We only stayed here one night but everything was lovely. Check in, super easy. Good on-site parking. Clean room. Nice balcony with view. Staff was super nice. Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Close to the center of town (2 blocks) but away from the noise. Would definitely stay here again

The views were amazing and the staff were very friendly.

For 1-2 nights it is ok. Parking was full, you need to park wherever you can, hoping don’t have a ticket next morning. Internet was out of service all my stay, and not being a local person, wifi is a must. This was very dissapointing.
Breakfast is good, although only 1 coffee machine, I had to make a line for 10 min in order to get a coffee. Food is good quality though.
Overall a good experience, although for the price it could have been a little bit better.

As advertised, we stayed in the “Residenza”. Although I had asked for two single beds in the room, once arrived I realised we were assigned to a double-bed bedroom. In addition, The room was quite small: too small for two people.
Other than that, our stay was fine. Good breakfast, with a good variety of food. The hotel is very clean and we have been offered free on-site parking.
The hotel is very conveniently located just outside the town center: in less than 10 minutes walk, you are in the city centre.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Serena. We’ve appreciated position, immediately outside from the city center but at walking distance, breakfast and hotel restaurant. I’ll definitely come back and I really recommend it both for families and group of friends!

Hotel didn’t put the heating when it was freezing cold at night (temperatures reaching sub 0 degrees Celsius at night).
Everyone was having breakfast with their down jackets

Convenient location, just off the main access to the city. Great view and very nice staff (I was upgraded for free). I also had my dinner at the restaurant, and I was pleased (and surprised) by the quality/variety of the food and... by the bill. Hope to get there again soon.

Very nice and typical building very close to Cortina city center and Faloria ski-area. Huge room with amazing view. Sonia and her professional staff were always available, especially for our check-in/check out times and F&B requests. The hotel has a good restaurant and the breakfast is complete with huge variety. Highly recommended!

We took a room with half board. Everything was ok. The personal is very polite. The room is clean. I would add vegetables for breakfast. The dinner is tasty but too much ) as for me.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
The bed and pillows were okay but not great - definitely need an upgrade.
The cleaning staff were wonderful.
Location was great.

Great stay at Cortina. The staff was very hepful.
The hotel is close to the city center (short walk with the cycling path going to the bus station).
The food was nice as well.

Nice location just outside of the town center. Great, friendly staff as well!

Good location, few minutes walk from ski bus, fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. Hotel shuttle will take you to/ from either ski lift directly at start or end of day. Great breakfast and decent evening meal- worth doing half board as restaurants in town pricey unless you’re just after pizza. Very helpful staff. Decent size warm room Negatives? Soft drinks and coffee a bit expensive at €3.50 but would definitely recommend it.

The hotel staff are amazing and make your stay in this beautiful town amazing.

Good location, not far from city center and yet a quiet place. A hotel itself is a "decrepit old lady" as it is a case with Cortina d'Ampezzo as a whole: too much money for not too much in return. Neighboring cities and places offers more if you are a Dolomites admirer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always looking out for you. Hotel is approx 10min walk to centre of town. Rooms with amazing mountain views and very quiet location. Great variety of breakfast options. Bus station is around 20min walk. Perfect hotel location for our Cortina Skyrace.

Great place and friendly staff. Close to city center and went there for the Lavaredo Ultra Trail. Decent breakfast and Wifi worked fine. Rooms are certainly aged already but good value for the money

Since 10 years winter vacations in Italy in different star hotels, for the first time I am totally disappointed from my stay in Hotel Serena. The attitude of the receptionist – Italian girl I think named Valentina Santini was extremely rude and non-professional. She allowed herself to yell and insult me. As a result of her attitude my vacation was totally spoiled and I left 2 nights earlier. She advised me that if I do not like her hotel to leave it immediately even thought I have pre-paid my vacation and to claim money back from your site. I would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel as long as such rude, non-professional, with bad english and ill-breeding people like Ms Santini represent the hotel in front of the clients. In addition the room was not heated well and the wi-fi was bad. The prohibition for smoking in the hotel was not respected – there was a constant smoking on my floor. The whole area is not good for skiing – no good connection from the hotels to the insufficient ski tracks and no free parking. Bad connections between the ski tracks.
