Excellent(592 Reviews)4.2
Location was central, and convenient. The le comptoir restaurant associated with the hotel was excellent!
4.2
I booked 1 night thinking I’d be right next to the beach. Garden view is actually a separate cottage 300m 2 blocks away. Everything seems very recent and well renovated, very comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back however, it would be nice to know that the actual hotel location is not like on the map. I had dinner at the restaurant which is in the main building by the beach. It was quite good but service was a bit long and food was a bit pricey.
4.2
Truly outstanding. We had a cabine (three double beds, two bathrooms with fantastic showers, a huge lounge and well appointed kitchen plus a large balcony with a barbecue.
4.2
The location was lovely and are glad we made the trip. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived and there was very little airflow into the room which made it uncomfortable to be inside. The service when we areived was good as was the staff that worked in the restaurant.
4.2
We were very pleased with the facilities in the accessible room and the disabled parking. Very good.
4.2
Excellent service and Location. Very good restaurant.
4.2
Small but efficient and very clean. Pretty unit right on Gold Beach. Excellent staff and check-in was easy!
4.2
Many local folks and tourists seem to come to this hotel for dinner. I recommend it for dinner too, excellent food. The location is right on the beach. The only inconvenience is access to certain rooms, which has to be through the restaurant, which is really weird, especially when I had to take my dog out and had to squeeze between the tables. Recommended otherwise.
4.2
Restaurant staff were very friendly. The fish is lovely!

You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved.
It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe.
4.2
Great location - right by the beach
4.2
Key pickup was a bit confusing.
Some television channels in other languages would be nice for foreign visitors.
4.2
The room was not as expected.
It said garden view, which gives the impression of ground floor or a view of a gatden. There was no lift. 2 flights of stairs with luggage. No garden view, only view of next door's house roof from the 2nd floor.
No continental breakfast, only a €16 pp buffet option, where we were told to pig out to get value.
Very poor WiFi
Generally i big disappointment.

Great hotel and restaurant. Clean, peaceful with helpful staff. The hotel has recently been updated and has different buildings besides the main house. My colleague was in a room with a loft, the other had a room with a little garden. We reserved dinner as well and liked how engaging the waiter was. I do speak fluent French which made interactions much smoother.
4.2
Nice hotel in the middle of Juno Beach. Great spot to visit the Canadian Memorials. The hotel is spread out to multiple buildings that are close to the main reception/restaurant building and are easy to get to.
4.2
Family room with mezzanine area for kids was good, but very steep stairs if travelling with young children. Small ensuite but fine.
Parking right outside available but completely full later in the evening.
Good continental breakfast included and appreciated.
Fans supplied when requested in warmer weather.
Pleasant garden area as only very small balcony.
Easy walk to seafront and plenty of restaurants.
4.2
Lovely place to spend our final night on holiday.... great restaurant attached to the hotel. Highly recommended
4.2
The location of the rooms in the hotel is ideal. Right overlooking the beach with great views. Be careful because I think they also own a property just off the beach called the residences which will not have ocean views. The room was very spacious, tidy, and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and updated and clean. The arrangement is a little odd-- one checks in at the restaurant desk and walks through the restaurant diners to get up to the rooms. No elevator, you'll be lugging suitcases up multiple staircases. The stairwell and at times the room itself smelled odd-- like seafood or other smells wafting up from the kitchen below. The first night of our stay it was cool outside, so we closed the windows while we slept and the smells in the room that accumulated from below were terrible. So, windows open the next two nights. There is no AC, but even in July we were okay. We did have a little portable fan with us. The area around the hotel is lovely and lively.
4.2
Not great. It is a tired facility that lacks many of the usual amenities. I would not recommend staying in Courseulles unless you absolutely had to. Bayeux is a better location in my opinion.
4.2
Great location. Views from the second floor ocean front view are spectacular. The two bedroom suite is very nicely appointed, recently renovated and comfortable. Easy access to the Canadian D-Day memorial.
4.2
Convenient to seaside and to restaurants. Clean room, and plentiful breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
4.2
If your goal is to tour the Normandy beaches (the hotel is located on Juno) this is the perfect choice. The superior beach front room large actually a suite with that would be excellent for an extended stay. The restaurant overlooks the beach and it has a good selection and was extremely popular.Highly recommend and I would certainly return
4.2
The rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was down the street from reception which was odd. Seems like they are buying surrounding g homes and renovating them to hotel suites. The restaurant was top notch. Amazing food and service. Saw a few seafood platters that were outstanding. Breakfast buffet was good but should be served until 11am for checkout time.

Very nice
4.2
Very nice place to stay on the beach and good place to explore Juno beach and the other beachs and memorials to the D-Day invasion
4.2
My sisters and I wanted to visit Juno Beach (as Canadians) - we chose this hotel online. We were pleasantly surprised at how bright and clean it was, all brand new. Wonderful views of the Channel- very close to all the places we wanted to see, day trips to Bayeux etc. Lovely dinner overlooking the beach.
Quiet and peaceful
4.2
Situation excellente. Restaurant au top.
4.2
Nice stop on our tour of Normandy.
4.2
Staff was not very bilingual. Asked for some support for a charger & was not given any options/no help.
Close to the beach & the Juno museum & other shopping.
4.2
We had a very good meal on arrival, breakfast not so wonderful - perhaps we were late......? Accommodation very good and location couldn't be better. Staff member very helpful when I mislaid something
4.2
I signed up for Garden view, but was a little surprised that the annex wasn't like the picture and was down the road on the other side of the road. It wasn't clear that the annex building wasn't beside the area with the picture.
4.2
Hotel spread over 4 or 5 different buildings all within 100m from the main building/restaurant and the sea. Lovely garden area. Restaurant is pricey and food is good but not great. Might be best to book direct, seems to be a big markup on price through Hotels.com
Our room was in the ‘Cottage’ and was spacious and light.
Lots of on-site parking
4.2
Whilst the actual property and room were fine, didn't seem to state the room was in a different location to the main hotel
4.2
Clean room with small patio.
Excellent location. Parking included just outside room.
4.2
The service was excellent. Very dog friendly. Could have done with a fridge in the room. Quite noisy at night from the road nearby. The rooms were comfortable and great able to put shutters down but still keep the air flowing at night. The patio was lovely, straight onto the Promenade. Location you could not fault.
4.2
Very god and clean hotel. The beds was super. Very close to the Beach. Super deliches food i the restuarent. Very helpfull staff.
Very cosy town whith a lot off god restuants. Very delidhes fish restuarents at the habor. Juno Beach historie was interesting. A god place to drive out frome, to se all the other historik “things”.
Loved the stay, and would deffently recommand it.
4.2
Not so good, thought we at thecoast but were in a totally separate place down the street, strange smell in room, room had an upstairs so stairs took up space in room, had to squeeze between that and bed
4.2
Fabulous location overlooking Juno Beach. Balcony big enough to sit out on and enjoy the evening sun. Had an extra bedroom, which we didn’t need, but plenty of room. Good sized shower room. Cleanliness good, and towels changed every day. Good restaurant with excellent service. Good parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
4.2
The hotel was convenient. The room was ok although not as described on booking. The restaurant was full for dinner. The breakfast was ok..
The staff were efficient, brusque but sad to say unfriendly.
4.2
The hotel is divided in 3 parts, so you don’t stay close to the restaurant, it’s a different building. This should be precised on the reservation
