There was no housekeeping does 3 days that I was there the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom near the pool were ver dirty. The mattress are very hard.

I booked this hotel because I stayed in many home2 suites and had a great experience.
Overall the hotel is great but our washroom not up to standard. The standing shower was filthy and the bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were on the vanity countertop. You had to put them on the floor to have your shower. I checked in and went out and came back pretty late and was surprised to see the condition of the standing shower (see pics). The next day when I checked out, I told the receptionist her name was Tammy. She was on the phone with corporate office and when I showed her the pics she was rude and obnoxious. No apology and her excuse “we are renovating”. I told her if this is the case you shouldn’t be checking in guests in rooms that are under renovation but she was unapologetic. She ignored me and said your receipt will be sent to your third party provider.
The breakfast was good but cold although it was kept in a warm shelf.
I would appreciate it, if these concerns are addressed for future guests.
The reason I am writing this comment is because in your lobby there is a billboard mentioning if we are not satisfied to bring it to your attention.

It is a nice place and large enough for family of 7. Not the cleanest room and didn’t have many pillows and couldn’t give me any more for the couch bed when asked.

Home 2 is one of our favorite hotels. This one seems to be in need of a facelift. Several of the lights in the room were burnt out and the shower door was off the track and could not be moved. It seemed like it was ready to fall off at any time and is a large glass door which was a little bit scary. I am hoping there is not a single person that is given this room because it is possible that they will be stuck in the shower if they can get the door to close. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We arrived 2 hours early and were charged $25 to check in early. This policy seems a bit like price gouging. I would understand if they room was not ready, and we asked to have it expedited. But in this case the room was ready and just sitting there. All in all, it was not a bed stay, very convenient and safe location.

Very nice hotel.
There were a couple of issues worth pointing out.
1) Garbage was left at the elevator for two days. Two full bags and the trash container was running over.
2) The bathroom door is a pocket door, which is nice, but it was very hard to open and close. There is no way a child could open or close it....needed work.

Was not quiet - people above our room - children were running all night long .

Was assigned a room and given keys. When I went to enter the room the keys didn't work. They reprogrammed them and I tried again. Opened the door to see someone else was already in that room. A new room was assigned, with 3 towels for 6 registered people. Many dishes were missing from the kitchen area.
Family went to the pool, there were no towels available and I had to go ask for more.
Breakfast had limited food that didn't seem to get replenished either of the mornings and the 1st morning no one emptied the trash so people had to leave it everywhere.
We went to lunch at noon day 2, and upon returning our keys were shut off and we couldn't get into the building door, or our room.
The staff was nice but seemed like overall very unorganized that caused many guests issues and left them complaining.

Our room’s bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor and shower, and urine on the back of the toilet but other than that it was good!

A great place to stay. We had no problems. The only thing that could be improved would be the breakfast selection. It was just ok.

The front desk workers were great with our issues but the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel is totally unacceptable. Dirty showers and broken shower heads. No curtains in either of the rooms we were in as well as messed up door locks.

Called to advise I would be arriving late. Arrived just after 1 AM, hotel was dark and empty. Walked around looking for help to check in, including the office behind the front desk. Finally called the hotel, eventually a worker walked out (pretty sure I woke her) and got me checked in.
Beds were comfortable room was clean.
Went to breakfast at 8:15 and it was wiped out. Finally at 8:55 they restocked all the food. Apologized they didn’t notice and had a large group come through. Food was good for continental breakfast.
Overall a good experience, would stay again if in the area.

There weren't any blinds in our room We were told to hang a sheet over the window and the maintenance people woiod fix it, the next morning. They never came to fix it There were no extra sheets or blankets in the room. The chair lift for the pool was broken.

From the start our experience wasn’t pleasant. We had booked a long weekend vacation, as soon as we got there began the issues. They double booked our room mind you I paid $800+ for a suite, so their solution was to split my family into two rooms with the promise that our suite would be ready the next day. The next day came I returned to the desk to check on the room and they said it was cleared and cleaned that I needed to move our stuff their as they had booked the two rooms they gave us. I got the new room key and gathered a few handfuls of our stuff to start moving opened the door to the new room and it was in fact not cleared and had someone sleeping in the bed. After more confusion on their part they found us a suite that was “cleaned” and ready to go. The suite had not been restocked of anything and hardly cleaned to make matters worse the family of what I can only assume of 100 in the room next door carried on until after midnight making it difficult to sleep for my pregnant wife and one year old. I was told I was going to get a discount but never received it. My one year old spilled his drink in a tiny spot and when it was wiped up the paper towel was black so it shows the floors aren’t ever cleaned. There was only one remote for both tv’s we had to share. The blind in the bedroom did not work. The air conditioner had sticky soda all over it with dead bugs. The paper towels were out, shampoo was empty, and no blow dryer or towels.

No hand soap in the room. Went to the front desk. They rummaged around, found one bar. Said it was the last in the hotel. No more until Monday. We said there also was no Kleenex, almost out of toilet paper. They found us one box, one roll.

When i check3d un, i asked if our room will be cleaned the next day, they said yes. But when i got in, from being out all day, my room wasnt cleaned. I had to get everything i needed, toilet paper, more towels. Not happy

The hotel has good amenities but they are definitely not well maintained. One out of 2 treadmills was out of order. One out of 2 washers was out of order as well. (do have to give them credit the washer was free to use)
Room was comfy. Room service was every other day. We didn’t need room service all the time but when we specifically requested room service at the front desk, they never came.
We were there during the heat wave and the hallway on 3rd floor was like a furnace.
Seemed like it was a great hotel in the past but the staff there are definitely stretched thin.

Our air unit did not work. Asked for new room unable but said next day maintenance would fix it. Did not. Stayed two nights. Room was clean. Room for six people only four towels provided hard to get more as well as pillows could not get more. Problems with noise til 2 am and asked several times for assistance with people pounding on our door and told manager would call and no response.

They cancelled my reservation, I paid for my stay a week before. The staff in the hotel was rude. I reached the hotel at 2.00 am along with my family, they considered it as a no show, without informing the customer they cancelled the reservation.
And Expedia did not act on it when it was exclated to them. Expedia claimed that they are just a travel agent they can not do anything on it.
Then I spoke to one of the managers in Expedia he completely understood my situation and confirmed that he will process full refund.
Expedia should not consider this sort of business relationship with these sort of hotels. Where there is no ethics and lack in professional.

Stayed here for our first anniversary and the accommodations were better than expected. But the desk person, Tay, made our stay even more enjoyable. What a wonderful person. Definitely will stay here more often.
