Great old property that has been put to excellent use. Loved the coffee service on each floor and the rooftop bar. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I booked a room with a king bed and received a double bed. When I asked the manager for assistance, all help was declined and she basically said there was nothing she would do to help, refund the difference, or accommodate the overbooking mistake. The only offer was to upgrade to an executive king room for $30 additional. She was also extremely rude.
The double bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was small, without many amenities.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel, particularly one that prides itself in being nice.

Check in staff were amazing. Room was good but a/c didn’t work 2nd night so it was hot and maintainence was gone. Tried to go to the bar but the hostess is too busy running food to actually do their her job (Armani). They seat one tops at a 5 top and leave the 4 extra chairs empty. People would rather sit together and be seated than wait an hour or two. Our last waitress was awesome. Felt pretty safe despite the area.

Not happy with my check in at the hotel .
When I made reservation on line hotel.com mislead us . Hotel .com suggested that room accommodate for tree people , but when we were checking in the hotel clerk said room capacity is not not enough for three people and we have to get a different room and pay another $80 dollars on top what we paid on line . Therefore hotel.com should not mislead people .

Bed was comfortable, floors were old and made a lot of noise. Only have of the TV channels were available.

Front desk manager is unprofessional and rude. Confirmed fees before booking, and upon arriving was told that one of their associates was “wrong” and refused to honor their previous confirmation. Their demeanor was antagonistic and snarky, placing the blame on their associate and me, and too bad they’re not honoring what I was promised. It left such a bad taste and honestly ruined my trip. Did not come on vacation to be gaslit and deal with a condescending, power tripping reception staff.

I got a room next to the elevator. The intermittent noise woke me up constantly. I eventually left the hotel.

This is a beautiful, historic hotel. You immediately feel special to be staying there. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The patio out back was very pretty and welcoming. There was a terrific restaurant and outdoor patio on the roof.

Parq Hotel is all around Exceptional. The rooftop lounge was such a nice experience after traveling all day. We had cocktails and appetizers. Everything was excellent from the staff, to the super clean rooms, comfy beds and the breakfast room food.

Great place!

Good stay overall, Staff was a bit condescending. It was ok.

I had to travel for a medical appointment from out of state and not knowing Albuquerque, I looked through the online hotel options and reviews, and knew when Hotel Parq came up it was going to be clean and safe. I am so glad I picked it because it was so much more - very nice interior and bedrooms, fantastic rooftop bar and restaurant with a great view and comfy outdoor sofas to lounge on. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in any hotel. Yummy savoury egg bites, wide variety of pastries and fresh fruit.’I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Albuquerque.

Love the history of the building. The rooftop bar was fantastic!

I was so excited to stay here, especially because of the wonderful reviews! I had a crazy work day with my illustrious Interior Design job and worked 12 hours in 100 degree temps that day. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra night, so was so looking forward to my stay at the Parq Central. I was so tired and just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. When I tried to check in, I wasn’t in their system and then realized I accidentally booked for the next day. The guy behind the counter said I had to call hotels.com to change the booking, which the rep was completely willing to do. Then, in real time, I heard my rep call and when then front desk guy answered, he told them he would have to call his boss to approve a refund since it was less than 24 hours notice. Mind you, it’s 9:30 pm and they have already confirmed open rooms. At this point, I start crying. I made a really dumb mistake and I’m tired and dirty and just want to crash. I’m feeling extremely vulnerable. The hotel manager said I couldn’t change my booking. So, now, not only am I tired, but now I feel taken advantage of and pretty much swindled out of my money. The front desk did tell me about the Embassy Suites and I promptly left and booked my stay there. They were very accommodating and when I told them my story, they bumped me up to a nicer room. So, basically, Hotel Parq Central will never get my business again and I will be telling everyone I know not to stay there. They lack basic empathy and kindness.

An old, classic hotel. Beautiful linens, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and easy to find location.

Surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway.
Love the mcm decor and history of this beautiful property.

I was re-reserved to Parq after an Expedia problem with Hilton Garden Inn (Albequerque NM). Parq Central staff were available, genuine, empathetic and great. Beautiful and excellent acommodations, delicious dining at (free) breakfast and "Apothecary" options, and kind individual shuttle to airport on my schedule. Great experience, all around.

Worst experience of my life. Got literally robbed by this janky hotel. Bunch of crooks running it. Stay away. As far away as possible from this place.

Stayed three days. Such a nice, beautifully kept hotel with lots of history. Rooms are well maintained and above comfortable. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Breakfast is nothing special but evening at rooftop lounge is very nice. Will stay again.
4.5
Convenient, central location. They have created a peaceful ambiance, inside and around the property. A great place to relax. The best views of the city from the rooftop lounge!

The history of the building and place has been updated and would recommend staying here. Has a bar and rooftop lounge area with view of the city and sunset.😊👍

Nice hotel

It's 2024 and still no smart TVs. AC didn't work, thin walls.

The front desk staff claimed didn’t receive Expedia confirmation. Expedia attempted to work with the hotel staff but were unable to accommodate me with a new reservation. It was 9:00 pm and we didn’t have a reservation. Expedia was able to find a new reservation at Homewood Suits. I’m very unsatisfied with the service at Hotel Parq.

This place was so unexpected! The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across, and the hotel is beautifully done. The rooms are a bit small because the hotel is old, but the room was well decorated and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very helpful reception!

Hotel is fairly close to the airport, clean and safe.
Room furniture are not new and needs some maintenance work. No room complimentary coffee/tea tray. Complimentary breakfast is like an upgraded Continental Breakfast, but service was excellent.
4.5
The hotel staff were great, very friendly and attentive. The area was safe and parking was convenient. There could be improvements with the elevator and breakfast. There is one elevator for all guests which could take a while to get to your floor. The breakfast selection is small, could benefit from more to choose from. The highlight of the stay was a trip to the apothecary rooftop bar. Great drinks and food.
