The one big down fall for this apartment was no Wi-Fi. It also did not mention this in the description, if it had I would not of booked to stay there. I feel in this day and age Wi-Fi is essential with people travelling and keeping in touch, work commitments. When I checked with reception I was told this apartment is privately owned. Although clean and well equipped it needs a refresh of paint as looking rather worn out.

Perfectly located, extremely clean apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to experience the pool. The only downfall..there is no hanging storage in the second room let alone, anywhere to unpack a suitcase. Otherwise a lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

Great spacious property a short walk from town. Large comfortable bed with everything you need. The only thing missing was wifi. Overall a great stay.

Location was fantastic and was actually next door to the second place we considered stayimg at. Fully equipped to Cook your self ,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets reverse cycle AC, washing machine. So close to town easy walk and close to everywhere you will need to go. As we never really used most of the features due to shorter stay of 2 days. Lounge looked slightly dirty from people not respecting other peoples property. Toilet roll holder a tad loose. I would stay here again for sure, so much room with a gym and pool onsite and outdoor bbq. Check inn maybe done next door depending who you book with.check in was fantastic.

Stayed in this apartment for two nights with my wife and two children. It was clean, spacious and kids friendly (playground nearby and kids utensils in apartment). Parking was free and convenient. Although the reception closes at 5pm, clear instructions were given through email on how to collect the keys. I would also recommend the The River restaurant located next door.

We had a very good stay at the apartment, clean, comfortable and accommodating although hope that they’ve served daily breakfast. Unit was well equipped, spacious and would recommend to anyone staying at Margs.

Fast check in and easy check out. We had excellent customer service and a relaxing stay. The apartments are within walking distance of shopping and dining and have everything you need to cook if you want to or do some laundry.

Location was great - furnishings were worn and should be updated, but were clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a bit rustic. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Great location for a quiet get away and family time. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. All the amenities you need including washing machine and dryer. Netflix and a fireplace would have made it absolutely perfect for those cold winter evenings.

Leeuwin is a 5 mins' drive from town centre, walking may take 10-15 mins; location is convenient. There are 4 of us but think the apartment unit given to us is for 6 (Thank you!). There is a kitchen and living area toilet on the ground floor, bedrooms bathrooms are on the upper floor. Kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to prepare our breakfast and cooked once - instant noodles. Originally, we were advised there is no wifi but we were pleasantly surprised that our unit do have. Nice stay!

Overall It’s nice like home away from home and even laundry liquid is provided. It’ll be perfect if kitchen paper is provided as well. And the windows are locked and we cannot open one/ two ajar for air movement. The only way is open the rear sliding door or front door

It was our third stay at these apartments, a great location to explore the town and surrounding areas. The apartments are very clean and comfortable, and are in a nice quiet area. Good for a group of friends.

The apartment was very homely and comfortable. Was a bit far to walk to the Main Street, but the River pub was close and served food and drink. We had transport so shopping for food was easy and the kitchen had all you required to cook.

Very spacious, clean, quiet, quick drive to main street. Reception staff friendly, helpful. Next door to a hotel which does good food. Included washing machine, two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, extra toilet downstairs. Easy access and drive to all the attractions - located approximately in the middle, approx 50 km maximum drive each way. The Information Centre on the main street is very helpful.

Pleasant apartment close to town. Very quiet. Comfortable bed and enough amenities for a 2 night stay. Next door to restaurant. No wifi which these days when travelling is a downside as many accomodation providers send you their instructions by email, as does this one. Overall though an enjoyable stay.

Another great stay at Leeuwin! We have stayed here multiple times over the last ten years. The accommodation is always clean and very well equipped. We enjoy using the pool and the bbq area.

Had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. We booked a 3 bedroom townhouse. The house was big and spacious and was reasonably clean. However do note that only the master bedroom and the living area downstairs is air-conditioned. The other 2 bedrooms only has ceiling fans. So it may get hot in summer. Will be nice if wifi can be included in the house. Otherwise the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the washer and dryer is a nice touch.

Apartment not in such good condition as 2 years ago, but good location & facilities. Pathethic WiFi even when we paid for it! Weather was cold so didnt get to use pool, BBQ etc.

We loved the reverse cycle aircon in living areas and both bedrooms (we used for heating) attended the Margaret River Ultra Race so nice to be able to have a bath after all that running! Big screen t.v. Place was super clean.Our townhouse (no 5) had the rubbish and recycle bins (for all units) next to it, which was a bit noisy in the early morning with all those wine bottles being disposed off by early travellers. I would stay here again! The River hotel is next door with good well priced pub food. .
