Check in was good, just a slow computer. Front desk lady was welcoming and helpful. The carpet in building is very aged and in much need for an upgrade. Shower had remnants of hair from previous folks. The bed was sinking into the middle and was lumpy with springs a little noisy. Cooler/heater was loud and made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Arrived at 4 pm and room was not ready. Waited an hour for it to be cleaned after an 11 hour drive. We finally just left and came back at 9 pm. When we arrived back, 2 police cars were outside the front entrance along with hotel staff and 2 females. We waited for the police to leave and went straight to bed. We got up the next morning to find that someone had kicked in the door 2 down from our room. We did not feel safe there and checked out at about 11:30 am. We had 4 days left on our reservation was was assured by hotel staff that we would receive a refund for the remaining 3 days on our reservation. We did not. We were forced to stay with my brother and his family for our stay. I will never stay here again and neither will any of my family. Absolutely awful. Guests beware. It's not safe there.

Bath & Body Works products in room, especially lotion were good. Dirty tables in dining room; show with constant swearing on TV during bkfst; homeless woman loitering outside, smoking & at checkin area; Yellowed, lumpy pillows/cases, bed not neatly made; paint scraped off of walls in room; broken-down couches in hallways. Sad state of affairs!

Check-in was interesting. It was after 7 pm, the room had not been cleaned. The gal at check-in went and cleaned the room for us. Parking was bizarre and access to the property was not convenient. I had booked a 1 King bed suite. What we got was two rooms with a shared bath. The toilet did not work properly. There was no coffee maker in the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy and stuck to my feet! The room stank of damp. I would NOT recommend this as a stop for my worst enemy.

Our room smelled like stale cigarettes due to other guests smoking. We went & bought air freshener & Glade plugs ins. It got so bad on our second night that OUR room looked/smelled like we were smoking. Had to open the wi dow, turn AC fan on & spray the Febreze The breakfast was om.

No towels in room, door wouldn’t lock, pool was green/brown, exposed wires by hot tub and then lied ti Expedia when we checked out early to get a refund stating that you were unaware. Pretty sad.

Our sink plug was broken, the bathroom doorknob was broken, toilet ran the whole night. There were candy bar wrappers behind the bedside table. Pool was super run down. Way too much chlorine and husband had severe pain, redness and swelling when water got into his eyes, had to go back to the room to shower off. The hot tub was filthy, stained and no working jets. Bathroom in the pool are was disgusting. Breakfast was sub par.

The room was satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. There was no one at the desk when I arrived... there was a phone #. Since I was out of Canada, the call cost me $12.60 Canadian (international roaming charges GST). I wish there was another way to call the attendant.

the lady that checked us in was amazing! A crusty washcloth was found behind the night stand with you can only imagine what on it. Another issue arose when a guest was screaming in the parking lot at 5 AM because she had her tires slashed. This had woken up my children. The front desk agreed to a late check out of 12PM. The housekeeper tried to enter my room 3 separate times. One time was when my 7 year old daughter was changing. Not impressed.

It looks like the property is on its way to being transitioned from one type of hotel to another - the problem is - it's not really feeling like a "clean" and ready to go hotel. The swimming pool area was terrifyingly dirty, paint chipping, the hot tub was broken, there was paint chips lying in the pool, the area around the pool just felt dirty. It was really gross. The beds felt small - I'm sure they were fine, but they felt small. There were two remotes to get the tv to work. One to turn it on and one to actually use the channels - except every room is different so they couldn't even give us a heads up before we couldn't figure out how to work the tv and had to call on the staff to help us. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, but we feel the place still needs some work before it's ready for a 4- or 5-star review.

This hotel is average. It used to be a Days Inn but it is not up to those standards. It’s quite run down. I had read that they had recently reopened the pool. Warning. This pool isn’t even circulating water and there is no ventilation. My son put his face in the water and immediately started crying from burning eyes. I think all they did was fill it with water and dump a bunch of chemicals in. We had to flush his eyes out. We won’t be going back to this hotel.

You can tell this is not the cleanest hotel in the world. But based on the price I didn't let this bother me. When I woke up in the morning I noticed a black spot on my chest and after closer examination it was a bug. I reported this toat check out and they seemed stunned that happened, until I showed them a photo of the bug. Then they said they would tell house keeping. YOU NEED AN EXTERMINATOR!

This hotel is fine for the price. The breakfast was good and there was plenty. The desk help was friendly and helpful. We had a glitch with our TV and the Desk Clerk came to our room to fix it immediately. The hotel was clean and quite. Nothing fancy. There was a pool but we did not use it. We needed the room for sleeping. We did not spend extra time in the hotel. I would stay there again.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The statf was nice. The hotel is in very neglected state. We had a chair in our room that had a burn mark in it and was shredded on the back of the cushion. The room advertised a couch but there wasn't one in our room. The bed was very very comfortable but overall this hotel needs some major repairs. Our room was on the 2nd level with no elevator. I am handicapped and have a hard time climbing stairs....I requested a main floor room but was told there wasn't one available. Overall the word that comes to mind describing this hotel was scuzzy.

Very dated hotel. Pet friendly, but you have to walk across the street to the walking paths. I asked about being able to come in a different door than the front, was told we could with our keys, definitely not. Only the front entrance can be used. Old burns in the floor, there was a battery in the sink drain, and no toilet paper holder. We didn't utilize the pool or breakfast.
