The staff are wonderful Service was wonderful. Our Villa was more than we had expected, clean with very attentive housekeepers. Overall, the site ideal place to unwind away from Centro but could use updating

Quiet, clean, good Covid prevention measures

Excellent staff that made me feel very welcome.

The staff and service are excellent. The manager is not from Oaxaca and had some weird comments about the staff whom I presume are Oaxacans. I live in Oaxaca and love the people here. They are polite, kind and helpful. This hotel also has laundry service which was useful.

The rooms are in severe need of an upgrade, the interior hasn't seen any investment in decades. The decor and smell takes you right back to visiting your grandmothers house as a child.
The sheets are paper thin, there is no mattress cover, the lighting dim, the upholstery soiled and overall it's just a very sad state of affairs.
The price is nowhere near inline with the quality provided.
The villa has a kitchen with fridge and stove but not a single utensil, not even a glass or match to light the stove, making having a kitchen entirely redundant.
The location, right on the highway, makes sleeping challenging due to the noise pollution from passing trucks all night long.
The positives - The landscaping is very nice, the hot water in the shower worked and there is on-site parking.

Wonderful! Beautiful inside and out. I would live here.

Although the design of the cabins is beautiful, the hotel is in an area of the entrance, very far from the center of Oaxaca and if there is a bus that takes, but it is very small, a remodeling is URGED, it is the typical hotel that stayed in the past and that although in normal season they charge approximately $ 800 (as I could see in their advertising of Billboards) in Christmas season they raise the prices to a level that puts them to compete with other better options, such as Hotel Victoria, etc.
The pool is very small
The fully saturated restaurant
Very rude and poorly trained staff
I would not recommend it only with the price they set for $ 800 and it would be to be seen

moderate traffic noise-early rush hour. Very nice grounds/garden. Small but adequate pool

Fit my need exactly. Looking for budget lodging. Flight didn't get into oaxaca till late and was close to midnite when I checked in with reception desk. Staff all very hospitable when I checked in and carried my heavy suitcase up stairs for me. Party must go on every Saturday nite. Water cold at nite but warm in am. I wa happy with my stay. Thank-you very much.

Basic, but great for the price.

The photos on expedia were of the nicer part of the hotel. The villas were probably about 30 years old and felt that way. Overpriced for what it was.

We choose this hotel because the city center was already full y booked. We will never come back. for what it offers its fully overpriced. For more than 100 usd, we were far off the center, very noisy and no breakfast at all. We could not sleep the whole night because of wedding parties. To top it off, cleaning stuff enteres our room at 9am when we were still sleeping. This hotel needs some serious improvement or should lower its price to common hostal rates.
3.9
overpriced, way out of town and subject to wedding parties which last all night...not recommended for tourists.

This hotel was lovely and had a great staff! The hotel restaurant was awesome! Wait staff took care of all of our needs and wants every time we had a meal there. The grounds were scenic and well-kept. The only negative was the location. It is not near downtown. Taxis into town will cost you about 50 pesos (or more). There was bus service into the city for 6 pesos. You ride with the locals and see the city this way. Some of the buses gave us
quite a bumpy ride, while others did not. I recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet, are not going to
go into the city very much, and want authentic food of the Oaxaca region.

We enjoyed our stay, it's a shame your hotel doesn't have a frigde in the rooms
