi I have ever experienced in a hotel basically to the point it was unusable! Luckily my cell service was above average so I could work off of my hotspot from Optimum Mobile! Room was clean for the most part about as clean as a hotel room can be.

Room was clean. In need of remodeling the box spring cover on one of the beds was half off. If you want quiet don’t take a room above the pool.

It was a birthday trip for my niece everything was great except I didn’t like my hotel room being knocked on and open before 11am !! Then at 5 min after 11 being rushed to leave !! I was unable to call front desk no extension in the phone my husband was not feeling good needed a lil more time to leave
