Was so impressed with this hotel on our recent stay! Clean, spacious, comfortable, great breakfast, and I especially appreciate the night light in the bathroom! Not many hotels have that. Great accommodations at a great price! I would book this hotel again!

Overall was a great stay for the family. Only issue was our room Keys were set for us to check out a day earlier than our reservation. Staff was quick to help and fix it but it was definitely annoying

Very clean, warm and inviting atmosphere. Disappointed in road noise due to southern room's window facing a busy highway. This stuck out as the only issue in an otherwise comfortable stay. Breakfast options were limited but good enough, including hot and cold options. Coffee was fresh at all hours, and I found space in and out of my room for business activities. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the lobby was and freshly modern decor. Our room was upgraded and we were very thankful for a larger suite with separate sitting area. Although the hotel is near the busy interstate, it was very quiet and we heard no highway noise at all. Great place to stay for business, family or couple.

While we enjoyed the staff, there were a lot of issues. No vending machines and curling dry wall where there was supposed to be ice and vending. Pull out bed was horrible quality. The tv was broken on one side, so we had to put a cup under it to make it level. While our beds were made (and beautifully so), our room was not vacuumed. Now for some of the good things: The housekeeping staff on our first night laid my son’s stuffed animals out with so much care. He was THRILLED. The indoor pool is such a plus! Despite it being quite full, it was fairly quiet at night. With a few minor adjustments, we would totally stay here again!

The room was fine. We we reserved two rooms for a youth convention. We didn’t get back to the hotel till around midnight and when we got back there was no parking at all. A couple cars were taking up two spaces but the main one was right in front of the hotel entrance was a truck towing a boat that parked straight through 6 spaces. I went in and talked to that lady working the counter who didn’t seem to like people very much. It took her a minute to even acknowledge me and when I told her there was no parking spaces because some moron took up 6 spaces so no one would touch his boat she said it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing they could do about it.

A family was across the hall...the children were noisy in and out of the room. The father raised his voice extremely loud early in the mornings and very late at night. Not appreciated when you're sleeping. I was gone during the day for business.

One unfortunate thing happened on the day I checked out. When I got up in the morning, there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke/tobacco. It was strong enough to make me feel like there was somebody in the room smoking! I certainly have no idea how that could happen, but fortunately, it dissipated fairly quickly.

The key cards do not work at this facility. We had them reset a minimum of 8 times during our stay. Even after resetting they didnt work half the time and the front desk attendent had to let us in with her master key. I got locked out of the building because my key wouldnt workhad to walk all the way around carrying my old dog because she cant walk that far. Not fun. If you stay on the side of the hotel that faces the freeway the traffic noise is very loud and starts at 4am. Other than that the staff was very nice and apologetic about the keys. The bed was comfortable and the room large and clean.

I had an extended stay after my eye surgery and I was truly impressed at how the staff made everything so easy and comfortable. They went above and beyond normal customer service. Additionally, the beds and pillows were very cozy and the property was exceptionally clean and quiet. I highly recommend Boise West Comfort Inn Suites. I’m very grateful to recover in such a friendly, supportive environment.

This place is nice, the staff is nice but you can hear people in the other rooms coughing, their tv til 2 am, somehow hammering into a wall at 10pm... Needless to say, due to the noise, I fell asleep at 2:30 and up at 6. For the bad sleep I could have saved myself money and stayed at a cheaper hotel.

I liked that the breakfast was included in the price and was good. The hotel was clean and near where I wanted to be. However there were some things that didn't work - the refrigerator in the room and the roller shade weren't working. Also the ice machine on the floor had been removed.
