Loved our room we stayed in 405 not sure how we got this room it was my 50th Birthday so was perfect. We had other friends stay in another building but we now just want this room we will definitely be back! The shuttle service was great as well!

Everything about the resort was absolutely amazing!

I’ve been coming to La Siesta for a long time. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I stayed during a hurricane that wasn’t too far away. The staff handled everything in a great way. Had some high winds the first day there and they basically took away anything that could potentially blow away (beach chairs, games, hammock, etc..) and stored it. The next morning once the storm was over everything was put back out for use and resumed as if nothing happened. Very happy with my stay, per usual. Great service. Staff super friendly and informative. I’ll be visiting again next year.

We have stayed at LaSiesta several times and have always enjoyed the stay. Some area need some updating. However, the Rum Runner water taxi with Capt. Michael and Christa is a great amenity! The shuttle service is great also.

Service was top notch from the front desk, to the pool bartender and the shuttle driver!!! The room we stayed in was a bit out dated, but huge!!! We had an awesome view of the water, large living room, kitchen and so much closet space in the bedrooms. It was worth every penny and I hope we get the chance to come back again!!!

This is a beautiful spot! Lovely views and super friendly service. There are many planned activities for adults, children and families. Boat slips are also available if you are staying at the resort. There isn’t a restaurant on site, but there are ample restaurants in the area for food. Our room had a small kitchen, so that is another option-cook it yourself! There are fish cleaning stations near the boat slips so you can clean your catch before taking to the room for cooking. The staff is very friendly and super helpful for any request we had. Our stay was pretty perfect. My only complaint, if it is one, was that at the end of the day the trash, the towels by the pool and soiled room linens had not been collected. Laundry bags were left everywhere in the bushes. It’s was not in keeping with the resort’s service. The rooms are looking a little beat up, walls need repairs, bathroom mirrors are beginning to loose their silver. Beds are super comfy and we had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was very nice to sit and watch the thunderstorms at night. Nice and deep-we never got wet. It was quiet and relaxing-Thanks for a great stay!

First time in Florida and travelling from Illinois. Overall the resort was great could have given a 5star. Please.be reminded that La Siesta's info/reception desk is closed at a certain time and younwill be directed to Amara Cay which is isnjust a few minutes away..Staff are very nice, service is very good. Also, don't be surprise, for there is an extra charge for your stay..I am not really sure why but it's kind of like a deposit and they keep it...not so sure if all hotel in Florida is like that but we stayed at two different hotels and they both charged us extra like $100 atleast. I Hope this help all travellers, especially those who are from far away states. Enjoy and have fun!

Love the layout and the view was amazing of the sunrise. All the windows opened up, and it was an amazing wake up.

I like the rooms with balcony with views to gardens around the property and that the kayaking and paddle board were free. The food was good but expensive.

Okay. Pool closes early. This resort is convenient if you have a boat to dock & want a small kitchen- but if looking for a true resort stay at sister property a few down. Have to text front desk & they leave by 6pm. The first room they put us in they said they upgraded us to a ocean view- was not good: small bedroom, sunken in junk sofa, far from parking & stunk like onion soup. Asked to move to another room w/out view & it was much better but not really the type of resort we were looking for. Looks like an old condo. We enjoyed the sister property a few doors down much better & their pool bar stayed open to 11pm.

Great property the only complaint is they need to get water and power for boats.

Bathroom in room 201 was horrible couldn’t open the door fully exhaust didn’t work good and there were only three towels for a party of 4. Could only use the equipment offered until 4 which is pathetic as it’s still blazing hot at 4 am. Not even a roll of paper towels or extra toilet paper were available. For all the money that we spent this place won’t be one I recommend

The 1st thing you see when you walk inside the room is the bedroom without any outdoor view. There is a hallway that goes through to get to the living room/dinning area where you finely get to see the outside. Toilet seat was broken and sink drainage was clogged. The pool was cloudy and did not seem clean at all. The kayak was a nice option, and the complimentary morning snacks as well. I love dogs, however I saw some poop in the walkway. There should be a designated are for walking dogs other then all over the place.

Great dock and access to water

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was very nice, very clean, and not very crowded. They don't have a full bar at the pool or beach. Moreover, the beach was not really usable except as a boat launch. There is a small beach studded with rocks and seaweed next to a small boat dock for small boats with numerous piers. You could fish from the piers but you can't really swim in the ocean from the beach. They do offer kayaks and paddleboards but if you're looking for a kid friendly place to splash in the ocean surf, this wasn't it.

The pool area was in very poor shape. The pool had mold everywhere, the women’s bathroom was falling apart. The pool also closed at 7pm! Very disappointing for kids as they wanted to stay and play. Our rooms phone was broken, the fridge wasn’t plugged in upon arrival and took forever to cool a
So we had to throw some food away. I asked many times for the phone to be fixed but it wasn’t so we had to walk to the desk every time we needed anything. The bartender, Marcus was fantastic though.

This small resort was a happy surprise. The grounds were beautiful. Everything was really clean. There were lots of lounge shares to sit and relax by the pool or ocean. And the staff were very friendly. Especially Marcus at the cafe.

Like the bracelets. Convenient way to get in and out of the room. Hassle free ordering food, checking in & out.
Wish there were more indoor activities though, it was quite gloomy when we stayed so nothing much to do when in the hotel. But I love the peace & quiet. Very nice hotel. Overall, we loved our room, the staff and the hotel.

We loved staying here. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a great balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean. The property is beautifully landscaped and kept immaculate. The pool was lovely with a tiki bar serving beer, wine and some snacks. We had access to the sister facility just a few blocks away with a full restaurant and bar. Kayaks and paddle boards were complimentary so we took kayaks out one day and really enjoyed that. All the staff were super. I had one small issue r/t housekeeping and management was very responsive. Only complaint really would be that there was not available parking close to our room. The spaces were taken and people have boats and trailers parked on site. Having said that, it was still just a short walk to our room so we pulled in to load/unload our stuff then parked near the office. We would definitely stay at La Siesta again!
