Great place to stay with a lot of walkable amenities and great food/drink close by in the Sawmill district. A good value compared to Hotel chaco and still a classy joint.

Definitely not a handicapped accessible hotel. Mountain View is used very loosely

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Room were exceptionally clean. We loved being able to see the Sandias from our room windows and watching the balloons float through the sky was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the grounds were nice. The pool is a bit hidden but a nice space to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms feel a bit on the old side and a little small.
Overall it was a great experience and the convenience of walking to Old Town in 10 minutes was nice.
My only nit was the hidden “amenities” charge when checking out. I was told it was for the Keurig coffee and small water bottles in the room. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at that’s complimentary.

All the people working at this hotel were really nice. Their service was impeccable.
The hotel is convenient, walking distance from the Old town and museums.
The two negatives: 1. Only two elevators and no freight elevator, that's not enough for the size of the hotel. 2. The $20 resort fee (on top of the price we paid) wouldn't have made any sense if we didn't have a car to park. Even so, price per parking is too high

The hotel, grounds, and pool are beautiful, well-kept, and convenient for walking to Old Town and Sawmill Market. It is a quick drive to the BioPark and to walk along the Rio Grande. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only downside was the difficulty in parking in the evening when events (e.g., weddings) were taking place.

Wedding was held there that we attended and loved that our room was just upstairs to change shoes when my feet started to hurt. Very nice and clean hotel. We love staying there and will continue while visiting NM

Beautiful, rustic and bohemian style! I was only there for one night but will be my destination for future visits. The pool and hot tub were amazing and of great size; they are both privately located.

I gave it 3 stars because the gardens and pool area are beautiful; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of renovations. The air circulation in the suites are horrible! The price per night is way too high for those reasons.

When we arrived we had to wait over an hour past check in time for our room to be ready. There were multiple guests waiting. They were friendly about it but we almost missed our appointment we booked at the hotel spa. The next day the elevators went down completely and we had to walk up the stairs to the 10th floor then back down when we wanted to use the pool later. My dog that was staying with us has a bad hip and can not walk down or up stairs so we could not let her out all afternoon. I understand things happen but the communication regarding the elevators was horrible and when I explained my situation to the front desk I was told to “use the elevators at my own risk” when I asked when they would be safe to use. Because we had a dog with us, I requested to be in the room when housekeeping came, and I called to request cleaning services, but they never came. After waiting two hours we had to leave for our reservation. When I called the front desk, they just kept telling me that they would be there soon. Complementary valet is nice but there is never anyone at the desk to check in your vehicle. We wanted to get drinks at gardunos on Saturday night but they closed an hour early. Overall not enjoyable and made a relaxing trip stressful, I will not stay there again.

The only downside of my stay was that the bathroom sink did not dispense hot water. Also, if you didn't time your shower right, there would not be any hot water at all.
However, I also did not bring it to the staff's attention.

Would be excellent but for really poor food in the restaurant. Lovely grounds and pool. Very location.

Traditional decor, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, free valet parking, in house restaurant that has good food. Walking distance to Sawmill Market which has additional excellent restaurants. Also, walking distance from Old Town. We enjoyed our stay.

Throughly enjoyed my 2 nights with family at Hotel Albuquerque.
Beautiful grounds, kind, courteous and friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms, awesome pool, good eats, and a moving experience at the Flamenco matinee.
This was our second stay and HA and we have come to appreciate it even more this last visit.

Staff was very helpful and room was spacious and very clean.
I left my prescription sunglasses there and they promptly put them in the mail so I received them a few days after I returned home.

Hallways had no air- very warm. Room never got cold. Lady at front desk for check in was rude and didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes then looked at me and didn’t say anything, I said I was checking in and her response was what do you need. She also failed to activate key cards and had to go back down for that.

Deluxe room had vinyl flooring, balcony with no furniture

The elevator was out of service. We were on the 7th floor. It took the maintenance staff 24 hours to fix the problem. My daughter missed her flight back to Dallas, Texas. We had to use the stairs with all our luggage. I feel we should be compensated for this terrible inconvenience!

Really nice property…definitely dated. Feels like it’s hey day was probably 20 years ago or more. So feels…old. It was fine and clean and bed comfy, just ok. They have a new hotel next door looks really nice
