Was clean and friendly breakfast was good kids enjoyed the pancakes

Lobby and breakfast room spotless and nicely decorated. Front desk gentleman was helpful and friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was sweet. Rooms large and comfy. Just wish there were showers not tubs

My room was ready when I arrived and was clean and suitable for my needs. Only stayed one night, but everything was good. I had a quick breakfast in the morning and was on my way. No complaints at all.

The hotel did not seem to be clean or have a lot of updated items such as showers and sinks etc. The bed mattress was very unsatisfactory, please update the hotel.

Dirty, smelly, dead roach in the refrigerator. Septic system smell on the first floor. Crummy breakfast.

The Front Desk staff was lacking. We reserved a room with a king size bed, months in advance, and when we arrived, we were told were none available. The room had a bad smell. The milk at the complimentary breakfast was curdled The Front Desk Clerk appeared for check out on the wrong side of the counter. I was told he was locked out of the front desk room, and he had to jump over the counter to help with the check out.

This was our fifth time staying here - it was clean, and convenient!

Great position for the hotel between two historic battlefields. Situated far enough from the congestion of Winchester but close enough for easy drive to multiple attractions. Clean facilities and plenty of room within the rooms, at least for two people staying overnight. But if there be noisy guests next door, the walls will do nothing to muffle them.

Sai, the gentleman working the front desk, was very polite and helpful. When I got to the room the TV was not working. Sai came to the room and quickly got the TV working.

Our stay was comfortable and friendly. The staff so helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our handicaps.

Hrard to find the entrance.

This place is gross. Smells when you walk in the front door. The room smelled horrible. There was mold on the wallpaper, broken light outlet in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. We checked in late night and the room was non-refundable so we had to stay. Was so gross I didn’t even shower.

Clean alittle out dated but good place for the money.

Nice and professional staff. Old hotel with many things closed or under repair. Cable not great and bathtub old/stained and with only luke warm water. No hand soap to be found.

It was not horrible. But it was not as good as it could have been. The bathroom was not clean. Specifically, the tub and shower had a ring and dirt. I cleaned it myself. The shower curtain had yellowed and had holes in it. The microwave oven had a spill that dried and the refrigerator took an entire day to get cold. The bed was clean and comfortable. The carpet was in good condition. Staff was pleasant. Although Ramada is a basic stay, I recommend not skimping on cleaning. It matters.

My family and I brought our dog with us due to the length of our trip. The staff said that they have “pet-friendly” rooms. This may be why my experience is so different from others. This is our eighth night on the road and we went into the room and laid down our dog’s blanket on the bed. When she jumped up on it, there were obvious pet paws showing. This didn’t happen at any other hotels. We also noticed that our shoes made a sticky noise as we walked across the floor and there were clumps of dirt around on the floor. We took our dog from the car to the lobby to the room. She didn’t walk on dirt, so from where did the dirt come? We also noticed a smell in the lobby, elevator, and room. This smell reminded me of old smoke. Maybe the rooms used to be smoker friendly and the building was not properly cleaned once they switched over to nonsmoking rooms. The staff offered us another pet-friendly room. However by that time, we were grossed out and just wanted our stay to be over. If I could have, I would have asked for my money back and gone to the other hotel down the road.

It’s a perfectly fine hotel however the restaurant was closed and the pool was closed. It was the July 4th holiday and the restaurant and pool were a real bummer.

It was convenient and pet friendly

This place was nice, clean, and comfortable. The elevator made my husband and I giggle, though. When it would open, it would groan as if it was Lurch from the Addams Family.

Very convenient, clean, quick check in and check out. A great deal for the price.

I appreciate the pet friendly rooms. Consideration was put into the design, and your pet can travel with you without costing an arm and a leg.

We stayed here and would never stay again. The room was so dirty. First off there was a used toothbrush on the bathroom floor. Then my wife put the lid down on the toilet and it was gross. She had to clean it. There were 2 dirty cups unwrapped inside one new wrapped cup and we still don’t know what was in the ice bucket. Opened the curtain this morning to see the window sill covered in mold At check out I told the guy behind the desk about everything and all he said was do you want a receipt in a rude tone. Never again
