No repetiría. Me causa rabia e impotencia.

Hotel is a bit far from the town but hotel offers free shuttle. Pool area nice. Plenty of sunbeds. We booked last minute and had large room overlooking pool.
Breakfast room. Lack of seating and need more coffee machines. Very busy at peak time and not pleasant experience. You have to pay for safe.

Location, facilities and cleanliness. It’s very pretty in the lobby and building in general.
Food is not good if you’re halal, vegetarian or any dietary needs. Very bland and has no flavour. If you’re site seeing just get breakfast here or go to the lovely local cafes.

Recomendado.

beautiful grounds
I chose this hotel because it is advertised as having heated pool. All pools (including the one I was persistently told was heated) were FREEZING!

Hôtel propre et plutôt bien placé. Piscine.
Wifi assez perfectible.

Overall cleanliness and staff friendliness were a plus, always willing to assist for the most part. This was true across all staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Also a very nice plus is that the hotel has many free games to entertain you - tennis, table tennis, mini-golf, volley and basket
Almost every single bakery (bread, cakes) or pastry item was very poorly done, both at breakfast and at dinner. Croissants were really bad (likely not fresh and overcooked to begin with), cakes were dry, baked deserts had a very weird taste (some ingredient was used on all of them which ruined the flavor) and were falling apart (not fresh) and bread was extremely overcooked. Most fruit available was canned (pineapple, peaches), with few exceptions (melon), which is not at all what you expect on a tropical island. Crepes were only served twice during our entire 11-night stay which is far from ideal. Plus one of those times, they had normal crepes mixed with orange flavored ones (which were not good at all). Found myself eating pasta, pizza and ice cream every night since everything else was not good enough. Profiteroles with the chocolate fountain are great when available. Prosciutto was only served once or twice. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were tasteless every day. If you're having a long stay, you will soon get tired of the food options both at breakfast and at dinner. We didn't even try the pool - the max depth was 1.20m across it's entirety, which is just not enough for you to even have the urge to try it out. Once again the blackout curtains in the room didn't completely block the light which meant we had to sleep with an eye mask - this is very common amongst most hotels and this one was no exception. Also, even if you just wanted to visit nearby Puerto de La Cruz you had to go by car - the hotel is on a steep hill and 15+ minutes walk from everything of interest like bars for example and the weather is very humid even at night

Clean hotel with air conditioning and comfortable beds.
Limited free parking.
The breakfast room was like a cattle market; not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was buffet style and quite disappointing. There was some fresh fruit on offer but mostly it was tinned. The breakfast cereal selection was poor and UHT milk, rather than fresh, was provided. The coffee was terrible. The size of swimming pool was not as expected from the photographs, although it was a nice temperature and very clean. Towels were available with a 10 euro deposit. There was an additional charge to use the gym and the safe in the room, which I thought was unjustified, especially the charge for the safe. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was further from the town centre (about 20 minutes walk) than I had anticipated. Not too bad on the way there as it was downhill, but not so good on the way back.

Pool area, breakfast, Parking is no problem, very kind staff, little shop is very convenient, walking to Puerto is pretty close
Evening entertainment very noisy. People reserve sunbeds with towels and no chance to get into the whirlpools since entire families stay there 30 minutes or more. TV without Smart TV functions.

The pools were just the right temperature and well maintained. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean and cosy.
It was quite far away from the centre although there was a free shuttle bus at various times of the day and taxis were very cheap to go to the centre
