Im positiven typisch britisches Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr angenehmer entspannter Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
Alles perfekt.

Staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Location for tube was brilliant. Lovely food too.
The bed was super hard, we like a fairly hard bed but this was too much. Tiny bathroom. And the stairs to the top room go on and on. The accommodation area needs a good facelift. Clean yes but tired looking. Maybe some double glazing as on flight path

Lovely and welcoming staff throughout checkin until we went to bed
An old building but navigating from 1st floor to reception, no grab rails which doesn’t suit the elderly guest ..my mother is 85 and found it difficult

Had a lovely stay whilst visiting Kew Gardens, staff were really helpful and the room was great.

Breakfast was very good. Pancakes excellent!
7.0
Staffs, room facilities.
Regular coffee is served for breakfast. Other types of coffee are paid.

Breakfast acceptable, prefer hot coffee though. Service quick and efficient
Breakfst included with my room - but did notice a little pricey £12 for cooked breakfast - did not include cereals/fruit etc.
Premier inn in Richmond a better deal.

Room was warm. Plenty of hot water. Good quality towels. Very good breakfast. Easy walking distance from the railway station and from kew gardens.
Hotel is a bit dated and could do with decorating. We weren't impressed with the evening meal.
6.0
Excellent location for both the National Archives and Kew Gardens
Many of the facilities listed on the Booking.com page were non existent e.g coffee maker and Wi-Fi. The room was smaller than expected because an internal hallway (with 3steps ) and a large bathroom were included in the stated area making the sleeping space cramped.
7.0
Just about everything really. The proximity to Kew. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Not much. The internet was not great, very hard to log into and not a great signal. I would take out the bath and install just a shower, the bath was slippy

Good value for money. Near to the station and Kew Gardens. Friendly staff.

Location and staff. Staff we’re great
We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived.at first , I was a little disappointed to be staying in a pub with rooms rather than a hotel but the welcome, cleanliness and location made up for it.
Location was great, easy from the m4, and right on the bus and train routes
We will use again
The planes!!!

Staff were excellent and very accommodating.

The evening meal, which we ate outside in the courtyard and breakfast was fine
Due to warm weather we slept with the window open. The noise from the extractor fan ran all night and was obtrusive

The location is perfect 2 min walk from bus and 5 min walk from subway station. 10 min walk from Kew Royal Botanic Garden. The room is very comfortable and clean. The stuff is kind and nice.

Location to Kew Gardens
Very tired with paint peeling off window cills in room and black marks around bath & shower. Room very warm even with electric fan going and windows open - no air conditioning.

Didn’t bother..location was ONLY plus
Shocking rooms
Tired would be understatement
Would meet lowest standard of cheap B&B
£432 for 2 nights NO BREAKFAST
Did not meet any of the BOOKING.COM advert
And used photos that in no way represent the property today…some must have been at least
10-20 years old

Great location.
Room was good but would benefit from a couple of tweaks to fittings and fixtures.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great, but overworked. Doing double-duty in pub/restaurant and hotel reception.
Facility could use some updating. Carpets were old and torn. Mold in bathrooms. Room are smallish, but good value and location for KEW.
Breakfast serving speed. Was a busy morning, with hotel full for convention at Kew.

Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was large and clean. The WIFI was fast and the location fantastic as buses at front door and the underground 50m away. Laundry right next door was handy too. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great. We would stay again definitely and recommend.

I would expect the netflix section on tv. Except that, everyhting was perfect.

Fantastic location and nice clean room with lovely decor. A little tired around the edges but we’ll equipped and stylish.
Despite having requested a quiet room, we were kept awake by staff talking below our bedroom windows (ground floor, single glazed) until two in the morning. There is also very little soundproofing between rooms.

Location, architecture of the building. Pleasant bar and restaurant
The decoration of the hotel is in a poor condition. I was obviously extensively refurbished about 10 years ago and NOTHING has been done since. The walls are stained and cracked. The furniture in the rooms is worn and tired. The tiling in the bathroom shows signs of poorly performed repairs. PLEASE give the interior a coat of paint. I stayed in the hotel 5 years ago and this time I was very disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Very clean and the bed very comfy.
Ideally situated for visiting Kew Gardens and with it's own little village feel with shops and eating places all just minutes away.
all good

The location for Kew Gardens what perfect
When we went into the bar on the night time the bar staff never acknowlegded us which was a bit rubbish
