Reception staff were good. But this place smells like an old age home. Its stale. Everything is VERY worn out. More like a motel than a hotel

Great location, central to shops & sights. Rooms spacious but tired - fittongs falling off walls & in need of a really good clean Breakfasts poor: not self serve - had to ask for food choices & wait at counter. Serving person most unfriendly, esp if asking for an extra portion. Range of food available exceptionally poor - would NOT recommend.

Thank you for another wonderful stay! If we are in Brisbane for any reason The Manor is our fave accomodation. It is a small boutique hotel with a home away from home feel. Walking distance to the mall and easy access to transport to take you further. Return customers.

Fantastic stay, only a 3 minute walk to Eagle Street Pier where we were attending a wedding. Mice quiet nights sleep followed by a great breakfast

Very centrally located and close to shops and transport. Good security for apartment entry and no street noise heard (I was on the 10th floor). Breakfast staff are very friendly and efficient. Internet was painfully slow. Netflix just didn't work and kept buffering due to the internet connection. Shower kept leaking which was a little annoying, so I had to close the bathroom door to avoid the sound keeping me awake. The apartment had most of the things you need, but could have done with a coffee machine. Overall, quite good, but could be better.

Excellent location and but very very tired decor and furnishings considering other 5* apartments for extra $30-50pn makes this poor value. Overall rating should be 3/5 and not the high avg rating it receives. Only recommend if rates are super low.

The location is fantastic and apartment itself was nice and quiet. Just a few little things that made this property less desirable than other places we’ve stayed in the city, like there being no ice in the freezer and none available at reception; only a few scabby little milks in the fridge, no coffee machine, very soft mattress and what I was really annoyed about is that there were no fresh towels the next day. We stayed 2 nights so expected to have our room made up for us and fresh towels provided. It was so gross having to use a wet towel the next day. For $300 a night I expected a lot more bang for my buck

Location is very good, close to Central Train Station, Queen Street Mall,shopping and parking. The breakfast was amazing, the staff are very helpful and professional. Bed was very comfy and we had a nice quiet room. The only negative was our bathroom, it was so small and I am a small person and I struggled with getting in and out of the shower. We have stayed before and had a much bigger bathroom, so next time I will check before booking to make sure we get a bigger bathroom.

We enjoyed our single night stay but the room and hotel in general is very dated. Our room had an aroma of a sauna house presumably from all the old timber; louvres, furniture etc. The two bedroom apartment was practical but it certainly feels overdue for renovation. 7/10

This property is in the perfect location. Right in the center of everything and walkable to almost everything. Great shopping, dining and attractions within walking distance. No rental car needed. The property looks a bit old/dated but is very clean and has everything you need. Breakfast daily was excellent.

What a pleasure it was to stay here the night. A beautiful building housing a lovely and somewhat quaint apartment complex. Our apartment was welcoming and generous. The breakfast room was a real treat. Whilst it may not have been the buffet breakfast that we expected, it was still delicious and we left full and satisfied. The two servers on that morning were delightful and their service was second to none, a real highlight. We will be going out of way to stay here again. Central to everything. Southbank and Suncorp both within walking distance. What a stay!

A late night check in with an early morning departure. The Hotel has a European vibe. Clean. Stylish. Complementary full breakfast. In a city with sparkly concrete boxes the Manor has charm and comfort. The offsite parking is a little complicated but not terrible. An easy choice. One I’ll make again.
