It’s dated and it’s not cheap. The staff are friendly and attentive. Cocktails are good and so was entertainment. Great breakfast too

We left within an hour of arriving, for a number of reasons.
Dogs barking close to our room was one

The room we were given (floor 1 room 152) looks nothing like advertised. The bed sheets were clean but the everything else was filthy, the walls need to be vacuumed there was that must dust. The bathroom floor was sticky and the whole room stunk of drains.

Perfect beach hotel, right by the promenade, easy arking on site or on street, and staff service was 5*. Will definitely be back in the area, prefer it to Blackpool
3.8
Welcoming even at 11:30pm arrival time.
Service - meals, inside and outside bar, reception all 5 star.
This is a family and team who define customer service.
Thank you

Great location. We were attending the Lytham Festival and local transport links were very good and just across the road from the Pier.
3.8
Will not be staying there again

Area very pleasant. Good public transport. Bathroom needed updating, bedroom comfortable. Dining options limited.
3.8
Room condition very dated old 70s ceiling tiles broken and cracked. This was a de luxe room ot cheap by any means.
Bar service slow ,breakfast not good.
Thank goodness St Annes is lovely just a shame about the hotel.
Passed on breakfast 2nd day. The opinions of a few was coach party's and functions get the better rooms,

The hotel itself was very nice especially from the front, but sadly are room was last room at the end of the hotel and it wasnt very nice was like being in a dungeon, it took us a good few minutes to get to our room and it was like a maze. Sad thing is the hotel from the front was really nice but looks like the room we had was just a add-on to the hotel and didnt really feel like we was part of the hotel. Its like the have concentrated on the front of the hotel and just took the back to it. Overall lovely place but room wasnt the best

We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely.

Hotel run down - food disgrace - can’t cope with large parties - breakfast undercooked no cups etc - dinner steaks like shoe leather and cold extras - service was ok - poor staff working in a run down shanty really

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. Everything was easy access as I have a disability. Would recommend this hotel for its amenities and cleanliness.
3.8
Room was lovely but bathroom needed updating badly. The chairs in the lounge needed replacing as you sanck to the floor and they were well worn on the arms.

On arrival there was an intial mix up of room, number, it was 3rd time lucky after being sent to 3 different rooms.
The room was basic but okay howver there was an awful smell coming from the plug hole in bathroom sink.. This was known to staff as both bathroom and main room windows were wide open , obviously to mask the smell. We decided that as pushed for time and if we kept bathroom door closed we would put up with it for one night.. Later on in bar area we met night manager Dave who was fantastic, we told him abiut the bathroom smell, he said there was a problem with some of the pipes. This aside I have to say the overall hotel experience was good. The bar and dining area are excellent. Enjoyed good breakfast with friendly and very helpful staff.. Would stay again, hopefully drainage issue is sorted.

The location was central and on the beach. Plenty of facilities in the hotel to keep children amused and good it is dog friendly. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure our family celebration (17 of us) made it a great experience for everybody.

Very good.

The room was clean and comfortable but once some people entered the room above all we could hear was them walking backwards and forwards on creaky floorboards. The hot water was luke warm so we didn’t enjoy the bath at all. There was a big function on so the disco carried on till around 2am and we could hear the music in our bedroom at the back of the hotel. On the plus side a nice guitarist in the reception area and a good breakfast. Recommend before booking ask for a room on the top floor at the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful though

We were allocated a room in the old building. The corridors leading to our room were dirty and so narrow, we had to walk in single file. The room was old and tired and in need of refurbishment but the worse feature was that the whole floor was above the function room in the basement. Around 9pm, the music started in the function room and the walls in our room started to vibrate from the booming sound. We were informed that the music would continue until 1am and after a strong complaint were offered another room in the main building. We had to change rooms at 11.45pm. The new room also required some work but at least was quiet. The toilet flush leaked all night and continually topped up and there were missing tiles in the bathroom.
The staff were friendly but could only work with what they had.
Avoid.

Love this Hotel, winter or summer, the service is great. Pool, Gym, Food, Rooms and staff are perfect. And the location facing the sea is a bonus.

Third year staying at Inn on the prom. Lovely atmosphere, breakfast is good, rooms r well equipped.
Only problem is the rooms r very warm, not a problem for most people probably.
Great selection of breakfast items, cooked, fruit, cereal, toast.
Clean rooms with plenty of towels and bedding.
Snooker room, pool ( didn’t use pool).
Will defo go back.

staff were amazing. my mum 92, had a fall at the property and the staff were very attentive and really looked after her. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There was eight of us comprising 4 generations and we all had a nice stay. Location was great just across the road from the beach and many happy memories made. My only disappointment was our room which was very compact and dark, one double bed and 2 singles. The bathroom was very dated and floor was dirty in corners. There was no hooks or convenient rails to hang clothes.

Very clean & tidy, staff extreme helpful

Nice modern hotel in a good location with great amenities.

Stayed for one night with my daughter, it was her 20th Birthday. The staff at the property are excellent, very friendly and happy to help. The room was just ok and for £163 it really should have been better, all of the furniture was very chipped, walls and ceiling needed some work, the glass shower panel was very dirty and a lot of black mold visible - fantastic view, but for the price the room really does need some work. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very nice, not a great amount of choice , staff again fabulous, sang happy birthday !! much to my daughters despair. Breakfast was ok, hotel catered for Coach Parties (whom I assume paid a lot less) so it was pretty basic. We did use the pool and sauna which was very nice but again the area does need a lot of work. Really was expecting it to be more luxurious, especially the fixtures and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom.

Family break, a great time had by all. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds very comfy.
Breakfast is lovely (but avoid the fruit bowl!).
Decor needs a lick of paint in corridors and especially the pool area (ceiling in particular) but did not affect our fun in any way!
Perfect position across from the beach, prom, arcades, cinema etc and town centre round the corner.
No live music on one night out of 2 which was disappointing. No safety deposit box in room (as stated there would be).
Still, a great hotel and perfect position.
We loved the snooker room and gym too.

Not good

I liked the professionalism of the reception staff. I had a problem which was sorted out with a satisfactory outcome.
The hotel is very comfortable and friendly.
3.8
Breakfast food was poor
Boutique rooms not worth paying the extra. We have stayed in better travel lodges for a fraction of the price. Prices of rooms reflect the location on the sea front. Hotel is over priced.

Comfortable stay friendly staff loved the location

Lovely stay , lovely staff everything went smooth , perfect weather to

The room was dreadful nothing like photos presented on site. The room was dark dismal and very old fashioned. Not been updated for years. Bed was uncomfortable. Dreadful bathroom and around the wash basin taps they have never been cleaned for a long time. Doubtful we will ever stay there again.
3.8
For a hotel that is not cheap I was very on arrival impressed with the lobby but no wheelchair accessible area we could see. Then we were disappointed in the room. The paint was peeling round the window frame. The furniture was tacky. When you flushed the toilet this very loud fan came on. When turning the tsp on all the plumbing shakes and there was no safety rail for getting in/out of the shower.
3.8
Clean and comfortable room. Excellent shower. Great to have use of the pool. Tasty breakfast with good service.

Our room 51 was on the ground floor main corridor from the reception and social area. We gad constand drynk peopke shoutjng outsude tgd doir zbd small children constantly screeming and running along the corridor letting the corridor door bang whilst we were trying to sleep.
The room was that small you kept banging your knees on the solid wood base of the 1st bed as it was so close to the door when entering.
Excellent breakfast & staff in dining room! Tables cleared immediately when people left. Very pleasant sraff.

This hotel has everything. Its reasonably priced. The breakfast is okay . The Remedy spa is excellent and I would recommend staying here just to be pampered by Linda. The gym needs updating as the machines dont work, apart from the treadmills. The double bed we had was very hard so I hardly slept. But we would stay again if theres a differant bed.
