Hotel was lovely however the service wasn’t great, slow and the staff in the restaurant/bar area looked very unhappy.

Have lost count of the number of stays- fabulous friendly fun - great choice for kids in menu and not all junk . Pool very good. Cannot recommend it enough .

Brentford has changed hugely over the last 10 years and this hotel is very good.
Perfect location for Heathrow and exploring west london

Was given room upgrade on arrival. The room was clean and well appointed it was close to lift which was an advantage as need walking stick. Although room overlooked motorway it was very quiet. Breakfast was very diverse and suitable for all tastes and very good value. Staff were very efficient and helpful in most cases only one member let them down. So all in all a very good weekend and would recommend this hotel.

Much better and quite night sleep now I was put on the 6th floor. Was nice to be eventually placed in a different room from 113. thanks for listening.

I seem to get put in same room 113. Smelt a little sweaty. Considering i stay most Sunday evenings, i was looking for a better room.

Great stay. Received a free upgrade and the guest services was extremely friendly and attentive. The sauna and pool were just what I needed. Would definitely stay again.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. We cannot fault it. The service was excellent (a special thanks to Roberto for your help on checking in) The breakfast was very good with a large selection and plenty to impress our 6 year old daughter. We enjoyed using the pool. Our room had everything we needed. We found the hotel to be in a convenient location with Brentford station just a short walk away.
The only suggestions we would have would be to put non-slip mats in the swimming pool changing room as not only did our daughter slip over, we also saw the same happen to another guest. We also felt the pillows could have done with being replaced as they were rather lumpy.

We loved this hotel so much. The only downside not a lot of sightseeing to do in this location.

I recently stayed at the Novotel London Brentford. The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable rooms. The staff were okay, though not particularly friendly. The swimming pool requires an appointment and has limited time slots, and during our visit, it was occupied by a class, making it less enjoyable. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall facilities were good, making it a decent stay.

The stay was excellent value with in my opinion excellent facilities

Great location with one bus to shopping at Westfield

Great to stay there

Poor service at breakfast. Slow to clear vacated tables and refill buffet breakfast with sausages, eggs and plates. Coffee machine wasn’t working, then it was fixed then ran out of milk. Waiting staff at breakfast either poorly trained or poorly managed….or both!

Everything was great. The staff are very polite and friendly. We had a great time staying there. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Property was very clean and up to date. Facilities were easy to use and freely available. Staff were friendly and helpful and very prompt! The only thing I would've liked to be different, would be more street accessibility for cars to pick up and drop off at the building's entrance.

A very important facility for me was not working. I was not happy about this as this was the reason to choose for Novotel. But there was a great manager Hament who took really good care of us. He was empathetic and really tried to find a solution. Because of his service i did stayed in the end. Thank you Hament!

Very nice, breakfast is very expensive (£21) and car park isn’t safe - not much CCTV and we had our van broken into.

No easy transportation

We booked this hotel as it was easy walking distance for the Korn concert at Gunnersbury Park.
Parking under the hotel is convenient and secure as long as you can get a space.
The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff were all friendly, patient and helpful.
Rooms are very well soundproofed.
Breakfast and dinner options were excellent.
South Ealing tube is about a 20 minute walk.
Kew Gardens is a 30 minute walk.
Good selection of evening meal options in the area.

It was only £15/night for pets (we had 2 dogs) and nice walking for them nearby

An ideal last minute booking and the room was great, despite a strange smell upon first entering. Check-in was rather annoying as no early check-ins were available with the hotel which is not often the case and was rather disappointing. However, we were allowed to check-in early as so many others were waiting. Food was very expensive but really good, overall happy.

Good location and great hotel

The hotel had an impressive, modern bar and restaurant. The rooms were very tasteful and well equipped (kettle, shower, sockets, iron etc). The children loved the shower facility as it had a frosted and unfrosted setting via a circular switch. The mini-fridge was also handy for our stay, as was the TV (even though we didn't use it as much).
Breakfast in the restaurant area was efficiently managed, but staff were too often hovering around your tables asking if you'd finished, seemingly trying to rush us a little. Nevertheless, the choices were fantastic for our needs. Plenty of healthy variety, especially for those on a diet. What I would say, is that although I liked the eco-friendliness of the dry items such as cereals, nuts, seeds, dried fruit etc, the spoons used to scoop them, and the containers weren't user friendly: it had to really dig at the goji berries just to get them scooped out...!
The bar and "last minute" shop were very expensive, but perhaps typical London prices. I really like the facility of self-scanning your emergency groceries, but it was a very much dependent on a 'captive audience'.
The Reception staff were efficient, polite, and professional, tending to minor requests for complimentary items (e.g. tea, coffee, sugars). What was actually problematic was the various staff "reasons" for the pool being out-of-action. These were very political and being told for days that 'it would be ready the following day' became tiresome. Overall great but disappointing

I spent 8 nights at the Novotel Brentford. It was a convenient location, we were visiting family in the area. Super accessible to the bus (which was right outside) which transported us to multiple train stations. Supermarket right around the corner, you can purchase water and endless supply of prepared food and snacks for touring around town. We bought flowers for the family at the supermarket too. Super clean and modern room, fresh towels each day. Safe in the room and mini fridge. Couldn’t ask for a better place to sleep in or head out early. The lobby also offers chargers and snacks. Oh and the breakfast is amazing!!!!! We only ate here once but only because we were leaving early for tours or slept in too late. I am happy with my choice to stay here!!!!
