We were excited about our stay and when we arrived the hotel looked nice and well presented. The lady at reception was friendly and check in was simple and easy however the operational hours weren’t very late. Once we got up to the room was when things became disappointing, the walk to the room is all tiled so on a rainy afternoon these were extremely slippery, especially with two young children and juggling luggage. There are no lifts so all luggage had to be carried upstairs. The rooms are dated and have minor damage that made the room not look appealing. The bench had an air-conditioner above it which had dust spilt onto the bench from the system or it hadn’t been wiped down. When we arrived all the air conditioners and doors were open, which on a rainy day was a bit strange, but once we closed everything up we worked out why, the room had a musky cigarette sort of smell, under the bench was a ashtray. The room was non smoking but I assume other guests must smoke on the balcony with the smoke drifting into the rooms. All the skirting and tops of light switches and surfaces were all dusty, the bed creaked everytime you rolled over and wasn’t very comfortable, the bathroom had mould on the silicone edging and on the blinds next to the shower. Everything in the unit felt damp. Finally you can hear everything outside, the walls must be quite thin. We heard other guests talking and going to their room all night. I would not be staying again.

Resort is everything needed for a fabulous family holiday. Management and all other staff extremely helpful and friendly. So close to the beach, shops and places to eat. Second year there and look forward to going back next year

I was disappointed in the state of the property. I expected more such as a cafe of some description, a lift rather than having to walk up two flights of stairs. I am 76 and my husband 86. We were staying during schoolies week which prevented us using the pool during a quiet time. I would not recommend this place to my friends

Excellent 5 night stay. Pool is good but only 1 metre deep and only one of the two spa options worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful and 'shuffled' things around to enable to stay an extra night. The rooms have everything you need for great stay.

Loved Agnes Waters and the environment. The accommodation was good except the lounge suite was worn out, the fly screen in the main bedroom had a large hole in it, the fly wire door screens fell off and there was a hole in the wall where the door opener had gone through it.

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, lovely apartment nicely fitted out with the essentials, great staff. We extended our stay an extra night and I wish I could have extended it forever.

The checkin was very simple and efficient and we had a spacious one bedroom apartment for two nights. The perfect location made is simple to get to the beach for relaxation and the shops for supplies as we prefer to walk.

Great location close to the beach and Agnes Water shops. Pool area is a little small but overall nice. 'Free' wifi is limited to 300MB per device per stay and you have to log in with a unique username and password for each device every time you use it - after 300MB you pay. The aircon and TV remotes could do with fresh batteries. Overall a good stay, you can't beat this location.

Had a top floor apartment as requested. Nice. Electric BBQ on balcony was a plus. Comfortable bed. Managers were great. 10 minute drive to Seventeen Seventy. 10 minute drive to Agnes Waters Golf Club. Nice venue. 350 metres to beach. Next to shopping centre. A few minutes walk to Agnes Water Tavern. The Tavern is a a great venue with friendly and honest staff. Golf club was nice. Flat with a little water and verged by trees.The golf club was a 10 minute drive. Visited "The Tree" Hotel at 1770 and found it quaint with a restaurant indoors and the Bar was the verandah. Nice short walks in and around 1770 and Agnes Waters. A relaxing area with freinddly people.
