There is construction going on at the property that was not on the website, once got there and there was no parking because half of the parking lot is taken up by whatever construction they're doing. Cockroaches in the parking lot. Overall, the construction will experience.

The noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Thin walls. Room above very noisy. Kids running up and down hallways and playing in and with the elevator. Unfortunately staff didn’t pay any attention. Hotel under renovation so dirt and dust on hallway carpets. I often stay at Hilton and Hampton’s but never again at this one.

I travel extensively for work and have been in a few bad hotels but this was by far the worst. It was under major construction to the point where the parking lot was barricaded and the building was tarped and scaffolded, including the front entrance. I had no idea if it was open or where to get in so i called them and the front desk said to just use any side entrance because they were all open. Construction debris and trash littered the parking lot and the grass was literally a foot high in the dog walking area, to the point where our little dogs couldn't even walk in it. Inside was also under major construction, including the breakfast area where workers were painting next to the buffet stations. This hotel is hazardous and should not be open during this major renovation, and hotels.com should've informed me that it was under construction and given me a chance to pick a different hotel. I have photis but they're not uploading to this site for whatever reason.

The place was under construction. The sight on-line should have said it. The pool was closed. The place smelled like compound. Even the room smelled like it. For breakfast they had only 1 person doing everything.

This was a good choice for us on a road trip, convenient to interstate and local amenities. Very friendly desk staff handling things very efficiently despite computers being off line. Breakfast was very good and very clean with friendly staff.

The hotel was undergoing renovation and the workers began at 7am. Tried to make the best of it and headed downstairs for breakfast only to find that the electricity was out at the breakfast bar so there wasn't hot options and to top it off the milk was sour. I asked to be compensated but since i booked through hotels.com they said there was nothing they could do.

The bathroom only provided shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower. There was only hand soap on the bathroom counter, not even hand lotion. There was a coffee maker in the room with coffee only, no tea. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00-10:00. We got there at 6:00 for a quick bite so that we could get on the road to travel and it wasn’t ready until 6:20. Definitely not worth the $ for the overnight stay.

Overall, the room was nice and fit our family perfectly. Loved the complimentary breakfast. However, we realized there were ants crawling over all our stuff the next morning. Reported it to the front desk and response was just that they would tell housekeeping.

Have stayed in many hotels. For the price this was probably the worse I have stayed. King bed without night stand on each side. Bed old and uncomfortable. Very bad experience. Surprised Hampton allows this. I won’t be back and might never go back to Hampton

The hotel and room was nice. Our problem was the family in a room next to us who were loud goofing and jumping around until past midnight. We notified the front desk with our complaint and other people had too. The people at the front desk handled it well and did call the family who quieted down within the hour.

First room, 206, was dirty. We pulled the sheets and blanket back to get into bed and it was visibly dirty (sheets had yellow substance and hair). Went back to desk and was given a different room. Rebecca was pleasant every time I spoke with her and is a great asset because without her things could have gone south. Please make sure you are only giving us clean rooms.

This property is conveniently located right of of interstate 95. My room was not entirely clean (crumbs on tables, and black mold in areas of the shower). The worst part was that there wasn't any hot water in the room. We had been driving for 12 hours and all we wanted when we arrived was a hot shower. When we called the front desk to report the problem with the water. They just said "thank you". In the morning as we checked out I reported the water issue again. This time the representative said "Oh yeah, that's a problem in the entire 4th floor". Why are they renting rooms on a floor of a hotel where they know there is no hot water? I will never stay there again!
