Too expensive for what you get.

Great location, nice decor, nice pool, very good airconditioning. Two bathrooms. Two nice balconies. Parking on site.

Everything was so small. Small rooms (only big room was the hall but I don't need big hall), no living room, no oven to cook food, too little and low quality kitchen utensils (it was induction hop but e.g one of two fryingpan was not made for inductio), no big mirror, very old TV (no smart TV etc. LuckiIy I brought a cable so we could watch from cellphone, but still incredibly difficult to connect) A lot of dust. Very, very expensive. 340€/night for 60 sqm. The pictures are too high quality so our expectation was high. If this was a 200€/night apartment it would be good, but at 340€ you expect a lot more.

mixed emotions

The location is great, appartment is well furnished and very good mantained. It is very spatious, with nice balcony for both rooms. The villa itself is really a beauty. The host is nice. Maybe my evaluation is lower in average because really great previous reviews hightened my expectations....

Some details that make a staying nice were missing: no bigger mirror in the whole appartement, no trash bins in the toilets, so we had to make a walk to the kitchen to the bins. But this is really a small detail. What made a difference for me, was really dirty pots and mugs (I wasn't keen on exploring further) in the kitchen and on our departure a tiny (baby?) mouse came from one of the (otherwise clean and modern) bathrooms...

Location was excellent! Apartment was nice and clean.

Would be good to have a toaster. Would be helpful to have little garbage cans in the washrooms. Didn’t find the large towels until the second day because they were in the bottom drawer of the sink cabinet. Pool was open, but it was so cold that it couldn’t be used. We were hoping that the pool would be heated.

the perfect stay

the whole property is amazing. beautiful villa, small but lovely outdoor area - and si central! when we needed extra towels the host was so quick to respond and react. the bedroom has hotel quality, so cosy, even the sleeping sofa is very comfy. although we were unlucky with the colder & wet weather, inside it was warm and cosy. probably one of the best deals I’ve ever found on booking.

Central Opatija in beuatifuly renovated villa

Lovely building, beautifully renovated, nice view. Excellent location, close to everything. The pool and the sunbeds in the garden are added bonus.

The sofa bed in the living room is not really appropriate for two adults.

Great place.

Great place for a short stay. I accidentelly met the apartment owner (though all the instructions were sent by SMS and there was no need in personal meeting with the owner) and the lady was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment itself looked very nice, we got the one with the balcony which we occupied immediatelly after checkin, it was nice to silently sit there for a half of hour after a long drive. The location was good, the apartment owner suggested us restaurants for breakfast and dinner which we followed and didn't regret. I can't recall anything negative, the only thing - maybe it would be nice to have a kettle for tea in the apartment but probably it was there and we just didn't find it.

This is not important at all but maybe I would avoid to use so strongly smelling flavorings in the hall. It was too much for us but since it was in the hall and not in our apartment it wasn't very important.

Location and apartment are just perfect, everything’s within one’s reach. Building is beautiful, staff is really helpful. Absolutely recommended also with children.

Great location, close to the center. Beautiful villa and nice pool area. Very nice and attentive host.

not enough space/no shelf in the bathroom to put the hygiene and cosmetic products (especially for 4 girls). AC not cooling down the apartment much, but it was enough in this case (outside 27 degrees)

It was a very nice apartment and it was also perfectly located. Near to the sea and city centre. Elizabeta was also very helpful and a very responsive host. We had an excellent stay
