The room is small but clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Great location to explore Avignon

There is no parking area near or adjacent to the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes and park in a public carpark. The front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone from 1400hrs and no car could enter to drop off luggage.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in August and had a pleasant experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, placing you right in the heart of the action. However, it can be noisy at times, and road closures may occur during local festivities. On the positive side, the hotel offers easy access to main attractions, shopping, and excellent dining options. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Regina Hotel. I thought it offered excellent value for money and its location was just superb. A 10 minute flat walk from the station past the main shops and tourist office. Just past the hotel and in you're surrounded by excellent eateries and all the key attractions are a short walk away.
All the staff - especially the night porter - were helpful when a problem was encountered. The bed was comfortable - although it had a leg splayed sideways which I only noticed on my last day but it held up OK! There was no armchair as such but the deskchair was comfortable. Other furniture was basic but adequate.
The shower and bathroom facilities were clean and worked well. I had 2 small balconies in my room, which was very pleasant. The building itself was a traditional French classic with lovely stonework and wrought iron balconies.
I'd avoid the breakfast: for 14 euros it was basic but did offer an array of meats and cheeses and bread. However, just outside the door there are cafes offering much fresher, more wholesome food - eg 'Petit dejeuner Tonique' for 10 euros in the Festival cafe next door included fresh orange juice, with a hot drink, lovely bread, jam & croissant.
An excellent hotel - I'm older, have mobility issues and was travelling alone but I felt safe and listened to. I'd happily stay here again.

Very very very noisy , can not sleep whole night.

The people that worked there were amazing and it wasn’t a bad property all in all. The location was good , Avignon was very different once the tourists left (kinda sketchy) . The property was secure . The AC worked terribly and was set to 23 degrees no up or down . The room was hot and humid and I was angry about that. If you advertised that it has AC then it needs to work to the clients satisfaction . On that issue alone , I probably wouldn’t stay there again .

Clean and well kept property. Great value. Fine location just steps from dozens of restaurants and shops.

Room was nice but had to climb 1 flight after elevator which only went to 4th floor. Not easy with arthritis. No help getting luggage up and down. No onsite person after 9 pm. Great view. In village location. Convenient to train and local sites.

It’s my second time to stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff who makes your stay comfortable. Very clean . convenient location closed to all attractions, restaurants and stores. Extra supplies in the room are great plus. Would recommend this hotels for guests.

The ladies working during the day were very helpful and friendly. The evening guy was pretty unhappy and not there to provide friendly help. Location of the hotel is great for sightseeing however parking is about a 10 minute walk on cobblestones. We were able to drop our bags then park, but the road is sometimes closed but we showed our reservation and were allowed through.
Our superior rated room was a decent size by Europe standards and largest at the hotel. They do have an elevator. AC didn’t seem to work well but we were there on a cool day so maybe that was the problem.
Beds are hard as typical Europe. Cleanliness on floors could use some work but sheets were clean. A gray throw on bed had some spots on it but this is small and easily removed.
Walking distance to many restaurants and the palace.

Lucy at front desk was awesome! Very sweet & helpful!

Small room, short bed (190cm), inexistant soundproofing between rooms and with the street (inefficient double glassing) which was noisy at night. So, we did not sleep well.

The location is amazing. Steps from the main square and papal palace. Our room was tiny but comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

It is a cute little hotel in a great location, minutes from the papal palace. Beds were comfortable, nice linen, quiet room and a good breakfast. The front staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Right in the heart of everything. Lack of usb charging everywhere. Good air conditioning.

Very convenient location within the ramparts of Avignon. All of the sights and restaurants were a short walk away, as was the train station. Avignon was nice to visit and was a good location for short day trips to Arles and Nimes. Would happily stay there again.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great location, very friendly staff, beautifully decorated clean rooms and much more. Tea/ coffee maker in the room was a plus. Morning breakfast per order. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time I’m in Avignon.

Very nice staff members. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian walking area and only a five-minute walk (or less) to the Palais des Papes. It is easy to walk from the train station to the hotel, even with luggage, as the terrain is pretty flat, and it is a direct route up one street from the Gare de Avignon Centre.

Excellent location near everything. Attendant was super friendly and helpful. Glad I chose hotel Regina.

Checked in everything fine. Parking was a bit hard to find/confusing. First day was ok we decided to stay another night. We were moved to another room. Had to pack up and leave hotel for 3 hours until new room was ready. Bag was stored in old room. Did not have room ready until 2 pm. New room was hot and humid. Very uncomfortable. Complained to front desk. Employee at front desk went to room, could not get room cooled any better. Left hotel for 3 hours. Came back went to room. My wife and I were in our underwear with no shirt when knock came from the door. Did not realize that "one minute please" in english meant "come on in" in french. The female front door person opened the door and came into the room while I'm struggling to put my pants and shirt on. Incredible invasion of privacy. She told us they could look at it tomorrow, which obviously is about 17 house too late. No fan, no offer to mitigate situation, no discount nothing. We had a very uncomfortable night with little sleep, left 1st thing in the morning.
