Location was very good, walkable to everything in town and the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the sea. The room was quite small and basic but we only stayed in an economy room, so probably to be expected. Overall, would recommend.

Central location was great
Explanation provided during arrival was not very clear and we had to go down to the reception several times to get all information needed

Lolli palace was so close to everything, in just a few minutes we were at the beach , near restaurants and shops, hotel was clean staff was courteous and friendly, perfect spot if you want to be central and explore this lovely town of Sanremo!

We had a superior double room with sea view which was recently renovated - very spacious and we liked the extra space as we were travelling with our 3 year old son. We especiall found the congierce (the man on service) very friendly and kind in contrast to the lady (which has room for improvement). We pre-booked our parking which was tight, but managble. Beach just a two minute walk and the city next door - we would definitly come again. A pity that the rooftop was closed due to maintenance.

Really good hotel located near the beach and the casino. We were upgraded to a very nice large room with a stunning view on the 5th floor, thank you!
Breakfast was good with both savoury and sweet food. Only missed some warm food. Unfortunately the terrace was under reconstruction so we couldn't go up there and there was no notice about that beforehand.
Overall a very nice stay in beautiful Sanremo!

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location and great value for money.

The property is well located and right in front of the beaches and close to the restaurants/shopping. It has a picturesque view of the ocean. The building is one of character & majestic design of the era. The breakfast at the property is good. The downsides of this property are poor wifi especially as we were allocated a room on the top floor, 5th floor. The higher you go up the wifi decreases in strength. The room we were given was different to what Expedia displayed on its app. It was spacious but not renovated. When we asked for an iron for our room we were told we had to go to the gym to use the iron as they do not give guests irons in their rooms because they believe that guests may cause a fire by using an iron in their hotel room??? The gym is small and has basic equipment.

Our room had a nice sea view. Unfortunately, that was ruined by all of the traffic noise from 4am to 1 am. Many, many loud scooters, motorcycles and cars all day and night.
The TV in the room had very bad reception. It would go blank and buffer for 10-15 mins at a time. Basically useless.
Breakfast was good. If you go, forget about getting a sea view unless you can sleep thru the traffic noise.

Very nice

Very clean room, quite modern and easy to get to the key parts of the town. Check in process was relatively easy, with (paid) parking across the road. It seems everywhere in San Remo is close to the main roads but the windows kept most of noise out and allow you to get a good night sleep. Would stay here again.

All was almost perfect.

A fantastic hotel with high ceiling and reception staff are super friendly. They can even open your own bottle of wine and provide you glasses. Awesome.

During the night and when I rose up in the morning, I could hear the TV from the next room (I was in room 210).
This is clearly not acceptable.

We stayed 3 nights to discover and visit San Remo. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to our friends.

Close to downtown San Remo, but pretty basic other than that.

Grand old building with old world charm. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful and speak ENG, which helps since my italian was pretty much forgotten! great place. lovely stay.

We didn't know what to expect - and were truly impressed from our first step into this hotel.
The Lolli Palace is 120 years old: grand and elegant from the outside while nside it is undergoing a multi-year refresh with outstanding results.
They have done a beautiful job of preserving the historical details (stunning) mixing in elegant, modern furnishings and facilities.
The lobby sets the tone: historical posters and photographs show its history, the plaster work has been redone to perfection - but the couches, coffee tables, bar area all say 21st C.
Staff welcome was excellent, questions were answered quickly.
We got one of their smallest room (334) beautifully redone and so intelligently designed it was comfortable for the two of us (and my husband is 6'3"!) The bed, bedding, bathroom all first class, providing a sense of pampering. The room safe is large (a nice touch) and there is a discreet room frig. Shower had great pressure.
They have a rooftop deck but it was closed in Winter. There is a 1st floor deck that is open and nicely arranged with a view of the Russian church.
The location could not be better: you are right on the Promenade, a block from the pedestrian walkway that meanders through Sanremo or you can walk west along the beach front and the many waterfront restaurants.
Equally convenient for exploring the historical neighborhoods of Sanremo.
All in all a very pleasant stay we will happily repeat!

We enjoyed staying at the Lolli Palace our 3 nights in Sanremo. It’s old-time elegance is delightful, but needs updating.

This is a fantastic hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms and amazing service at every level. The beds and pillows are top-notch and we woke every morning relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Every request was met with a smile and seen to straight away.
We made this our base for a rather long stay and would gladly come back.

Loved the hotel. Charming. Nestled into a busy area. Parking was closed off at the time but the receptionist helped us park. Overall favorite hotel of the European trip!

Great location, room was tiny, could barely fit my luggage in the room. 5 minute walk to the walking mall and water.

The hotel is well situated for walking to the beach and the pedestrian and casino area of San Remo. The only drawback it that it is on a very busy road, and it is impossible to drive to the front of the hotel to drop off and collect luggage given it is on a small lane. Parking is in a public lot across the street (provided it isn't closed for an event). The rooms are small but comfortable and seemed clean. Bathrooms have been updated and are of good standard. The breakfast buffet is offered in a lovely large and bright room overlooking gardens and the beach, and even has some space to eat on small balconies. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace, which features in their promotion photos, comprises the four tables and a few lounge chairs shown in the picture, but nothing else. What a shame more is not made of this feature. It has stunning views across to the impressive Russian church as well as of the entire beach promenade.

Great service on the front desk, omelette was great value and tasty. Great sized room with a sea view
2.0
It was terrible, especially the cleanliness of the hotel. Even the new towels provided were terribly dirty.
There where lots of insects in the room and our bodies are all biten. I think this bad condition of the hotel is because of the planned restoration it will go through but this cannot be an excuse given the relatively high price and rating.
I will never advice this hotel to any of my friends.

San Remo is a lovely beach town and well worth a visit. The locals are friendly and there was no shortage of things to do. Excellent dinners thanx to trip advisor and even a free performance by the Russian Symphony. This property is very centrally located and within walking distance to everything. The breakfast room is very well done and has a fabulous view. The rooms on the north front can be loud. If possible choose a partial ocean view facing south over the park.

We had to get up early to leave. Mario served us coffee and croissants insisting that we wrap extras up for our journey. He was so nice. The hotel is very well located and the room was nice.
