Staff was friendly. The hotel was beautiful in a nice area and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay there again

I was switched to 3 different rooms my first night. In addition, I arranged housekeeping services when I arrived (before the room changes due to broken heat). When I called to verify, I was hastled about not making the arrangement in time. Eventually, it was arranged, but I was very disappointed overall. The receptionist Grace was amazing, and super helpful during my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pre-Thanksgiving stay at the hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was clean, the full breakfast was amazing, & the location was perfect for walking & sightseeing. Thank you Hyatt!

Great area. Great staff. Breakfast wasn’t surprisingly pretty good. But can’t beat the area. I had left another hotel because it was in such a sketchy area. Baltimore is dicey.

We went to Inner Harbor for a girl's weekend. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to many great things to do and restaurants. The valet service is well worth the price!!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Within walking distance of many convenient places to eat and other shops.

The staff at this location was wonderful! So helpful and accommodating. The other guests were more of an issue. Rude, loud, partying until 2 in the morning. Absolutely no consideration for other guests which made for a rather unpleasant experience. The hotel's location was excellent and I would probably go back, but just hope for better fellow guests. As stated, from front desk to the valet, staff was the best ☺️

"There are no safes in the rooms. When I requested one, it was brought up, but it wasn't secured in the room, so it could easily be taken out."

Offered happy hour but wine was always out but they could go upstairs and get warm bottles. Expresso machine was out of beans. Room was dingy and lighting poor. Room was on the small side

The Hyatt has a habit of overbooking guest. I was overbooked and did not have a room for me when I arrived.
I waited for 1 hr 30 minutes for them to find me another Hotel to book me. I missed paid for events and was very inconvenience for the weekend.

Hotel was very nice. Maid service available upon request. The hotel offered a happy hour however they had white wine as advertised at the bar.

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel. The rooms looked a bit rundown and the breakfast was not very good at all. We did not feel safe at night with all sorts of people hanging outside the hotel. You pay $35 a day for parking, but, I will say, the valets were great guys. Probably the best part of the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was a nice, clean place to rest between adventures in the city. We felt safe and well taken care of. Our room on the 8th floor had an incredible view, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful.

Room was clean - hotel clean - front desk when checking in was friendly - checking out the clerk didnt acknowledge us so i put the cards in the box- the parking was too expensive and the breakfast was not what expected. Complementary breakfast is not just hot and cold cereal with bacon. No waffle or pancake machine. This could have been better. I travel alot and this was the worst continental breakfast I've had.

Great location, basic amenities, decent breakfast, order housekeeping that never happened, a bit run down, could use a few more in room amenities like hooks for bathroom towels.

It was amazing and it was so nice n clean staff were very friendly.

It is a good deal for a hotel near the Inner Harbor. However, be aware that there is no housekeeping unless specifically requested before 9 am. [You can request new towels anytime, but for environmental concerns, I was fine with not getting the towels refreshed automatically every day]. Good, clean breakfast area and good breakfast.

The check-in was good. The lights in the bedroom were dull, and the breakfast had very limited choices. Otherwise, it was a good stay at a good location.

Hotel was nice. All staff was very nice. Good area. Grocery store close by. Easy to walk to several places for food, or could catch a free bus to ride to where you needed to go. Had free breakfast. Food was fair and choices were fair.

The valet was excellent. Front desk was excellent. Multiple fixtures in the room were falling apart such as the door locks, the paint in the bathroom, and other areas. There were no towels in our room and it took about 15 minutes to get towels after my wife was waiting for one in the shower. Overall a decent stay but a screwdriver and some paint maintenance would have made it much better of a stay. Room 302

The toilet was made for a toddler, extremely low to the ground. My air conditioner had to be reset twice by maintenance because it would stop coming on. Although I had a reservation for 5 days, I would have to keep calling for towels to the room because the housekeeping lady on the floor wouldn’t give me any off of her cart. No remote to the TV was in the room, I had to call downstairs for them to bring me one. There was a standing shower but the drain must have been clogged because your feet were completely covered in water. Happy hour was 12pm-12am but there was nothing happy about it considering they had 2 bottles of wine. Also, there was only cheeseburgers for room service when the sign in the room said otherwise. I will not stay here again, surely there are better options in Inner Harbor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few basics like hand cream and pens and paper would help.

The hotel front desked saw the reservation with one bed, but she neglected to inform me that she was giving me a room with 2 beds. When we got upstairs to the room i called the front desk and they informed me that they were sold out without saying it. I was surprised the room smelled moldy and there were stains all on the floor and walls. I would not recommend this hotel!

The air conditioning was broken in our room. We tried for 2 hours to get it to come on. The front desk put a work order in to fix it, after an hour (11pm) i had to call back because my son needed to go to sleep. It was eventually fixed aboit midnight. The pull out couch had stains on the cushions also which made me leary. For the amount I spent I would've expected more put of Hyatt!

We were able to check in early as we were there a little after 3 pm. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was a very nice room with a couch and king bed. We initially did not have towels in our bathroom. The staff quickly fixed this problem and had towels delivered to our room. The room was clean. The shower was fantastic. The couch and bed were comfy.

I feel bad for putting this review on however I am. The staff was incredible. The building and amenities however were not. Our room was extremely hot for both days and they air conditioner only worked a quarter of the time. The staff did respond and "fixed it" however it did not stay fixed for long. Second day woke up to the fire alarm going off. Proceeded to the stair case as instructed as water is pouring for the ceiling. There was no other way out on the 8th floor so you had to walk through the water. The restaurant should not be labeled as that, as there is no restaurant. They would serve fries however their fry machine was down. For the price I paid for the room, I was sadly not impressed. The staff was the only reason why I stayed there as they were so kind and did the best they could.

Very bad experience . No toiletries, pathetic breakfast that too on plastic plates. No water in fridge and charging $4 for a 300ml water bottle.

I liked the location which is pretty centrally located. The aquarium, shopping, restaurants, and the free ferry are all about a 15 minute walk & it was on the lower cost of the other options considered. Staff was friendly. Free bfast was hit or miss, changed daily.
I had previously asked what the early check in fee was and they messaged me maybe month or so prior that it would be $20 for a 1pm early check in fee. However, they charged $40. Also, there was an advertised pool, but be advised that it is small and shallow and requires you to ask the front desk to enter (sign says you need a reservation but it is fairly easy to chat to the front desk about it). There is also no hot tub.
The rooms themselves were alright. We had a parking lot view which was expected at the location and price point. There was a lot of room (we got the two queens and a sofabed which worked well for a group of 4 people) so I was very happy about that. However, there was a lot of dust in the corners near the beds, the pillows are flat, and the faucet and shower head needs some fixing. The faucet just kind of rolls around (it's not stable and was not well installed to be flush with the counter when it was designed to be) so while it worked and I was able to get water from it, it was hard to turn on with one hand or without the faucet being pushed back into the mirror behind it. The shower sprayed water everywhere (probably needs a washer). It was a removable handle one though which is nice.
