Great place. Excellent location. Great staff!

Quiet, great location.

Spacious rooms. Walking distance from ski lift and hotel offers you also free storage for ski equipment right at the lift. 3 mins from most town restaurants. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Will stay again.

All of the staffnat this hotel are wonderful. The 2 gentlemen who work reception, the 3 ladies who clean the rooms and the breakfast servers. They were all wonderful. Location is a 7 min walk from the 2 main gondola lifts. Hotel has its own parking garage (cost per night) and a secure equipment room. My son enjoyed the sauna and pool. The breakfasts were the best we have had over the last 2 weeks in Europe. No fridge in the room but we just put our stuff out on the balcony. (Dec) We also found the rooms warm but slept with the windows cracked open and enjoyed the fresh mountain air.

Good location close to train station

Room was clean, bedsheets comfortable, the hotel provided clean bathroabs and slippers. Bathroom was clean and large. The breakfast was nice and well appreciated. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay several days!

Super fine hotel. Fine condition.
2.5
Very quick check in, clean comfortable room. Breakfast is great with a good selection of items to fuel a day’s skiing. Reception can give you a lift pass to avoid queues to get one at lifts.

Hotel is very clean. It was very warm( too hot in places), the breakfast was a good selection buffet. The room quality is good and the hotel looks fairly new. Could have done with slightly softer beds and brighter lighting if I'm being fussy. There was not much atmosphere in the bar, probably because there is no restaurant...
3.0
Overpriced. Just a basic hotel, basic room. Hotel and room not worth $500 per night.
5.0
Good value, clean, friendly staff.
Two main issues:
1. Don't expect to be able to relax and enjoy the spa/sauna room. Full of loud British tourists.
2. The breakfast room is more like a hospital ward of serious respiratory disease than anything else. Most people are very sick and coughing all over the place, some seem on the verge of needing a respirator.
5.0
The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast served a wide variery of delicious items. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
2.5
This is a great hotel with great facilities. I would definitely recommend for skiing as it is between the best slopes.
2.0
A relatively new hotel (I guess from 2010) in very good shape. The management and team seemed to be very very proud of their hotel and that the guests should enjoy their stay.
Breakfast buffé was in same way excellent, including made to order omelette. The breakfast room, however, was not very cozy... Very sterile and in the basement.
Only "warning" is if you book a Superior Room, it says in the room description of hotels.com that there is a bed sofa in the room. This was not true! We were only two persons so we didn't need an extra bed, but I booked the Superior room because of this extra comfort.
A practical "issue" is that the rooms have little possibilities for storing your skiing clothes, helmets, gloves etc when you come back from the slopes and they need to dry. Could have been some hangers instead of nice paintings on the walls. But we managed that as well, hanging some clothes in the shower, some over heater, some over armchair, some over lamp etc.
The above shouldn't be taken as complaints, we were very satsified with our stay at the hotel, and will stay there again!

4* hotel with no room coffee facilities? The hotel is ok. Parking is a problem if you have a big suv/long car. The room was small but cosy. Overall was ok.

Surrounded by mountain views and similar properties area of Banyan hotel is exactly what I've expected of mountain holiday to be. It is a typical resort to take a rest, relax and enjoy nature.
Inside is quite simple, clean and modern.
Staff is always there, doing great job and keeping high standards of service.
Amazing place, very good location and reasonable price.

Nice clean room, huge balcony on 3rd floor. Helpful staff

Our stay was fine, nothing special. Hotel was clean but lacked alpine atmosphere. Each night a loud group took over the “bar” area (6 chairs) so there was no place for a nightcap. Would stay elsewhere next year.

We stayed for 8 nights at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions, get us information, and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The hotel manager was so friendly and chatted with us one night at the bar for a bit which was very enjoyable. The nighttime desk/bar attendant was awesome. We sat at the bar for longer than we intended to one night just to talk and laugh with him. All the staff was just fantastic.

Problems with the cardcodes that did not work so we had to go to the reception almost daily to reprogramme the card

The only thing wrong with our stay was the fact that it was too short. Our hotel room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was good and location was great.

Overall the Banyan is a good hotel, but with some issues.Pros:— Centrally located in Sankt Anton downtown— A good and rich breakfast— The staff was helpfulCons:— Small rooms. There is actually no place to put a suitcase and open it.- They charge 10 euros / day for parking.

Comfy big room with balcony, well equiped. The small spa plus swimming pool in underground floor is for free use. Parking garrage for extra fee. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast.
4.0
Property is fine but one aspect I didn't like. The use of a coffee machine at breakfast. Revolting coffee as usual from these machines.
2.0
Nice and quite hotel. Unfortunately limited parking space.

The hotel is well done for a property that cares about costs.

We arrived in the rain and were greeted by a friendly man - manager I think. He directed us to the underground car park where we could unload the car after checking in. There’s a lift to the floors so no lugging suitcases up stairs!Rooms were clean and comfortable and beds good. Hairdryer provided and shower gel. Shower over the bath. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs and bacon available in dishes and the usual continental breakfasts. We got advice on places to eat in the evening, and had a good meal close by. The key card reader on our door was broken so we were quickly moved to another room.Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our one night stay.It was walking distance to the shops and there’s a Spar a short walk away.
2.5
The hotel room was a modern spin on classic Alpine with a great bathroom. Nice bar and super breakfast. The location is very central but far enough from the apres action to be peaceful. Strongly recommend.

Good Hotel, Good Location, approx 650m from lift and nightlife, so at the right end of town. Good local austrain restaurant opposite, and 50 meters from SPAR supermarket for supplies and free equipment and boot storage next to main lift was a real bonus. Had a twin room with 2 blokes and was ample.
2.5
Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is everything you can wish for

Very nice place to be. Rooms are super clear, new. In reality looks much better then shown in the pictures. Food was amazing. Sauna & pool are in great working order.Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. Check-in and checkout were smooth. You can get your ski pass at front desk. Hotel provides vouchers to store your ski equipment at the storage center next to all lifts.Walkable distance to all destinations - restaurants, shops, ski lifts and train station

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, lovely spa facility. Would prefer a hotel with a restaurant but would return and recommend to those looking for a short break.
2.5
Very comfortable stay, excellent location right in St. Anton Village and easy access to the ski hill. Quiet with very good breakfast.
2.5
Very nice staff. The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk through the pedestrian zone to the main ski lifts.
Ahti at the front desk was very friendly and eager to please.
Whatever we asked for we received with a smile.
The rooms were very clean and had modern bathrooms.
2.5
This is a great mid sized hotel - in resort less than 5 minute walk to centre. Hotel was very clean rooms are a good size and have modern bathrooms. The staff are both friendly and helpful, boot room is excellent in the underground garage (which offers guest parking). Breakfast is plentyful and has a good selection of hot and cold. I would definitely recommend and will visit again.
