The front desk person, I have forgotten her name, was so wonderful and accommodating! She went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it.

Well this is OK for a truck driver ,no for a vacation with family just a OK city to do 34 hours break

Arrived late at night and the guy at the counter did not greet us just kinda looked at us. Then he continue to listen to his computer (which was super loud when we walked in) and continued to eat his noodles. Then finally checked us in when he realized we were still standing there. Not in the best location. It’s behind an abandoned mall, which obvious isn’t maintained. The road to get there seems like it’s taking to who knows where!! The lady from the kitchen was very nice and breakfast was good. The lady at the front desk in the morning was super nice as well and check out was easy.

It were very quite but the room should have up keep done on them the toilet ran all night water leave around the faucets in facebowl the hall had a very unpleasant sent when step of the elevator but staff very nice friendly.

The hotel is well kept and clean. I personally did not like that it was located in an empty mall, felt unsafe and was worried that about my car rental. I did see they had cameras from most views. Customer service was okay, check in employee really nice however when checking out, that employee was not, not even a good morning or thank you for choosing their hotel.

This property was dirty outside. There were cigarette butts everywhere The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. There was food around the microwave and items under the bed, therefore, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. On a positive note, they did have a good breakfast.

Excellent service

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very average. All the staff was very very friendly, but that was about the only highlight. The hotel is attached to what looks like an abandoned mall. There were flies/gnats all over the lobby, the carpets seemed pretty dirty, and everything in general was just generally run down. The power went out the night of our stay, and we were given a discount for that, so that was nice! Breakfast selection was pretty slim, but nice that it was an option. The bed was comfortable too. I probably won’t stay here again though.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful: warm friendly, informative and professional. The well-cleaned room, however, was a disappointment. I understand that not every motel has to be up-to-the-minute accessorized, but there was no exhaust in the bathroom. The floor and countertop were wet all night due to the humidity. That’s not really acceptable in the 21st century.

Well our shower faucet dripped all through the visit and the toilet ran throughout most of the stay. The beds were OK. Would be nice if they offered travel size meds…my daughter got sick so I had to inconvenience my family who lived clear across town to bring me some medicine. Not asking for free but available to purchase if needed. People get sick 24/7. This stay was OK my last one was better.

Whoever was at the front desk today was so cool , I’m definitely coming back because of the hospitality

Everything was fine but bathroom floor was greasy, and door would not lock.

We stayed here on a drive from KS to FL as this was about the halfway point. It looked like this hotel was right by a mall so I thought it would be great for our teens. Well, it was next to a mall. The mall looked like something out of the Walking Dead. It was closed and boarded up except for a Dillards Clearance store on the end of the building. The area was horrible. Totally unkept and almost scary. I realize the area around the hotel isn't the hotels fault, but I think it is important to know the area you are staying in. When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. I waited well over 10 minutes before the front desk gal came up. She was working elsewhere in the building and was the only person on duty. She was apologetic, but the hotel should have a process in place that she can be notified when people are at the desk. The floor in the lobby was sticky and your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. There was a spider on one of our beds. The rooms appeared clean but didn't feel clean if you know what I mean. I would definitely not stay here again. The hotel was worn out and needs updated. Not nearly the quality of most Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at.

We drove up and there was a shirtless guy smoking and drinking alcohol on a bench right at the front door. The entire place smelled of weed and the front desk person kept walking away from the desk for smoke breaks. We booked a room for 4 and they gave us 2 towels. The room was hot and muggy even after we tried to cool it down with the AC. The bathroom had no fan so every shower made the room steam and even hotter.

This location superseded my expectation. Amazing sad young lady they Arielle was a great assistance Make sure our stay was very comfortable. Surprise was very suitable to my needs

So we arrived at 2:45 pm for and was allowed to check in 15 minutes early. After driving for 12 hours me and my child were exhausted so we didn't check the room immediately. After bathing my son I noticed something on the back of the door and realized it was covered in something. I then decided to check the rest of the room and that was the start of my nightmare. After taking photos and heading to the front desk the employee decided to move us to another room. She attempted to call her general manager for the next two hours (she didn't call back until 6:00-6:30pm) while she attempted to find us a clean room. We went through 5 rooms with photos of all and when the GM did call her back she told her that I could get a full refund and leave after being awake with no sleep for over 30 with the surrounding hotels not having the availability that I needed for my stay (we liter just wanted a clean room and even offered to clean it ourselves). We were then taking to a room that the GM inspected herself earlier that day. After getting new covers because they were stained we settled in for bed. When we went to shower the next day we realized the shower curtain had mold growing on it and we went to the front desk to exchange it. The employee who helped us was horrified and the employees who were supposed to clean the rooms were furious with us. We spent the majority of our stay receiving no service from the maid staff, we had to ask the front desk for literally everything.

The desk clerk was awesome.

We arrived at 11:30 PM and check-in was amazingly quick and easy. We got to our room on the third floor and it was ok. The air was a bit stale, maybe leaving the air up and room deodorizers would help. We sprayed and check our linens which were fine. There was a coffee spill on the carpet and wall near the window, but it was late so we chose not bother staff. By midnight however, the hotel experienced a power outage. We could not microwave our travel dinner, shower, or enjoy the tv as we prepared for bed. We called the front desk for a status update, but received no answer. So we talked in the darkness until we fell asleep.

Overall, a nice hotel. The pictures in the elevator need replaced or taken down. They are extremely beat up and make the place look rundown.
