Hotel s dušom i osobljem za poželjeti

Možda je malo preskupo za prosječnog građanina RH, ali sobe su uredne, s TV, kupaone s tuš kabinom,fen, održavaju se, stolarija je loša, pogled na more fantastičan. Prelijepe lampe. Doručak je fantastičan, obilan, svatko može naći štogod želi. Posebne pohvale ljubaznim damama na recepciji, Andreji i Faniki. Profesionalne, ljubazne a istodobno tople i ljudske... predivne. Želim Vam puno uspjeha u radu, bogatu sezonu i nadam se da ćemo se vidjeti doskora. Lp

Nemam zamjerki,osim menadžmentu sugestija što prije urediti stolariju, fasada na balkonu puca i šteta bi bila da hotel na tako lijepoj poziciji propadne, stvarno je prelijep objekt sa dušom i osobljem koje čini sve da bi se gost osjećao ugodno, dobrodošao.

Die Aussicht war schön und das Frühstück war gut. Alles war sauber. Die Parkgebühr beträgt 20 Euro pro Tag.

Die Türen und Fenster könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.

Other than noisy neighbors, I love the room and the location.

The helpfulness of the staff. Ivana took a lot of time with me to help me map out a bus route to Budapest. The other receptionist people have been wonderful! I love the location, the view, the room!

What I didn’t like was how the sound traveled in my room through the walls. I could hear people talking loudly even though their doors to the terraces were closed and so is mine. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from either below or next to me. That was very annoying! So the room was not quiet

Összességében sokkal szebb és jobb volt, mint amire egy 3*-os szállodától számítottam.

Nagyon szép volt a szállás, a reggeli is finom volt.

Erkély nélküli szobákat kaptunk, pedig a foglaláskor az volt írva, hogy tartozik a szobához erkély is. Mikor ezt szóvá tettem, megoldották, hogy erkélyes szobáink legyenek. Nagyon rossz volt reggel a kávé.

Good with room for improvement

Friendly staff, especially Fanika was very helpful. Maybe for a HotelManagement student she needs to learn her boundaries to go a level higher. But for this hotel she was great.

A lot of small issues. The windows were not clean on the upper part, full of dead animals, the drain pipe of the wash basin was leaking badly and the ceiling of the bathroom had a bad water stain (fresh) and a mouldy spot. That influenced the odore of the room, of course. No fridge or coffee maker on the room, which could be expected for the price. Location is right next to the Casino and above the noisy bars. So not the kind if you’re looking for a quiet location. Swimming facilities are great and nicely done, also clean. Breakfast is really nice. Forget good coffee if you’re used to Italian coffee (for the spoilt…).

The staff is very kind and accommodating. Refrigerators are not in the rooms but they brought me one when a few items I had needed refrigeration. Also, the location and views are amazing and the breakfast has everything you want and is delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

A charming, centrally located hotel in a historic building with modern amenities

Excellent location and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are also good, even surpassing a 3-star hotel. Free drinks with dinner is a big plus. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone who worked at the reception and in the restaurant was very pleasant, provided all the necessary information as well as any additional information we were looking for. A few days we had dinner at the neighboring Hotel Kristal, but it was no problem because it is very close and the service is also good. Parking was a pleasant surprise. We always managed to find a free place very close to the hotel (probably because it was off-season after all). Also, the method of payment was easy, because you can pay at the hotel reception, which the friendly girls who work there immediately informed us. Everything the hotel offers is more than expected.
