Great location, nice room
Elevator to 3 floor took time

We stayed for three nights. The beds were comfortable. The room was big. The location was good.
--Despite the fact that I got my car validated for parking, I received a parking ticket on my first day there. I showed the ticket to the reception and they confirmed that they had made a mistake and forgotten to enter my car in their system but then they were completly unable to help me in any other way. They told me to dispute the ticket with the parking compnay that they use and that I would hear back within 72 hours. I disputed the ticket, It has now been a week and I have heard nothing. Not the sort of stress I am looking for when on vacation.
--When we checked out they were unable to print our receipts so they said they would email them. We did not receive the emails.
--I emailed the hotel two days ago about the parking ticket and the receipts. I have not heard back.
--I just called the hotel to ask about the receipts and the parking ticket. The person who answered could not spell my name correctly despite the fact I spelled it several times and she said I was not in the system. She kept forwarding me to a manager who was not answering the phone.
I have now spent hours worrying about this and trying to get it fixed. Not the customer service I expect from a good hotel.
Edit: I finally (after a week and three phone calls) managed to speak to a manager at the hotel who was kind and who listened. The parking ticket was voided immediatly after I spoke with her. So thank you to that person!

Location was beautiful. Although the property is showing its age, it was clean and comfortable.
Just the small things that come with an older property…..a bit musty, tired decor etc.

Angel was excellent at the front desk. The rooms can use some updating. The carpet in my room had cigarette holes by the balcony.
Better customer service at the front desk or the room’s extensive wear, holes in the carpet, cracked siding in the bathroom, light over the bed didn’t work and fixtures were discolored.

Very nice, colorfully decorated hotel! Friendly, inviting staff. The location is beyond amazing and close to everything. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Close to bars, restaurants and lots of major attractions.

Great location for a concert at Peir 6. Parking was easy. Just a few short steps to the gates at the concert venue. Two great restaurants have an entrance from the lobby of the hotel!
Check in isn't until 4. A little late.

Perfect location, everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. The breakfast was good and I loved the cook to order eggs.
Our room had ants on the second day and no one ever came up to address it.

Location and staff
The facility has been neglected and is not being kept to Hilton Standards

LOVED the location. Rooms were great - good size, reasonable, amenities, etc. Service was fine - not overly friendly but got the job done. Really appreciated the convenience of the commuter water transport. Per the prompt: didn't do the breakfast since it wasn't free.
Would be great if the hotel had more relationships with local attractions and provided that information proactively, esp. given its location.

We are Hilton members but decided to book through your site. I would like to tell you about our experience which I can say disappointed doesn't; event come close.
Arriving at the hotel we see nowhere to park. I had to walk into a very confusing area that did not look like a hotel lobby with the check in desk tucked into the side to see the person on their cell phone. WHen I asked where am I supposed to park she quickly gave me directions (that I had to ask her to repeat) where I had to go drive down the street, behind a black gate.......
I booked a "King Room with Balcony & Harbor View. Not obstructed view that has a balcony with weeds growing under foot, rotting wood to look at and I had to hang over the balcony to get any good view. Forget about taking pictures.
There was fog on the sliding glass doors (obviously the seal broke) that were also filthy dirty that you had to squint to see outside.
The carpet felt dirty, you had to hold down the toilet handle when flushing or it would not flush, the shower head looked like it was bought at WalMart it was so small and cheap looking
We asked for extra blankets and had to wait an hour for someone to bring them.
We paid extra for the breakfast, which was also a disappointment. We were in this big room, floor to ceiling windows that were also filthy dirty and fogged due to the seal broken on those also. The tables & chairs had these black covers on them. We had to change tables 3X because the tables were full of crumbs and food from the last guests. The food: potatoes & grits that were in a chafing dish that I guess was not on were cold. Is that safe? The syrup is sitting in direct sunlight. Is that safe? The only thing that was hot was the coffee. The hostess that walked to our table to take dishes had nail applique jewels. Is that allowed in any food service employee? I do not need to have one of those fall in my food.

Housekeeping didn't wait for an answer and began trying the door before checkout time.

Great location at Inner Harbor. Large room with big bathroom and everything else I needed - water, coffee maker, fridge, desk. Helpful check-in staff. Quiet

The breakfast area was okay. However on this morning the coffee was empty and took awhile for staff to come out and fill it up. The cook staff at buffet was attentive. However there were no plates or utensils on the buffet. Only paper plates and plastic utensils. The server didn’t have an answer as yo why.
The bathroom toilet in our room could have been cleaner. There was a grey ring around the rim. More bleach should be used.

The managers reception was nice
The selection of snacks and goods was kinda small and there was no where else to get food or drinks (aside from restaurants)
I dont know if the design of the interior makes everything echo, but all you could hear after 7am was slamming doors. Not a fun way to wake up

The buffet style breakfast was amazing. The staff were kind, understanding and welcoming. The lobby is absolutely beautiful…
The staff were absolutely fantastic. Booking dot com doesn’t tell you that they don’t offer patio in a king size… The shower curtain was dirty, the carpet needs to be washed, the couch needs to be replaced it’s stained up and smells, there was no screen over the balcony so you couldn’t leave the door open and the wall paper was peeling

Did not get breakfast, only coffee in room came with the room.
No breakfast items in AM that came with the room. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed in the room and had to wedge napkins in them. There was water damage in the bathroom and the shower dripped nonstop. The desk lamp was rusty and lamp knobs were all loose and felt like they were going to fall off. Also the “clean” hand towel had lipstick on it. The location was great but the room was pretty ghetto.
