Pleasant atmosphere. Helpful staff

Location was close to the park, zoo and Children’s Museum

No hot water one evening until the morning Not able to shower. Very unpleasant Pool needed to be cleaned of debris

Fine for 1 overnight stay.

It was clean comfortable and front desk staff was friendly

Hard to locate since my reservation said Sure Fit Best Western but the sign outside said comfort Inn.

Will not return

The staff was missing from the front desk when we came to check in until another woman came in, the place smelled like cigarettes, the room was outdated and smelled like musk and mold. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out either. Will not return.

We were satisfied overall, no real complaints.

Nice having a outside pool. Close enough to Presque Isle and Restaurants and other places to visit.

Didn’t have a ice machine on our floor.

Not worth the money and dirty.

It was close to my destination activities.

The breakfast was horrible! They had two cereals. Only English muffins but the toaster didnt work so you couldn't eat them. It was advertised as a hot breakfast and it maybe could have been rated continental. My room looked as though it was not cleaned. There was hair in sink and bath tub. Fake nails on bathroom floor. Carpet needed swept. I would not stay here again.

Had a great stay, met some new friends and enjoyed the time

Location is great for us, it’s close to the bay and seems like a good neighborhood

Everything was great, has been for years, we enjoy it there and it’s very clean and comfortable sleeping! Only thing I would like to see, Is maybe have more Electic hook ups for boats for the fisherman and a few more picnic tables behind the hook ups and make other guest aware that boaters need more room or space to get in and out of the parking lot. Maybe extend the parking lot out further to the back of the property by the tree line to give you more room to pull In and pull out. Other than that, It’s perfect

it was a great stay!

it was close to everything we needed and close to all the places we went!

the only thing we could complain about was that the breakfast choices were very poor and 3 of the mornings they stuff wasn’t stocked and we had to ask someone to get juice , honey and sandwiches ect.

Superb

All the staff was pretty wonderful and it was a really nice room.

House keep never stopped without being asked, unless it was while we weren't there, but we had to ask for more towels and such and the garbage ended up overflowing the cans. I tried to keep it easy clean up though.

We were stuck there because of the blizzard in Buffalo and the staff was so kind and helpful. We couldn't get home but they did everything they could to help us feel comfortable during our debacle.

Had to wait quite a while to check in. Seemed a bit understaffed but seems to be a sign of the times. Price a little steep.

Good location to Erie national airport. Staff is nice. Price is good.

Before Covid-19 , there was free transportation between Erie national airport and the hotel. I would like them , please get it back the service.
