My husband and I were truly blown away by the magnificent staff at Berry Amour. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and genuine and we will never forget how beautiful our stay was because of the people. We had the most amazing honeymoon and everything was always very clean, all services were prompt and the staff go the extra mile. We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for making our time extra special.

Excellent excellent service overall. Definitely one of the best customer service I've had in a resort or hotel. The hotel is slightly dated unfortunately and due an upgrade in areas.

The staff and villa were great throughout our entire stay. Communication was very easy by WhatsApp and they were very accommodating to our requests eg. Early arrival. Would be happy to recommend this villa to anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing time away.

great villa, very hospital staff, great in land location if beach front isnt what youre looking for. beach is a 20 min stroll to. great shopping at local shops near by. romantic and very quiet for our honeymoon with the most stylish suite we stayed in in Bali.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. All staff was so kind and always referred us by our name. Staff Fadeli(probably spelled it wrong) but he absolutely amazing. My husband dropped his AirPod. He found it and literally held it in his pocket until they crossed paths again. Room service was great. I definitely recommend

Highly recommended for couples to stay in berry amour hotel! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can all recognize the guests and remember our names~~ The room was very nice with our own pool and everything was very romantic and much better than what we expected!!! We had a great stay in berry and would definitely go back next time. Location was okay, walk few mins so you can catch some restaurants :)

The friendliness of all the staff and the little attention to details to make the stay special for couples is excellent. Was pleasantly by the pre-stay emails giving travel advice to and also to ask for pics to create a welcome video. The villa is lovely!

Had a wonderful stay here. The villas are lovely and well-equipped. The only issues we had were related to organising things with the front desk (potentially due to a language barrier), but the staff were always polite and eager to help. Was a very romantic setting and thoroughly recommend for couples.

I visited Bali for the beaches; after seeing and staying at BARV......we never saw the beach! The room was very romantic.....the private pool spectacular and the staff......absolutely superb. One very unforgettable week of shear pampering!!!

Very nice welcome and quick check-in. Overall cleanliness of the room was excellent . We enjoyed the privacy of the villa. Hand written quotes made my wife happy and excited. Check-out was unique. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Unforgettable honeymoon experience.

When I booked the villa, I was confirmed floating breakfast with no charges. But when I arrived, I was told that I was too late as there were limited floating beds and booking must be made early. OK, I made booking for the next day then. However the staff missed delivering breakfast to me on that day and when they discovered, the floating beds were all occupied again. I just wonder why couldnt the villa provide enough beds so that everybody can enjoy this unique experience? It didnt make sense.Moreover the private pool was nice, but it was made of stones/marbles and so the surface was very raw and the edges were sharp. My wife and I both hurt our knees.Lastly we ordered the Paradise Feast dinner in the villa, but concerning the quality, I think it was a bit over-priced.

Wow!!! Excellent customer service, beautifull villa and clean all throughout. Me and my husband Shojol loved every single minute of it. The location is very good. Very near to 24 hours mart. Less than 20 minutes to the beach. The staff were very helpful always smiling and very friendly. Agus, Era and others were very kind. The one who made our trip wow was the driver Wi, by his useful tips, suggestions and experience. The room is very clean and beautiful. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The food is tasty and available 24 hours. We were surprised several times with complemantary things like some deserts to the room, complementary shisha and drink in one night and selection of beef and seafood dish once. In one word: exceptional.

The staff there were excellent, special thanks to Era who helped us a lot during our stay there. I enjoyed a lot of the cooking class though it is pricy and had a good yoga class for free. The road outside need pavement, there is no pedestrian road that make us (two ladies) difficult to walk and feel unsafe to the nearby area for dining and explore the region.

Stayed here for a night with my girlfriend and only regret was we only stayed for a day because this villa is almost everything you need. The thing that i am really impressed is the service from the staff and the management from this villa. Though there was a miscommunication with the villa but thankfully the manager was really understanding and generous enough to compensate us. Tips : Do not expect too much, in that way you will be even more surprise by every details that they put in.
