so happy there was a washing machine!!
right outside the bus stop so was convenient
big spacious bed and also had a mini balcony which was quite nice.
near kinkakuji
a bit rural so its quiet and nice, really experience kyoto outside of its tourist side
The walk from the station to hotel was quite far, but was really easy to find.
Only one staff at front desk so it took a bit longer than usual to check in and out.

Very large space for Japanese standards, so highly recommend to anyone who finds the tiny rooms a bit suffocating. Kitchen and washing machine in unit, comfortable beds, all located in a peaceful and quiet area. Very good value for money. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Friendly staff at the lobby.
Little bit out of the central area but still easily accessible.

Spacious, equipped with washing machines, and cooking utensils
The location a bit far from Kyoto Station

清掃を頼んでも対応してくれず、自身で掃除するほかなかった。

Its located in the front of a bus stop, making public transporation very accessible.
Staff are very kind.
Water bottles are not refilled everyday. Rooms are not cleaned when we are out. Though im not sure if these are done upon request.
Curtain areas and side of the beds are very dusty.
Sofa bed is not even, giving us an uncomfortable sleep.

It was very nice and comfortable place to stay. Had all the amenities, like kitchen, washing machine, good beds and air-conditioning. We first had it booked for four nights only, and then we booked it for another three, because we loved it and loved Kyoto.
It was a lovely place with a wonderful and helpful staff. It required a bit of walking to the train station, however there were buses all around when too tired to do the walk.

Clean, comfortable, the staff was lovely. Had everything you need, like washing machine, kitchen, comfy beds, good air-con, plenty of shops around.
Nothing really!

The staff was really very nice and kind, they can talk with you in English (not everyone but the most of them) and that's a really great think.
Great location!

Sofa Bed is little uncomfortable to sleep for your back.

Staff was fantastic. Room was a good size, although with the "sofa bed" pulled out, there was hardly room for our luggage anywhere. Kitchen facilities were nice. It was clean and pleasant.
Super small, boutique-type hotel. There was no real lobby, just a desk in a small foyer. There were no snacks or food available for purchase, no ice machine (that we were aware of), and the front desk had weird hours (like 7-8am, gone for an hour, back at 9 or 10am and then closed by 9pm unless you call.) There was a mix-up our first night and we had to sleep in a smaller room (with no compensation) and then move rooms for our second night. The "sofa bed" rolls out into a mattress on the floor with a bar/slat through the middle... not comfortable at all. Luckily, our kids laid the other direction between the slats and hung their feet off the bed. It wasn't terrible, just a little too homey for our taste.

Availability of kitchen, washing machine, nice bathroom, close to train station and bus stops
Smell of humidity, a bit far way from main attractions

It was so convenient for us, because my boyfriend were working at next door, so I’m looking forward to it when i visit him again.😁👍

Cleanness & good location for sightseeing.
They have accepted booking for 4 adults and 2 children for such a small room having 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, we were unable to fit properly into room with our luggage, we have booked extra room at additional cost after reaching there.

The room is super clean. The toilet and bathroom facilities are great! The location is also convenient, close to Emmachi JR station or Nishinokyo Emmachi bus stop. There are a lot of clean towels that can be used freely. Kitchen is also fully equipped.
The wifi is very weak. The extra bed (sofa bed) is a little bit hard.

This was a great stay. I was so pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Not only did it have a room with a sofa, there was a separate kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. The washing machine blew me away! I had the most amazing stay at this place. Fantastic value for money!!
Only a couple of issues. Upstairs was very noisy; smokers on the balcony in the room next door (so I had to keep my window closed); and stinky drain at the washing machine. Perhaps smoking on balconies can be banned?
