When you are without power for almost 5 days, just stepping in a room with AC and able to relax comfortably, its like a dream. I have nothing to complain. Plus we had a nice breafast buffet to make it even better before we checked out.

It was a great experience. I was out of power for three days at my house in Florida and I have a dog and two kids to bring with me. The people were kind, and we were all comfortable. Very pet friendly too.

The hotel is going through renovation now but the staff is very up front about it. No pool in service now and there is large equipment surrounding the hotel but it is not a big deal. The place is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff (especially Andres in Maintenance) does go out of their way to make it a good stay. Close to airport.

The Concierge desk personnel were all Excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff needs to take their time cleaning and stop over looking. Bit overall the The Hampton Inn is a very good.

Building under renovations. No pool available. No Hampton Inn sign on the building - so, hard to find on the first try. Rooms and interior of building clean and in good repair. Typical delicious breakfast. Like proximity to Long Center where I come twice a year for Masters Swim meets.

The staff is exceptional! They make you feel welcome for your business. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Only thing I would say I heard lied banging throughout the night and the pool was out for renovations. Other than that I would have given 5 across the board. Customer service rock and by far the best I’ve ever encountered. Kudos!!!

Average property with friendly staff and excellent service as they allowed us to cancel and refunded us for the nights we didn’t stay. They had a refurbishment taken place, the pool was closed and this information wasn’t on Expedia. However, they did allow us to check out the next day and refunded us for the nights we didn’t stay. The property is on an industrial estate with nothing around it and 25 minutes away from the nearest beach. The breakfast options are very limited too.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. It could be a very nice hotel. Good breakfast area. Friendly staff. But the roof was being worked on,replacing some wood and styrofoam around the facade on the top of the building. The hotel should have been closed down, or at least information should have been given at check-in about the project giving patrons a chance to go elsewhere. But what a mess! The styro was everywhere outside, all over our cars, on us, in our hair, in the pool, and all over the inside of the hotel. An employee was working on the pool all day trying to dip out the styrofoam, but it was a constant, never ending job. It was August in Florida and very hot! Everyone wanted to be in the pool. WHAT A MESS! And the heavy equipment they were using to get to the top of the hotel was all over the place, taking up all the closest parking spaces which made it difficult for my husband and I as we are both semi-handicapped. Our group had 2 rooms reserved for Thurs, Aug 15, and 7 rooms reserved for Friday, Aug 16, as we had a large family group that met at the hotel for a family vacation. It was just a mess!

Enjoyed our recent stay. The staff was very friendly. It’s 15 minutes from Tampa Airport. My wife loved the decor and they did the best to maintain its cleanliness. The breakfast was good. When we had an issue, they were quick to try to fix it. I would stay again.

We should have been told the hotel was under renovations. The noise wasn’t awful but pool was unusable because all the crap from the roof was floating in the pool and pool maid couldn’t keep up with it. It was all over sidewalks, rugs floors too!!

Once we checked in at almost midnight due to a 6 hour delay with American Airlines to arrive at Tampa Airport. Our first desk customer service , Ashley showed compassion and concern regarding our extremely long day. Ashley cared about us having a long day and gave us something to drink. We needed extra towels for our third guest and house keeping brought them right up. Ashley, housekeeping and other staff front desk staff. Thank you

The front desk staff at this property were great as is the breakfast. Our room was quiet. Downfall was that the bathroom could have been cleaner-- strange smears and hair that should have been taken care of. Also just a tip- your navigation device may take you in a weird back way, was kind of confusing to find - which was no fault of the hotel. I gave area around property 3 stars as they are undergoing a renovation and there are construction vehicles everywhere

We stayed at this hotel at the start and end of our trip. At the start it was ok. When we checked in after our cruise we were happy to get in earlier than check in time. Unfortunately it went straight down hill from there. Bathroom was in rough condition. Door looked like it had been pried on. My son used the bathroom and it wouldn’t flush. We requested a plunger, and one was brought. My other son peed and it still wouldn’t flush. We asked for the plunger again. We left for dinner and when we returned they had brought the plunger and unclogged the toilet. My wife used the bathroom and of course the toilet would not flush again. I took a shower and the water would not cut off all the way so there was water constantly running. They did leave the plunger, so we got the privilege of plunging the toilet after every bathroom visit. Of course at night we didn’t flush so when we got up there was pee still on the toilet from late night bathroom visit. To top it off there were ants crawling all over the bathroom. When I mentioned to the front desk lady at check out, she said did they offer to move you, I said no there was no rooms available. She said we had rooms. Then said sorry, have a good day. Extremely disappointed in the way the whole situation was handled. People were overall friendly especially the lady that checked us in, but the others need to be trained on handling this. Offering to move would have solved everything!!!!

Everything was great as usual. When I took the kids to the pool this time, there was styrofoam floating in the pool and lots of it falling from the roof floating in the air and falling in the pool. The place was under construction and the pool was still open. Anyway, the kids didn’t really like that so we pretty much stayed in the room the whole time.
