Do not stay here!! Not only is the place under renovations but it is disgusting. The room I stayed in should have been under renovations! The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. I would be better if the just removed it all together. The headboard of the bed had duct tape on it to keep it together! All the furniture was worn out and paint was chipping off everywhere. The bathtub coating had worn off and was flaking. It looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Trash outside was overflowing with old mattresses. The air wasn't on when I got to the room and it took about an hour to clear out the humidity and get it to a comfortable temperature. Curtains were stained at the bottom...I could go on. Just don't even bother.

Poorly maintained, remodel has been going on for several months but nothing looks new. Maintenance staff needs a uniform, looks very unprofessional when entering an occupied room in casual worn street clothes. Stained mattress left in hallway. A/C did not work.

The smell was horrible the place was ran down. They were under construction and there was no mention of that when I booked. I could here workers all night.

Nothing! Nasty isn't even a strong enough word to describe how nasty this motel is!

You couldn't even walk around without socks because if you did then you had nasty dirty feet that are now black. Literally nothing had been clean and don't get me started on the nasty tub that you wouldn't even want to sit in because you may catch something. Elevator smelled of Marijuana and scary people hanging around the back exit and absolutely no breakfast and rude staff other then one lady that was fake cleaning. Towels look dirty and stained still and good luck flushing the toilet. Oh and don't get me started on the constant phone calls asking for someone named Mark.

I did not eat the breakfast or even seen my kids because of how everything else was. I don’t even know if they had it.

The staff, was nice. The lady that checked me in she was so polite & when my boys went for a key or something she was nice and another guest was being rude & argumentative so she shut him up & listened to my boys so when my boys was walking off the oldest one heard her say now listen here! I was like ok ok. Only if the rooms where like the hospitality. The rooms are horrible if felt like I was sleeping on bricks. I have back issues and this, oh my goodness, it’s not for us with BACK PROBLEMS. It’s 2 pillows I believe, they are THIN! The beds are not queen size might I point out. The towels are thin as the sheets and we had to use are own blanket. It’s so cheap. The owners just need to sell to someone that will remodel it. Pine bluff already looks bad and has went down and super dangerous, but then you got to go sleep at the free prison. I’m pushing it with the $29.00 it should be worth like $24.99 or $21.99 plus tax. Or no tax. Yes it’s that uncomfortable. The environment not great either. It’s not all new jack city bad but it for sure is not exclusive. Seems like a place people go because they can do anything. Not pleased with this and charged me $71.00. This is horrible. It’s not comfortable so anyone reading this go stay somewhere else.
