Very nice guy at the reception. And for the price a good hotel. If u want a fancy hotel u go to hilton.

The hotel was at the back of a shopping carpark and was hard to get to. The place was basic and tired. The plus side was it was a short bus ride to the main station.

Everything was broken down

It was in a terrible neighbourhood with a lot of undesirables hanging around, felt unsafe and air conditioning didn't work and dare not open window on ground floor, also very noisy

Goran and Audrey were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel could do with some upgrades but this is not the staff's fault.

Not far from the TGV train station, big shop around.
The guy at the check-in was really cool.
The room, you get what you pay for. Clean the minimum but all you need with tv and aircon

Ok very basic budget room in an isolated area which was ideal for our purpose-overnight stay between train journeys. Check in was a little worrying as it was fairly late and the automated system didn't recognise any of our details (and the process not really clear)fortunately other guests were able to help and eventually a team member was able to find our booking.

Overall stay was acceptable taking in mind we stayed one night, travelling by car. We did not have high expectation focusing on lower price. However room was pretty worned out and might be cleaned better. As well we were woke up by strong noise in the mid of night. Though it was short so remained night was more or less ok.

Perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay walking distance from the station. Room small but bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good

We stopped over for one night because it was too late to pick up hire car from Avignon TGV. For this purpose it was fine but I wouldn’t stay more than a night with family.
Was v cheap and you get what you pay for however it was clean and tidy albeit small and rough around the edges.

needed to be close to the TGV station for an early morning train. ~15 minute walk
Industrial part of town, cab driver had never been there and joked about it not being the nicest area
very small room, kind of dark and depressing. couldn't imagine spending any time there other than just sleeping

Property is good and clean. No problem with thus hotel.

Even though the room was pretty clean and the bed sheets were white, the 'non-smoking' room smelled like a bar in the nineties and the bedside table had cigarette burn marks all over it.

A bit faded glory, but low cost so acceptable

Lots of bugs. Hotel in a shady neighborhood

Our train was delayed arriving and I was frustrated to learn that the lobby had long since closed before I got there. Fortunately, there was an automated check-in. Unfortunately, it did not have my reservation and I needed to create another. It is walkable from the train-station. But most of the way there are no sidewalks and no street lights. The room itself was shoddy, but the bed was comfortable.

I saw some negative comments about the staffs' attitude but i met 2 of them. They are nice and helpful. Room is good for that price. Not so inconvinient as seen from the previous comments. Receptionist will gives info about the public transport as well! Ask them for help!

This hotel is located in an unpleasant industrial area which is not very nice. A car is required to go anywhere. Though I requested a non smoking room the one I was given smelled badly of smoke and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The room is basic but clean. To use the toilet your feet were resting in the shower.

This hotel is quite out of the way - if you rent a car, no problem! If you don't mind buses and taxi's, its ok. It is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms by french standards. Not the quietest neighborhood - industrial. Walking distance to TGV station and shopping mall. Very reasonable room rates but the breakfast is not worth the price.

Only booked for one night - handy for airport. Were told on this website that hotel reception open 12- 4pm - got there at 2pm by taxi to find it closed till 4pm due to staff on holiday.Hotel is on industrial estate with no nearby facilities, so we could only lie on the grass outside for 2 hours.
Beds clean and comfortable. Toilet/shower room clean, but washroom basin filthy. Pubic hair on basin, overflow valve and gadget to close/open plug hanging out of back of basin - black mould running into basin. Hot tap - no handle: had to turn metal bar protruding from tap (painful). Washroom and loo doors unwashed and covered with smears and stains - we cleaned them with wet wipes before use. We complained to staff about this.
Haulier's unit opposite hotel had lorries coming, going and loading until 3am - v.noisy.

Our heating unit was old and hard to figure out, the manager was kind enough to help us turn it on, being late october we needed it to warm the room at night. The toilet and shower were old and in need of repair or replacement. The bed was not very comfortable. Also other hotel guests in an adjacent room were very loud and arguing late into the night. This hotel is not a good value. If I were in Avignon again, I would spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The staff were friendly, the room was small but comfortable and clean. Towels were provided but make certain to bring some soap. Interestingly enough the shower and the toilet were contained in the same plastic inclosed room-neat, although I was on my own. I was in Avignon during the festival in July and the price of the hotel was half the price of the cheapest hotel in the old city. The hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes by foot from the TGV train station and it is from there that one can catch a shuttle bus into the old town. The hotel is beside a shopping mall and there is separate boulangerie on route to the TGV station. Enjoy your stay!

First of all, we walked and walked to find this hotel and it was way out in the middle of nowhere. When we finally found the hotel, no one was at the reception desk. We waited a couple of hours, but no one came. So we ended up leaving and finding another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
