GREAT location! across from Les Halles market. and TONS of cafe and bars on the street. super safe. Beautiful bar/garden and restaurant on premises. Staff extremely helpful and lovely. I would easily stay here again!

Nice hotel. I found it quiet and well cared for. The AC in our room struggled to keep it cool but if we kept all the doors closed and the shutters closed, it helped. Nice amenities in the room and the beds were comfortable. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated but still nice. Pricey for what it is but definitely good location.

Excellent location, we stayed here based on the parking. Went to the market opposite for breakfast everyday which was great. Downstairs in the hotel is beautiful, the rooms aren’t bad but not the same level of refurbishment, some quirks like not enough plug sockets so the coffee machine only works with the lights on. Not a bad room, just not the same soho house vibe as downstairs. Some pretty rude interactions with staff, being ignored at the bar for example, and the only person who offered to help with bags was the cleaner. Some helpful sorts there too. Would stay again if I couldn’t find anywhere else with parking in area

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Biarritz. Really friendly helpful staff. While the standard room is a little small, if 2 people chose to unpack at the same moment it was very well equipped with a large bathroom, great shower and Dyson hairdryer. The hotel building is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were very clean. Throughout our stay the stay were courteous, professional and friendly. The girl on check in particularly stood our with her welcoming smile and personality. First class. Would recommend and return next time in Biarritz

This is very nice hotel, located right Rue Gambetta across the market (right in the middle of Biarritz centre). It is quiet and comfortable, and as suggested, close to all the main attractions in Biarritz. It is 10 min walk from both Grand Plage and Plage des Vasques. Pretty good deal for the money. If you go with family, however, note that the shower is "open", no doors, so you may need to plan the shower time of adults when children are around.

A really beautiful hotel in the centre of Biarritz, just next to the food market and its surrounding restaurants but also less than 5 min walk from the beach front. Despite its central location it is increadly quiet (room soundproofing was amazing) and the back garden is very enjoyable. The room was very spacious and very stylishly decorated. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Parking at back of the hotel is added bonus in a city where parking is challenging. All in all, we had an amazing stay and adored this place.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The location is perfect - right in the middle of town, a close walk to everything, including the ocean. But the room was so comfortable and quiet! The staff was delightful and friendly. This is a great value for what you get. We stayed in Room 201 which had a private terrace. The best!

The entire hotel is beautiful, the staff welcoming and the back-garden a lovely addition. The room we had #3, however, was very small and very dark. The only window opened onto a small light well, providing very little light. This is considered a Standard room to the same extent as others which are much bigger and brighter. For the price, the room was disappointing. The cleanliness and comfort of the room however was perfect.

Our reservation was not in their system; they did their best to accommodate us and found us a room thankfully...but the hotel itself needs renovating in areas—and does not show as well as it appears online; the mattresses are in rough shape and very uncomfortable.

hotel with great location, easy access to beach and happening area. but the picture of terrese in the gallery is only to certain rooms. if you book standard room, there is no window facing outside, only a small window which is connected to a kitchen which smells smoke. was there three nights ,there was no Room service for two nights.

Great location (best part of town, close to beach, shopping and restaurants) + friendly staff. The garden is very charming and there is parking on site. The rooms are in need of an update but they are in good shape and clean. Our room had a tiny unusable living room and no door to the shower (open to the bedroom). Be aware only a few rooms have balconies. Overall a great property.

We were only in Biarritz for one night and stayed at Hotel Silhouette. Absolutely loved the hotel and wished our travel plans allowed us to stay longer. The hotel is in a fantastic central location just steps to the market, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very clean with a charming patio. We didn’t have breakfast other than coffee but the spread looked great! The coffee was some of the best we had in France. Highly recommend!
