Great access to the slopes. ice of breakfast and easy to get into the village for dinner.

Great location next to piste. Room tired, though we did not spend much time there and was exactly what we needed

Had a great stay at Le Diva with a warm, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the slopes. Bed was comfortable and warm water always available. Quiet room even though apres was close by, always felt safe as a lone traveller. Great staff and super friendly reception when I arrived very late. Recommended!

Hotel is a little on the tired side but it’s good value and an easy walk to the lifts in Tigne

My boyfriend and I both contracted Covid 3 days before our stay. We had proof from the doctor saying that we should not travel nor did we want to spread more Covid. So, we asked to cancel our trip. The hotel was impossible to reach. After multiple attempts, I sent an email with a very thorough explanation. I received a short response that they were unwilling to help and we would be charged in full. I supposed they would have rather had us visit them and spread Covid to everyone. Not a good policy. Don't recommend the hotel - not friendly or helpful.

The only gripe I had was the cleanliness, and even then I’ve experienced worse. Considering what we paid for our stay, I was very impressed with everything else. I would definitely recommend the hotel, overall it was very good value for money. We were there to ski so we just needed a shower, a bed and some food, all of which we got. No major complaints. If you want top of the range, pay a bit more to go elsewhere, but for the price, very good.

The hotel location is amazing - 5 mins walk to the slopes. The boot room is a great idea and leads straight outside, so much easier when getting ready.
Its quite tired and needs improving, the rooms a very basic, and not as show on the photo's on this website (this website doesn't give you much info on the rooms I think they need to have more details, as we booked a superior room and expected a room with an adjoining room as shown on the pictures). The rooms need cleaning more thoroughly our bath wasn't clean.
The food was good for the price of the hotel, and there was plenty of it.
The staff were friendly and always helpful (except for a very rude manager on arrival when there was a mix up on our rooms, not sure I have ever experienced such an aggresive response - and we were not rude to him).

Had a great time. The food was really good and the location was fantastic. The staff work non stop and I would definitely recommend

Great location to get access to the slopes!... but Hotel internet was not working, despite that you have to pay for it... Furthermore, these days, with the cost of the accommodation, internet should be included... No cooked breakfast (only 1 day), food in the evening with too much cream and fat, lack of variety and imagination...

Location great. Restaurant seating cramped. Buffet breakfast not great. Evening buffet meal ok. Bar entertainment poor. 3 stayed in room for 4 - would of been too cramped if 4th person in room and definately not enough storage.

Let Diva is a reliable place for a family ski trip, ideally located in Val Claret. The decor is a little dated but it is clean, food is good and service is helpful.

The room was nice and had a lovely view, the bathroom facilities were good in the room.
The restaurant was nice but didn’t have many options for dinner- as it was free I can’t complain however I would have been happy to pay for a menu meal.
I didn’t use the other facilities in the hotel.
The only thing about the room would be it didn’t have a kettle which was a basic expectation.

Great location in one of the best ski areas in Europe however the hotel itself has a lot of different problems. As we arrived to the front desk for checking in the hotel couldn’t find our reservation and after multiple emails and phone calls with different people still was unable to find it, they told us that they will resolve it later on and allowed us to get in. I am not sure if this is the hotel problem or if the problem is because of hotels.com.Buttom line we got lucky that the hotel was not full otherwise we won’t have a room for us.We had breakfast and dinner included which is very standard for a ski hotel.Breakfast was ok, not great not bad.Diner was disgusting to the point that we could not find one decent thing to eat, we are not pepole the complains and usually can find something that we like but this one was really bad.On our third night we jumped from our bed around midnight as we had strangers entered our room.Apparently the hotel reception gave our room to two new guests that showed up late at night.Waking up from bad to find people you don’t know in your hotel room is really bad experience.

Second stay at this hotel. Went back as it had been excellent when it was the diva. Since the takeover by the belambra group the hotel has reduced its standards....food was fairly good but not great for vegetetians. The hotel is tired needs renovating. Large groups and student groups were there so I would avoid if you want a peaceful holiday....One night people were running up and down corridor banging on doors. Security did not answer when they were called. Lounge bar ,Locker room and location are excellent.

This hotel is a great location, hotel rooms are good size with ensuite. Food very good, wide choice. The bar is very expensive, so I suggest you go out to the centre, which is only 5 minutes walk and try out some of the bars. The Couloir has a happy hour from 4 to 6 pm and the smaller bars are much cheaper. Watch out for Grizzly bear, great fun, lovely bar, however hugely expensive.

Found this hotel with a last-minute search during a motorbike tour, room was very clean and receptionist very friendly. Room had a big terrace, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it too much as we left early next morning. Position is good for the higher part of Tignes, unfortunately not too many places were open in the surroundings.

I have stayed here several years and the location is great and the hotel is one of the best in the area.

Hotel is in a great location - perfect for the slopes!
Food is plentiful and good - even for vegetarians!
Great value for money - I'd definitely stay there again.

Good service, great food and fantastic location to lifts. The room was quite small with no tea/coffee facility. Overall worth the cost.

Decided to stay at Hotel Diva as reviews seemed pretty good but we're disappointed. The restaurant was the real disappointment, not nearly enough staff and breakfast choice and quality not great. Evening meal was chaotic and again quality poor.
On a happier note, the front desk staff were very good and rooms pretty good for a 3* ski resort.

Great location, opposite the main car park in Val Claret (but almost impossible to see from the road!). The room was a bit small for four of us and the decor is a bit dated, but the staff were all cheerful and helpful. It's second from the ski lifts and the food was really good. We weren't expecting a great deal on half board, but actually it was rather nice. Would go again.

Good family hotel conveniently located with quick piste access (2 mins walk to lifts: Grand Motte, Les Lanches, Fresse, Bollin, & Tichot).
We travelled independently but it's a popular choice with Tour Operators including Crystal.
Plenty of choice for ski rental. We used Precision Ski situated at the front next to hotel doors (competitive online rates)
Traveller Tips:
1. Choose high room (preferably top floor) at front overlooking pistes for superb mountain views. Lowers rooms at the front suffer from some outside noise (piste bashers, snow plough, car park).
2. Supermarket next to hotel. Ideal for keeping costs down (drinks, snacks, sandwiches etc)

Fab hotel for skiing, 2 minute walk to slopes, ski hire underneath hotel.
The room was nice and comfortable, no luxuries but just right.
Food, brilliant. Breakfast buffet with hot, cold, pastries, cereals, everything really and evening meal delicious every night, fantastic salad bar and desserts. Staff were all really friendly. We will stay here again.

Satisfactory, but a little impersonal

I booked the week before we set off and was a little apprehensive due to the last minute booking. However, I couldn't recommend this lovely hotel any more. Right next to the lifts- the perfect location and a 2 minute walk to all the bars and clubs in the evening. The food was AMAZING, the most delicious food and the biggest selection for every meal, we had seven-courses every dinner and we never wanted to leave.

I've stayed at his hotel on 5 separate occasions and is it is now in need of some modernisation in the rooms which are becoming a little tired. Service though is very good. The location is key for this hotel as a 2 minute walk to the slopes is a big bonus.

We only stayed for one night but were very pleased with the location, staff and facilities at the Hotel Diva. Directly opposite the 'Tichot' lift, and within a 2 minute walk to the main 'Grande Motte' ski area, the location was excellent. The bar was reasonably priced, and the ski room provided was excellent (including locks for skis and boots).

Beware that this hotel is not in the place that google maps think it is

Basically a package tour hotel, with poorly appointed and ridiculously small rooms, worn decor, poor lift service, pleasant staff, reasonable food at breakfast, a scrum for the food at busy times, and (above all) a good location by the pistes. If what you are looking for is a utilitarian hotel for skiing with a very good location for the pistes, and if you have little interest in high standards of comfort or decor or sophistication (not a bad thing not to be interested in if all you want is skiing and particularly if you have children), then this is the place for you. Go for a room facing the pistes and on the higher floors (if you can bear taking the stairs or waiting for days for a lift at rush hour).

Resturant is poor, and very expensive, 55 euros for water, diet coke and 2 salads. Cleaner also left balcony door open bearing in mind it was -14 so room was freezing cold all evening. Location is good though, very close to ski lifts etc.
