. Nothing
As soon as I arrived, when I got out of the elevator, I smelled the strong smell of marijuana. The smell was present every day I stayed at the hotel. I had to deal with a dog smelling dirt in the elevator. I will not come back ever again.

Breakfast was basic granola bars and coffee. The staff was very friendly and available the entire time we were there! The layout of the room was perfect! Like a standard studio apartment.
The room had a funny smell when we walked in. The room was located near an area where staff congregated, so we could hear them all night. The walls in the building must be thin, because I could hear the people upstairs all night as well.

Team Jessica (Jessica F. and Jessica R.) were very helpful. Jessica R. (with the long hair) in particular.
A pet fee of $25 for 6 days followed by $10 for the remaining 24 days in a month ($240), totaling $150 + 240 = $390 per month for a 12 lb, 13 yo Shih Tzu, whom I carry into and out of the hotel is exorbitant, particularly for a room with faux hardwood flooring for which no soil stains could be created.
Absent the pet fee, I would have committed to staying for a month at the rate that Jess. F. quoted to me the day following my check-in as $2000 per month. When the $390 is added to the base rent, $2390 is more expensive than comparably hotels such as Studio 6 and Baymont, which also offer more amenities. Additionally, there is no member savings or points awarded for extra days or discounts. This is my only criticism of this particular hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Coffee was good. Location was good. Staff was nice enough.
Shady people, pot smell, loud cursing. Looks like some low quality humans were living there full time. Parking lot and exterior areas were neglected.. Entire room was dated. Way too expensive for the worst Extended Stay I've ever been to. No ice machines. Didn't feel very safe.

it was in a not so good part of town and it seems a bunch of people stay there has a place to live .
no ice machine

The bed was comfortable.
The building stunk, especially in the hallways. This building is in serious need of renovation!!! The parking lot is poorly lit, and has broken down vehicles sitting around. If you want to sleep worry-free: this is not the place!
