Staff was really nice and friendly. The room wasn't great. Hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours. The Sheetrock on the ceiling showed water damage. Overnight rain resulted in my son getting wet from an unfixed leak.

Rented a total of 6 rooms, last minute, for my husband’s work trip and even though it was last minute.. the rooms were clean and very comfortable! Staff was very nice and helpful! Thank you everyone!

The price was fair for needing a place to sleep for the night. When I arrived to check in, the desk clerk asked for a card for incidentals. I asked how much the hold was. It took several minutes to get a straight answer. He kept saying "about $100" or "around $100". I refused to hand over my card until he gave an exact amount. He finally said he could put it at $100. I still have no idea what he was going to put originally. After getting through that ordeal, we went to the room, which did not have a number by the door (room 210). There were what looked like coffee stains on the top blanket. And there was no soap in the shower or by the sink. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable. It was, overall, a very disappointing stay.

The price was good and it was in a convenient location. The room smelled dirty like a mix of mold and urine. The shower water pressure wasn’t good and there wasn’t a place to easily get your towel when you got out. The breakfast was put out late which put us behind on our travel timeline. Won’t stay here again if we had the opportunity. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very hospitable and friendly staff. The entire location appears to be very clean and you can’t beat the price. Our one night stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend. Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. The housekeeping manager even knocked on our door the next morning to see if we needed anything prior to checking out.

The place was quiet, I arrived late. The staff was informative. It is a pet friendly place but I couldn’t find the pet station so I had to leave the poop at the trash can by the front door. The cover on top of the bed was dirty and/or stained. The bathtub leaks water and when you shower the water runs out of the bathtub soaking the floor.. it needs a little triangle stopper on the corner. Little things here and there that can be easily fixed. Breakfast was good.

The property has been redone, but is older. The breakfast was fine, the room was clean, but the tub was chipped. It appeared to have been recently painted, but it has been painted too many times. The A/C worked, but was gizmoed and weird. The price was right. I would not recommend for a vacation, but business or pr necessity.

This property is old, outdated and dirty. A few freshly painted walls does not make up for everything else. Sheets were stained, tv didn't work, the pool was dirty, the gym was atrocious. My room had tile coming up and a bed that felt like it was leaning. I don't think they have replaced towels or the carpet in like 30 years. The whole hotel gave a creepy vibe and a bad stench. The good reviews on the hotel sites were definitely made by people who checked in late, went straight to bed and left before the sun came up. Only upside was an a/c that worked well, although loud, and the staff was nice. Will not stay here again. Oh, and the area around the hotel was sketchy.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice pool, but had to ask for it to be unlocked each day. Good breakfast and coffee. Coffee in room did not get restocked even when requested. Quiet. Friendly staff, from reception to housekeepers. Clean. A few non-bothersome maintenance issues noted. Good value. The comfortable bed and pillows are what were the most important item to me! And the well functioning AC unit! A comfortable and good night’s sleep leads to a joyful day!

Unfortunately, my stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites was not good. The entire hotel was without hot water, and had been for a couple of days prior to my stay. My room had not been cleaned. I found used floss on the desk table, blood stains on the sheet, torn hole in the comforter about 2 inches wide, unrepaired drywall roughly a foot long, and the door eyelet had been punched out and stuffed with tissue. However, the breakfast was good. But still, i wont be staying here again.

The only problem I had was waking up at 3 AM in the morning with a very strong marijuana smell. I did notify the front desk and they were going to look to see if someone was illegally smoking in their room.
