Excellent

It was a little hard to find due to the amount of construction.
I called the hotel and they helped guide us there. The Owner/Manager was very helpful. The breakfast was good too. The room was a comfortable size. There were three of us. Our room had the extra bed off to the side in it's own space.

The location is excellent.

The young woman at the registration desk is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony but the whole town is impacted by Winter Olympics construction so we had a construction site view.

The room is small and somewhat outdated. Breakfast had much less selections than another hotel we stayed a day later. The area near the hotel is under construction. Even though noises weee not an issue at night, walking from one direction was restricted.

This hotel it’s on a perfect location of the town, has a parking and has wonderful people working there.
It’s a cozy hotel, really familiar style, everyone was extremely nice to us.
We were in the double simple room first, it’s cozy perfect for 2 friends, then we received a really nice upgrade for the room with balcony with a nice view from the mountain. They have renovated very nicely the rooms, it’s very clean and with charm. The breakfast has everything that we needed in a super cute room.
Only point less good I would say the bathrooms could be a bit upgraded.
But for the kindness, the careful about the costumers they definitely deserve a 5⭐️

This was the worst hotel experience. The front desk person was very rude. The rooms and the beds were bare bones and incredibly small. Threadbare sheets. You could barely turn around in the shower. I had an issue with my reservation - I erroneously booked the wrong night and attempted to rebook the next night- when I tried to work it out with the front desk person he refused to look up my bookings and was incredibly brusque and refused to give me a refund for a night I didn't stay. Ultimately, I ended up paying for two nights. Customer service was the worst.

We had a really positive experience at hotel olimpia , a family suite with a large balcony , great location and amazingly friendly and helpful staff, we would definitely stay here again. Yes it is a little dated but the convenience and welcome was fantastic. We were able to leave our luggage as we went into the mountains for 5 nights. Breakfast was fine , lots of fresh fruit and again friendly staff

The main entrance of the building is blocked by a construction site. We didn’t hear any noise though. The room and bathroom is a bit old and tired but you get what you pay for. Everything is clean.

Hôtel was fine but unfortunately right next to a construction site which started at 7am. To be fair, most of Cortina was a construction site preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics

Parking is not available due to construction in the right front of this property. We had to spend time to find the way to property until I walk in and ask where to park. They have not sent any notification beforehand, and offer no alternative parking lot. They just suggest you to park in a free parking lot in the town, which is located 10-15 min away. Irresponsible.

Great location in Cortina, right in the middle of everything. Great value for a pretty nice property, you definitely get more than you pay for.

Bang central location! Minutes from everything including the ski bus (free use with lift pass) bus station for the coach to/from the airport. It's a dated property and the hot tub was out of order (they said it's been that was for over a year). But it was so warm, clean, the staff were lovely! There's a tea Furness and fruit bowl at reception, excellent WiFi, comfortable beds and fluffy towels and toiletries. We even had a sizeable balcony. The breakfast was good too.

Great place to stay in Cortina city center, very welcoming staff that let us have a shower after our check out. Good price and variegated breakfast!

For the money 200 dollars it wasn’t worth it but we were in a bind for a place to stay. Wouldn’t do it again. Breakfast was nice but don’t dare take an apple with you for the road. Not allowed.

Staff was very helpful as we had to change our travel plans several due to the other couple traveling with us becoming ill.

No fridge which would be nice when many people staying are there for outdoor activities; staff was great and perfect area for walking around the town after hiking since it was so close to everything.

Staff were very friendly and the place was in the perfect location. When I arrived with my vehicle I was told to find a parking spot in town. Room was small. But served as a place to sleep before our hikes.

This was a great home for our two April nights in the Dolomites! We enjoyed being in the middle of the village where we could walk to the bus station, restaurants, shops, and the ski lifts. The hotel was clean, served a great breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small and simple but was everything needed for myself and two teenagers. We enjoyed having a balcony where we could people-watch and hear the church bells ringing. Highly recommended!

One of the staff was rushing people out from the breakfast room, took my coffee away before I return to my table for my second trip to the buffet table

The staff made the stay very nice. The hotel accommodations were older, but still very nice.
The only thing that we avoided was the yogurt for breakfast that was out of date by a month.

Very expensive and loud. My wife and I were assigned a room with two twin beds. When we went back and asked for a room with a queen bed they wanted an extra 50 dollars a night for a room with a queen bed. No transportation to attractions. No busses running so 50 dollar taxi each way to start of hiking trail. 54 dollar cable car ride one way up to the top of another mountain. Restaurants are very expensive and limited. If you are in to being around a bunch of rich snobby people it is your place. I found it my least favorite town in the Dolomites.

Very rude young waitress at breakfast left a very bad impression. (20th Aug) Breakfast was not good atall unless you like whote bread and a load of packaged meat or cheese - no fresh coffee or decaf)
Hotel position is very central and convenient, even though we had s lovely large corner balcony, the hotel is pretty run down. Reception staff were nice. Cortina prices ie you don’t get much for your money. Ok for 1 night stopover but wouldn’t stay there again
