One night stay on a road trip through Baja. The hotel has a bit of an institutional feel to it. The room itself felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was horrible. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t want an extended stay here. I wish I would’ve done a deeper look in to location as well. This hotel is located on a busy street, across from a busy grocery store, and next to a car lot. Would’ve been nicer to be down near the marina, within walking distance of the water, restaurants and shops. We didn’t even want to go in the pool, as the water was cloudy. Best thing I can say about this hotel is at least the room was clean.

A fraudulent booking was made on my account I attempted to contact the hotel and they hung up on me multiple times. There was no way to make contact with hotel and remove booking.

It’s inexpensive so expect other guests to be quite loud and not respectful but for the price and the area it’s great.

This hotel was okay for a night stay only. If you have a car then it is conviniently located within a short drive of malecon. We had no face or feet towels. The regular towels had dirt spots but were replaced by front staff once we told them. The beds were way too firm for our likeness, we felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a strong humidity-like smell which went away with the AC on. Cleaniness was good however maintenance wasnt that great. Our toilet was leaking which was noisy, the rooms peek window wasnt private as you could see inside the room from outside which was a privacy concern. TV didnt work correctly. Some humidity spots on ceiling lifting the paint was an unplesant sight.(Room 314). We stayed two nights and no room service (cleaning) was provided in between days other than new soap. Everthing else was okay.

Easy And affordable. Place was a great bargain.

Everything was great, great place, great location and plenty of dining options around. The only thing I did not like, was the lack of hot water. I understand they had a hurricane go by a week before, but no hit water is a big deal for a hotel if their size. Other than that, all was fine. They said there was no hot water due to issue from hurricane Norma.

This is a great value option in La Paz. It’s not right on the Malecon, but you can walk there (~25 mins) or take a cheap Uber. There are also good local restaurant options, so no need to go back and forth to the Malecon. The beds are a little bit springy but otherwise the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area where you can lounge in the shade or go in for a quick dip.

The place was clean and staff friendly, a nice pool in a safe area. There are no fridge, coffee makers or crushed ice on site, for a 3 day stay not being able to keep drinks or food cool and having to go outside every morning for a coffee was challenging'

4 floors. 4th is under construction. Not just pool. You can hear every peep in hallway. Lots of peeps. Some noisy family came in at midnight. A band returned at 4am drunk. Then they got into it. Karma. Got little sleep. Almost no tv channels. Did have hot water in morning. Not at night. Ok blinds. Seemed refurbed. Could walk to malecon. Stores across street. Could be ok hotel after repairs are done and if guest arent idiots.

Hot water is still a problem. You must run the hot water for 5 minutes before you get some.
It is a total waist of time and water.

NO HOT WATER IN THE BEDROOM.
Not matter which way they told you to turn the faucet or the shower faucet, made the water run for 5 minutes each side and NO HOT WATER for showering. What a waist of water.

we reserved a king size bed, it was on the 4th floor, however there was constant construction going on, hammer/chisel taking the tiles out.
I went to front desk, they said construction was from 8am- 8pm, "really"
I asked to to moved to the first floor but they only had double beds, took it anyway. Toilet button would not work or flush.
Next day asked for refund of off 2 nights, paid for 3 nights.
They said I must email their office with my email and credit card number to get a refund instead of refund right there at their desk. 5-7 days for refund. not good.

It's a great place to stay, I used it basically for sleeping and it was a cool stay, I didn't have a desk on the room probably that would be a plus, also the bathroom door is not completely close, it's that kind of glass ones, which look good but I prefer the ones that complete close. All clean though and workers very friendly.

It's clean but spare. Hot water is an issue and the beds have slopes on the sides. Good parking and location. Friendly staff.

The property looks good from outside but it need to be remodeling

Be aware that while they "welcome pets", they do charge an extra 200 pesos per night for your pet -- even if it is a certified "service dog".

They don't have basic appliences at room as iron and hair dryer, you need to require iron at lobby and they kept your ID during the time you use it.
In one ocassion I lost money (less than 100 pesos) and they call me to tell me they found them and it was going to be at lobby at my return to hotel, that seem to me to be so nice and ethic for the personnel of the hotel.

I was in town for one day, check in was smooth and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean but there was no water pressure in the shower, the bathroom door was more like a glass shower door with no privacy, we went to ask for ice and were told there was ice available, the pool had already closed, we asked where we could coffee in the morning and were told it was not available. I don’t I’ll ever stay there, unless the whole city was booked. The plus was that the staff was kind and friendly.

Didn’t have my paid reservation when I arrived. Shower is slippery and dangerous although there are warning signs. Beds hard.
