I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I could tell cleanliness wasn’t a priority. The windows, both in the room and bathroom, were visibly dirty, which made the whole space feel unkempt. The room itself was incredibly dusty, which was frustrating and made it uncomfortable to relax.
The bed was another huge letdown—the mattress was so hard that I could barely sleep, and on top of that, the noise from the street was unbearable. Between the loud outside traffic and the general noisiness within the hotel, I didn’t get a single good night’s rest during my two-night stay. For a hotel at this price point, I expected far better.
While the robes and slippers were nice, it was disappointing to learn I had to pay extra to be upgraded to a room that included them. As for the service, the front desk staff was just okay—nothing special—and there was no assistance offered for my luggage.
Overall, this hotel is incredibly overpriced for what it offers. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a restful or luxury experience.

Nice place

Great location for the hotel, only few minutes of walk of the historic city. We were also able to park in the street in front of the hotel in a free parking due to the explanations of the reception staff and that was appreciated. The room was recently renovated and clean. Air conditioning was working great. Breakfast on the rooftop was good and had enough choices. Thanks for the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo.
The property was clean and modern, with friendly and helpful staff that made me feel welcome.
The location was excellent—just a short 5-minute walk to the Airport shuttle bus and very close to shops, cafes, and the vibrant Capo Street market, which is a must-visit!
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Palermo. Grazie mille!

Excellent hotel, we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar. The views were amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable, also with excellent views.

The room are no way like the pictures shows! It is small and old.
We had to leave 1 day before and they refused to refund the night. They also charged us for breakfast... they could offer the breakfast at least!

Location is really good for walking into town. Room was small but fine. The gym has fantastic facilities, the spa is an additional cost (not made clear when booking). I had emailed before arrival to state that parking was required but the hotel did not respond and then parking was not available when we arrived. Staff were not overly helpful about this and we had to find our own parking space 10 min walk from the hotel.

Very average room.
If their parking garage is full you need to use one 4 blocks away.

Great location n gd value for money. The room is adequate n very clean. The front desk however seems to show a lack of professionalism or care. My driver returned a pair of sunglasses to front desk n they wouldn’t call or deliver to room. Or when I ask them to call n find out if some of the palazzos would be open on Easter Sunday it took a day n half n it was just google search which I did on my own n it said time maybe different. And reluctantly after I show them on the palazzo website that it said closed while renovated, they agree to call. Yet still never did that day. N we just said no need. Breakfast at rooftop was great n nice view.

Great hotel and staff. We were there for Easter and they made it extra special for my two young children-had a special treat for them in the morning that made their day! The hotel was wonderful and clean and good amenities. I would skip the restaurant upstairs. Breakfast was subpar for what they charge.

Very nice hotel near beautiful and historic Politeama theater and a big square. The room is very functional and most likely recently romodeled. Staff is very cordiali and helpful. The area around offers plenty of dining opportunities and transportation to other parts of the city. Also, it's one minute walk to the bus stop that takes you tonthe airport. Definitely recommend!

This property is one block off of the Piazza Ruggero Settimo, close to dining, shopping and rental car locations. Nice hotel, newly updated, clean, with nice bathrooms. Breakfast available up on the 8th floor, but variety poor. Rec’d a VIP perk of €15 per room per stay - but only good for food/beverage and the minibar snacks/drinks are expensive - €5 for a medium water bottle, and €2.50 for a bag of chips. Arrived in an SUV and booked three rooms, as soon as I arrived they took my luggage and parked the car(€15/night) for me. It’s right in a basement parking across the street but it’s TIGHT-learned that trying to get it out for ten minutes. Minivan to PMO airport is €80, strange because it was €50 FROM the airport at another hotel. Altogether a pleasant stay, nice staff.

Incredible breakfast

Great location, right in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the breakfast on the 8th floor roof terrace, though probably more for the view than the food.

The property is well located which is a plus. However the property needs upgrades in furnitures in the lobby and in the bedroom. The furnitures in the room is dated and overused. The balcony’s floor needed a sweep and a good wash. The inside of the room was clean however the painted ciment floor is not comfortable and looks terribly badly painted.

Great location. Top floor breakfast and bar overlooking Palermo. Near theatres. Good restaurants nearby, totally satisfied.

The hotel is located in Politeama area, I found the neighbourhood nicer then the old town, more clean, less trash in the streets.
The room was newly renovated, minimalistic interior design, a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Marble tiles in the bathroom, with a narrow shower (almost hard to turn around inside). Aircon was super efficient, we had to turn it up because it was a bit too cold. Room also had a small fridge, but it wasn't very effective cooling down out beverages. The room also had the usual stuff.. flatscreen tv, safe etc..
Cleaning was very good, the maids did a excellent job.
The main pedestrian street is a short walk form the hotel (Via Ruggiero) There is also plenty of brand stores and in Via della Libertà (a street close by the hotel)
About a 20 minutes walk to get to the Palermo cathedral.
There is lots of restaurants in the area, more reasonably priced than in the old town. The bus stop to the city beach (Mondello) is a short walk from the hotel.
I would recommend to get the shuttle bus from the airport, because it stops nearby the hotel. Can also be reached by train, but a long walk from the train station.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Everything was seamless and when we did have a problem (minor with the tv) it was fixed very timely with zero inconvenience.
