The building was extremely run down and DIRTY! I am not a stranger to trying a less expensive hotel, but this place was awful. Probably the worst I have ever experienced.
4.0
Location OK.
Bed and room OK.
Cleanliness OK.
Curb cuts in front are not well marked and could not be seen well for driving in.
Could not find staff when we arrived about 10pm. Looked around for about 10-15 minutes before one appeared.
Room 112 TV didn't work (no channels available). Refrigerator didn't work. Staff moved us to 113 for 2nd night.
Room 113 TV only had one local channel we could get. Refrigerator did work there.
Breakfast is bare minimum. Not much choices. First day didn't have waffle maker out. 2nd day they had waffle maker out, but no eggs. Noted no water pressure in sink first day.

The tv didn’t work, the air conditioner was very loud and there was a disgusting stain on the bed sheets

The front desk lady Katrina was very apologetic and offered me a discount no the room but as booking.com had already charged me this could not be done.
The room was dismal and when I went in the bathroom the towels hanging up were not clean. There was no smoke detector just wires hanging from where it should be and there was a burned out lightbulb in the bathroom.

Good deal. It met expectations.
The view of the dumpsters outside my window wasn't great.

convenient location. pool was clean and warm
knowing that many of the oilfield employees stay there more attention to keeping hallways and garbage taken care of for other guests needed. couldn’t use regular pool entrance and pool area was cluttered and tables not clean. By the side entrances there were lots of cigarette butts and along the parking areas between wall and parking, lots of dog poop. a dog pooped inside one of the entrances and I told the front desk/maintenance person who said it would be taken care of but it was still there the next morning.

Nothing
Very dirty, cleaning products and tools laying around. People under of the influence of drugs at front desk even people that work there. Did not get my money back. Went to another motel.

Staff was good , room was good,
I got called at 12:30 am cause of a fuck up for the audit, are you serious and called the front desk people being loud and dogs, next to a loud bar, but word of advice don’t ever call someone that late use your fucking head and since this message doesn’t really mean anything, cause I know how people are, go fuck your self and either fix it or get fucked

inexpensive, had availability
could use vacuuming the halls and rooms. not fond of the marijuana aroma in the halls. initially, had to change a room due to checking in and opening room door to note that someone's stuff was strewn about the room; had to change rooms.
breakfast was minimal.

It was very easy to make reservations and see pictures of the room I wanted.
Unfortunately the pictures i viewed online were either fake or right after it was built.
No exaggeration, this place was by far the worst place I've ever attempted to stay at IN MY LIFE.
Where do I begin? We can start with the staff was completely unprofessional and frankly rude. Once I got my room key I went up to my room only to find an unmade bed and there was literally stuff dripping down the walls. The room had obviously been not clean. The manager showed us another room that she offered us to stay in and eventually I hesitantly agreed. Something told me to flip back the sheet to see what I could find. Boy am I glad I did because not only were the sheets stained with something I can only guess what it was, but the mattress pad and Mattress itself had huge blood stains and I wouldn't even allow my outside dog to to sleep on this thing. I wish I was exaggerating or stretching the truth but I promise you that this was by far the very worst place I have ever been to to stay at. After all that I ended up demanding my money back and I went to the mainstay right down the road. I paid a little bit more but it was well well worth it. Moral of the story is this place is nasty and the staff was rude and unprofessional

Staff disorganized and not too friendly. Only one bath towel, hand towel and face cloth. No bath mat

The staff was friendly and welcoming and the bed itself was comfortable.
The room was not clean. When we arrived there was chewed gum on the floor that appeared to have missed the trash can and a shirt from the previous guest was still on the floor near the coat rack. There was a smell in the room that would not go away even when opening windows. The guests were loud in the hallway on the 2nd night we stayed.
Truthfully I did not feel comfortable enough in the room, based on the aforementioned, to leave personal belongs of value while we were away.

The TV would not work, the floors looked like oil had been changed in the room.

After vehicle trouble, I arrived very late and nobody was at reception. I couldn't get in my room.

Card reader entrance door propped open with a rock. Brush/debris taking up a parking spot. Over turned shopping cart by the entrance door. Evening desk clerk was aware of the propped open door and was complacent about this security- safety issue.
