I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We parked nearby as the hotel’s lot was full; everything was fine. It was a bit stuffy in the room and the a/c didn’t work. We opened the window and it was surprisingly not noisy, even though we were facing the train station.

The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. The only issue is the cleanness. The pool is dirty and there is broken tiles all over the saunas. There was a lot of black mold in the room’s bathroom and there is no mini fridge in the room.

Upon arrival we were told to not park in their garage but 1/2 mile away due their garage full, despite no smoking signs at our room the hallway and room smelled badly , room very tiny almost Japanese like. Glad to leave early after after one night with also big dogs like s German sheppard allowed in Hotel and bar area

The city is fine. The hotel was very cramped. Narrow, dark hallways and a tiny dark room with cobwebs in every corner. The location was surprisingly quiet. There is a pool. Breakfast was fine.

Room were bit small as we had lot of luggage. But receptionist guy was very kind and upgraded us to bigger room free of charge. They have amazing swimming pool & spa perfect for kids to have fun while you relax in spa. Great value for money.

La chambre etait globalement propre mais petite. Hotel idealement situe en plein centre ville. Le pommeau de douche ne donnait que tres peu de pression. Dommage nous n'avions pas de bouilloire. Tres bien pour l'oreiller a memoire de forme.

Stayed here for a few nights on a recent work trip. Ideally located by the train station and just a short walk to the bars/restaurants for the evening. Pool and spa are a great addition, just disappointing it doesn’t open until 10am so no pre work swim possible. Nice in the evening though. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, I was a solo traveller so for me the size was fine, just cosy if you are a couple.

Reasonably priced hotel and great location, 2 minute walk to train and bus depot, 5/10 minute walk to main town centre. Room slightly on the small size but to be expected for a city centre hotel, however spotlessly clean. Underground car park at additional cost very convenient but quite difficult if you have a larger size car as the driveway down is narrow and the car park is quite small can be difficult to manoeuvre if a few cars are already down there. I would recommend this hotel for a city break and would stay here again.

We often stay in this hotel on our way back home to Canada. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms, although tiny, are very comfortable. My only complaint was the internet. We had a room at the end of the hall and the internet was often unavailable, or extremely slow. This is the first time that we have experienced this. Room 401.

Located next to the train station, and within walking distance to the old town. Nice staff in the reception and check in/out was fast. Rooms are small, but ok standard. No fridge/minibar. Nice pool, open until 23:00. Breakfast was good, but no windows in the room. Will stay here again!

The hotel was within walking distance of the bus and train station so it was very convenient. Check in was a breeze. Although the room was compact, it had all the necessities including a kettle. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room clean. We were only there for a night so we didn't take advantage of the bar or the gym/indoor pool. We were also able to leave our luggage for the day and visit Dijon before our evening train.

I had a great stay here - good service, amazing location, comfy bed, hot shower, and very neat pool area. The room was quite small but was fine for me because I was on my own. Everything was quite clean but there were a couple areas for improvement (i.e., the phone had a decent layer of dust on it and the doors could use a good wipe-down). The location of my room was nice - even though it overlooked the train tracks, it was very quiet and I slept well, and it was a lovely view. The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was no issue for me but might be good to know in advance if people have mobility limitations. There was a breakfast option but I did not try it during my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

hotel has a good location, almost across from train station, good quality breakfast buffet and attentive staff in the breakfast room; small room, very weak and unstable WiFi, good selection of international TV channels, no fridge, no safe in the room; bathroom had a shower inside the bathtub, not ideal stepping in/out of it, some of the Front Desk staff seemed stressed and not always patient/pleasant with guests (I witnessed a few cases). Overall an OK hotel in Dijon

The hotel staff was good. location also good for visiting central Dijon, paid breakfast was good and it has a nice swimming pool but I would never stay there again. The double twin room we had was the smallest I ever had in Europe or Japan, including the bed. 2 people was a crowd in this room. The toilet was crammed into a corner and it was a tight fix and unconformable. The WiFi is horrible and didnt work most of the time and when it did, it was very slow and not usable. Also, being an older hotel, insulation is not good against internal sound. For me and my wife, the bad here outweighed the good.

It was a comfortable stay good breakfast in nice dining room. Great choice of food and coffee. Only thing, I had booked twin room for my sister and I, but it had a double bed. I didn't bother trying to change this as it was late. My train had been delayed. Nice hotel though, quiet and 2 minutes from the train station.

Clean enough but the room wasn't much bigger then a closet and was difficult to move around with luggage. I requested 2 twin beds - what I got was one twin and one bed slightly smaller then a twin to accommodate the size of the room. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast which was somewhat sub-level. Location literally across the street from the trains. Can't say they woke me up but while in the room you were aware they were there. Loved Dijon and refused to let the quality of the hotel bother us however never again.

we enjoyed our stay in Dijon...and the hi-light was renting bikes and riding along the canal...and we stopped at one of the lock houses for lunch that was a spectacular day. As well we did the Owl walk around the old town and this was very informative and you get to see allot of the town. and another day we took the train to Bauone. The hotel is located almost next to the train station which is very convenient for travellers relying on public transport.
