Loved the space. Staff is very friendly and helpful very good location. Excellent driving directions to get to the hotel. Walking distance to the historical center of the city

Awesome stay. Staff very friendly

The hotel is in a great central place in Siena. Accessible by car or taxi. We could comfortably walk where we wanted from the hotel.
Some of the male front desk staff seemed less than enthusiastic about greeting and interacting with guests.
The rooms were sufficient, but seemed tired and needed some updating. They definitely needed more storage for people that stayed more than a day! The housekeeping did a fanastic job. The room was always clean each day well before noon.
We were there for over a week, and while the breakfast was good overall, having a little variety would have been nice. The eggs and meat(bacon, sausage)were always cold. The pastries were very nice, and the two coffee machines were amazing.

The location for the hotel was amazing and very centrally located! We went for an early walk/run to the fort and realized it was just around the corner, where you also get great views during sunset. We received a 10% discount to the restaurant on the premises and the food was good. So nice to not have to leave the hotel after a long day of walking,

Would definitely stay again. Service was amazing

Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wished we had 4 pillows. Only big issue was air conditioning was loud and rattling all night. Also blow dryer could have worked better.
5.0
A beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast, next to Basilica Cateriniana, with walkable distance to Siena Cathedral and old town. The staff is very friendly. Cons: no elevator.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room on the small side but it was ideal for us as we were out most of the time.

It was a very nice hotel with lovely staff. Just to be aware do not drive into the non driving zone!!!

Nice hotel at affordable price not far from Siena city center.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Location in city was great to see Siena

Great hotel in the heart of Sienna, absolutely beautiful.
Staff is super nice and was very helpful in helping find parking (there is very few at the hotel) and restaurants
Breakfast is included and very good
Only negative point is that air conditioning was not working properly and it was too hot to get a good sleep.

Really beautiful hotel in a perfect location with friendly service. Good breakfast and lovely terraces plus gorgeous comfortable rooms in a renovated historic hotel. I picked this because some reviews said this hotel had more help and service whereas at some places in Sienna you WhatsApp to be left in and they was true, there is someone available at all hours, but what was amazing to me is I don’t think anyone we saw wasn’t smiling even the cleaning staff. We wish we’d had more time to stay, we loved it.

Good value for the price. Nice full breakfast each day which was really convenient. Pretty hotel and close to everything. My only issue is the AC did not turn down enough so the room never quite felt cool enough. The AC unit did not work as well in one of the rooms so we woke up in the middle of the night too hot.

Great location, central to everything. Lovely old property that has been sympathetically modernised without losing any of its old charm. Good breakfast, but the highlight has to be the front of house staff. Welcoming, helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at hotel Chiusarelli. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, everything was very clean and the location of the hotel is great for visiting the city centre. They have a parking for guests but also there are a few free parking places nearby.

Perfect location. Hotel is amazing very romantic and at the perfect location in front of the city and all the restaurants. We will be back next year!

Beautiful property and great service. However, the major problem was that the air conditioning was almost non existing. This made it uncomfortable to sleep and unable to get relief from the very hot weather. If booking for future stays, ask if issues has been fixed. We were told that air conditioning system was going to be replaced. We hope it does, it will make this a great place to stay.

This hotel is really unique with beautiful frescoes on the walls. The staff, especially the woman at the desk, were so friendly. The breakfast was delicious in a gorgeous restaurant with a beautiful sunroom. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was very good with good service. Our room was quiet at night. Although outside the city walls, it is only a few minutes to walk to the Campo. There is also a nice grocery store half a block away, however, you can't picnic at the tables on the hotel grounds (forbidden) so we just ate in restaurants the whole time. We stayed 3 nights during The Palio. I would stay there again (this was our 2nd visit to Siena).

This hotel was my choice because it's located near (just a short walk) my friends. It's also close to the Via Camollia, which takes one to the Piazza del Campo. The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant and the included breakfast was more than enough. The staff was kind and helpful and the available map at the reception made getting around the Centro Storico less confusing. My only complaint is that there were no small washcloths among the towels in the bathroom.
I was also in Siena for the Mille Miglia stop and the Ferrari Tribute. I hope to return one year in the early spring, when tourist numbers are lower.

Very good. Excellent breakfast and room with a whole renovated bathrooms. The only no so good was the heavy noise on the AC and it has NO elevator.

Beautiful hotel with ornate marble lobby and the comfort of remodeled rooms.
Fantastic location just outside the ZTL - so convenient to walk into Siena. The parking was convenient.

Property is aging, even the updated rooms seemed old, broken light switches, worn out furniture, no curtains. Location is great for Siena but the hotel isn’t very comfortable.

Not in the city center but close enough to walk. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

Great location just outside the walls.

Really well placed just on the limit of the historical center. Location, Staff, room and breakfast, parking were all fantastic! I would definitely stay here again

Good location, but no value for money.

The service of hotel male receptionist was poor and unfriendly. He rejected our request to turn on air conditioner on a night of 26 Celsius. The room was dirty. Used towel on couch in front of make-up table. Stain on bed table. Very bad experience, not consider to visit again.

Facilities were very nice staff pleasant. Parking is inconvenient. Room pleasant but on the 4th floor walking. No valet or elevator. Need to specify needs on reservation.

Lovely old school hotel, with sizeable rooms, a lovely terrace and a great breakfast. Very convenient for the centre as well.

Our room was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

We found this place from my guide book of Rick Steve’s Tuscany guide. Because we picked up our car from Florence we need somewhere we can park and also walking distance to old town center. They have a few free parking spots but it’s first come first serve. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. It’s only about 10 mins walk to the plaza and walkable to almost every major sites. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Siena.

This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction.
On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you.
Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem.
The breakfasts were not really great.

It’s a fine traditional hotel, comfortable, clean and well cared for. Very professional staff.

Great hotel, old world charm with modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location just ten min walk from city center, nice calm hotel with a restaurant open in the evening. Good parking close by.
