Very clean and attractive hotel! The staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, although at check in, the woman at the desk (may have been the manager) had her tween or teen daughter with her at work, and the girls asked if she could get a drink from the drink refrigerator that is for guests. The checkin took a long time, and the woman claimed it was the slow mountain internet. I just didn't think it was professional (not the best first impression). However, this is likely one of the cleanest hotels in which I've stayed in a while and offered a diverse and large breakfast.
The bed! The mattress was really lumpy, and there were guests there attending a funeral in the area who were pretty noisy on Saturday night. Breakfast was good, but I think having real oatmeal (not the sugary individual packets), more fresh fruit, and whole wheat bread would be nice for those of us who try to eat healthy.

Nothing
We tried explaining to this place that my 91 year old mom was in the hospital and not expected to make it,so we had no choice but to rush home to VT. from Fl. Earlier than planned. Out of four hotels that we explained this to this was the only one that charged us anyway. We let these guys know almost 3 weeks ahead. They had plenty of time to rebook it.
