This hotel is worn down and in need of updating. It was extremely busy the entire time and did not lend itself to being the cleanest facility.
It is very convenient and walkable to many things in downtown Nashville including Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. Breakfast was good but again, the cleanliness of the dining area and worn out furniture did not make it the best experience.

The property is in a good location and the rates reflect that. However, it is a bit tired. Our room was in need of repairs that clearly had been ignored. The toilet seat was very loose which would have been an easy 5 minute repair and clearly a problem that any house keeper would have noticed. The second issue was just as obvious but a more difficult repair. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door. It couldn't close properly because it drug on the floor one it got about 1/4 closed. You needed to lift the door outward with both hands to slide it further and then there were huge gaps on the sides. Why weren't these repaired ages ago? The front desk is poorly staffed and you often wait long times for service.

The location is great! Only a couple blocks to Country Music HOF Museum, "NashVegas" strip, Assembly Food Court, etc. Only complaint was they have a "barn door" on the bathroom (and no exhaust fan) so not only is there a lack of privacy (you can see through the edges) but sounds and smells can't be contained (if you know what I mean).

The valet was hustling but they needed more people. Took 20 min. The front desk lady was so nice. Nonexistent water pressure, like none. Great location!
4.4
Great place to stay I’ll be booking again!
4.4
The hotel was top notch. Clean, friendly and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do.
4.4
The front desk staff and valet staff are helpful and friendly . This is our second time staying here and I would go back !
4.4
The stay was great. The lobby was very clean and breakfast was wonderful! They had many choices.
Our bathroom in our room was not that great. Mildew and mold around the floor and tub and also on the ceiling above the shower.
4.4
This hotel was conveniently located to everything and the prices were more than decent.
Walk to Broadway, Convention Centre, restaurants, etc.
4.4
There is no self parking onlyy valet parking and the cost is $53 dollars per day, the room had plumbing issues liking sink no access in front of the hotel, no drawers in the room.

Great staff,service, and location.

It was short but nice. Only thing is they charged me for parking even though I had paid for it in the reservation. But I just called and they refunded it.
4.4
Went to dinner and a show walked everywhere great trip.

Experience was both good and so-so. The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very uncomfortable especially after a long day of walking. The room also faced a very noisy street, sleep was hard to aquire. I would stay here again but not in a room that faces that busy street

Great location just 10 minutes from Broadway and Bridgestone arena.
Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Descent breakfast buffet.

Easy walk to Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. Great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again.

Black mold in the bathroom

Even after checkout we could tour the area and leave our car in the parking deck- very nice place & staff

Close to the action

Hotel and staff were great. What I didn’t like was paying to HAVE to valet park our car plus taxes. No option to self park for a cheaper rate. Not only that, we had spoke with a couple that had stayed longer than us and found out that their car was broken into the night before along with others. Also, line just to wait for the valet wrapped around the building.
4.4
Our stay was great with one BIG exception. Valet parking (the ONLY parking option) was completely inadequate when we arrived. 4pm check-in on Saturday had traffic wrapped around the entire block with no hope of getting parked and checked by the time of our concert at 7pm. We ended up parking at a surface lot several blocks away from the hotel. Found out they only had ONE poor kid doing valet that afternoon. This was completely inadequate!! The hotel did not convey any potential issues or alternatives with the parking situation. VERY BAD parking situation, but the hotel and room where nice..

Shuttle service to and from airport was very convenient.
4.4
Free breakfast was great, we had a large suite, it was close enough to walk every where to. Clean.. friendly...
There were some homeless near by but it wasn't any issues..
4.4
Easy to access by car. Valet parking was quick and easy. The hotel was convenient for restaurants and downtown.
4.4
The valet took a very long time and it is a hard space to get in and out of. I also would like to know before I get there is there is a charge for parking. I believe it is about 50 dollars a night.
Lots of construction going on around the building.
Staff is very friendly and room was clean.
4.4
Had a beautiful suite walkable to everything we wanted to do!

Loud air conditioning unit

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Parking is challenging, but valet was working hard.

We enjoyed our stay here

We have stayed in so many hotels and this one is right at the top of being fantastic. Beautiful room, great service, very clean, great breakfast and so close to the main strip. We will be back.

The hotel is great front desk people great. My only issue was, they have a bar. On our last night we decided to have an early night and when we came back from dinner the bartender was sent there. We asked her how late the bar was open and she said 9:00. It was 7:45 so we said " we are going to our room drop our stuff off and we will be back '. We come back down order our drink and proceed to make a little small talk with the bartender. The bar is only open Tuesday to Saturday 4:00 till she said 9:00. So we asked her what else she did for a living. She turned around and very rudely said nothing is there something wrong with being a bartender. We immediately said no. In our heads we were thinking we were only trying to make small talk and because it seems to be a part-time position and she's a very young girl we thought maybe she did something else during the day. We received our drinks and walked over to sit at one of the tables. She closed the bar down never came and said listen I decided to close early did you want another drink. We happen to look over cuz we did want another drink and the bar was completely closed and she was walking out the door and it was 8:25. I think they need to hire a new bartender that has a little bit of a personality. Other than that the state was great we love the hotel we love the staff

No where did it say we had to pay to park at this hotel, the room smelled musky and wet. We had to wait over 40 minutes to receive our car from valet parking because there was only one person working. We will never use this hotel again, very overpriced
4.4
Close to the Omni and main events happening
4.4
Lots of construction, lots of noise. You have to pay for valet parking. You cannot just park your car. They should just include that in the price.
4.4
Nice hotel central to tourist attractions.
4.4
Lived our stay…. Was convenient to walk to Broadway and to museums.. nice breakfast each morning
4.4
Ok for the time spent there. Disappointed there was no pool for the amount paid. Limited bar available. Breakfast was worth the stay. Beds are very firm and no extra blankets in the room. Overall clean and quiet area for being close to Broadway. You can hear the morning/ late night guests so bring a white noise machine or headphones.

Hotel was clean and had nice free continental breakfast daily. Beds were not the most comfortable and pillows pretty flat. Beds were never made and had to ask for new towels on both second and third days and put garbage cans outside of room so they could be emptied. Did not know would have a pending charge of 75 dollars a day on my card for incidentals and once checked out have to wait for money to be refunded. Was initially charged on checkout for 2 days of overnight parking for total of 107 and we never had a car there and was glad I Calicut the error before we left
Hotel was very conveniently located to Broadway for walking to and from and that was a plus
