Ok hotel - friendly staff - room wasn’t the cleanest and glasses and towels not replaced fully. Location ok for getting transport into the city

Very nice hotel for the price!

Stay was good. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, assisted with directions when needed. There was a variety of food selection at breakfast.

This hotel was amazing, just outside of the Paris ring road and the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were in the centre of Paris in no time. The hotel is big and the room we stayed in was large with a massive bed. All facilities are amazing and I would recommend the breakfast buffet. The price on the details of the hotel was €20 per person per day but when you go to the add on it only ended up being an extra £15 for 2 people for 2 mornings. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking facility owned by the hotel, it is €24 per night but it’s well worth it for the piece of mind. It is private and secure and there were plenty of available spaces. There are restaurants a short walk from the hotel in both directions.

Good cost - quality factor.
Poor (non) refill of coffee for Nespresso machine in room (and not possible to buy "proffesional"" pods in Nespresso stores). Also no refill of shampoo in bathroom ++ (was empty the entire 5 day stay).
Breakfast very expensive (EUR 22/person extra). Communication to airport not ideal (+1 hrs and change) Be aware that hotel takes deposit of more than full cost at check-in.

Great staff.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us store our bags safely before we checked into our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location, a short walk from the metro station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful property, close to train stations makes it very convenient. Front desk people is nice and kind specially Mr Israel who provided a really pleasant welcome, with his multilingual skills he provided us good advice about use of local train services and other information. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't working properly but Israel took care of the situation. Thank you very much Voco Di París for that wonderful experience.

The hotel is going thru renovations & not a good value for money

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.
The location is not great but an Uber to Champs Elysees would cost around 15 euros, so it’s not that bad after all.

The service was poor. The washroom could have been much cleaner.

This time around, i was very disappointed. The carpet looked filthy, the safe/coffer was not operable, the tv did not work, but the only good thing was the staff. The employees were very professional.

This hotel was equally about 30 minutes from the CDG airport and the center of Paris. The concierge was reasonably accommodating and the maid service was excellent. The reason why I gave this hotel such a low rating is because a couple of days after checking in were disturbed by construction noise coming from the upper floors of the hotel. Floors 3 thru 8 were under construction from 8 am until about 3 or 4 pm. The sound was unbearable and made sleeping and conversations difficult. This was something that should have been mentioned before booking Also, even though my room was 322 ft.², I did not care for the layout.

We had a very convenient and good stay, as we were attending a conference in the same hotel. Our initial worry was that it’ll be far from central Paris and the sights, but the metro is a short walk away, and super convenient to see the city via metro.

The property location is excellent the lobby and staff good service but the room that I was in
the paint was peeling off in so many areas and the bathroom shower was very low pressure in the bathroom floor couple tiles were loose

Stay three days with out TV and Air Condition terrible

We booked two rooms, unfortunately neither of the two rooms stood up to the standards of 4 star hotels.
In one room the air conditioning was not working and the windows can’t be opened, along with bathroom defects. We contacted the staff but they couldn’t solve the issue. The second room had a faulty safe along with bathroom defects.
Unfortunately we had to pay full price for these two faulty rooms.

After staying at a small hotel, it was a welcome change to a larger hotel. The front desk persons were always courteous and bilingual and even though check in was 3 pm, we were in room by 1 pm. Free bottled water if you asked the front desk instead of going out and paying for it and carrying it back and believe me, that is much appreciated. Our other hotel had our little fridge filled with drinks that they charge at inflated prices.
Since it was Easter Sunday, many places were closed including nearby restaurants and the in house restaurant had limited menu items. The room was more spacious than our prior hotel in Paris and clean. I walked the neighborhood and felt safe once I got to survey the area during daylight. I even walked all the way to the Sacre-Coeur Basilica and got to see where Vincent Van Gogh resided part of the time in Paris, thanks to google maps. It was awesome to just walk the distance in a strange land and not feel lost. Lots of walking so have comfortable shoes and proper attire depending on the time of the year and consult the weather forecast to be safe. Public transportation is good and nearby and because of covid and stories of pick pockets, I did not take public transport while at this hotel. Streets are narrow and city traffic, the pandemic and strange signs all point to walking being the best option. We booked for 5 nights and our testing came thru so we managed to get air tickets so we checked out early with no penalties and no hassles.

Third stay this year at this hotel. First stay was wonderful, the second was not great, and third is somewhere in the middle. The room and breakfast were fine, but service was literally amateur hour, with many new trainees ('stagiaires') learning the ropes. One reason to return is the temporarily lower parking rates (12€ per night), with generous window post-checkout to actually vacate the lot.

Staff very accomodating

No hotel. can be fairly judged during the covid epidemic. That said the Holiday Inn at Porte de. Clichy is an older hotel, very well situated, and a reasonable value. The staff and services are reduced, no food or bar service but that is common during these times. What staff there is is helpful.
The rooms or OK but in need of modernizing.

The hotel is just 100 meters outside of Paris, but the fast train 14 will take you to most of places in Paris in no time. Two stops to Eiffel Tower three to the Louvre. The room is spacious, having stayed in Paris for a month in 4 hotels, I am ready for a bigger room, and I am delighted to see the modern large room.

Super hotel. Very helpful. Did not try the food as very expensive.

Room was very badly lit.
Second night I had water in the room. It was missing night one.
I left my things in the room and on returning to spend night two, my case/bags had been gone through!!
Staff were not that concerned. They took a note of my name and room number on a piece of paper, They asked if anything was missing, but that was it. Almost as if it were common place.

Very basic facilities provided for almost 10000 a day. At 10000 a day we live like kings in Indian hotels. Basically its like a motel at high price.
