Very suitable for family stays but not pram friendly. Not so happy at having to use stairs to access the unit as I have mobility issues. Insufficient outside lighting during the evening.

We were impressed with the size of the rooms and facilities within! Apartments were huge and comfortable. We are already planning our next visit!! We had a family breakfast gathering the morning after our stay. We booked as we were a large group and our table was set in the protected out door area when we arrived. The setting, menu, food and service were excellent 😁

First time visit to this property, absolutely loved it! I’ve stayed at different places around the bay on many occasions but this one tops it all. I highly recommend it. Clean, spacious, well equiped, friendly and helpful service. What more can one ask for. Keep up the great work guys , I will definitely see you again.

I already completed feedback. Great value for such a great accommodation. Quiet with the beach directly across the road. It was a studio room and quite spacious. Nice balcony with a sea view and overlooks the the swimming pool.

I booked the pool view room, and they allocated me room 102, saying it was a pool view room. But when I opened the balcony door, there was no pool view at all. It directly faces the road/parking area. If you are charging extra for pool view rooms, please ensure you provide a pool view. I am very disappointed, and the staff was very rude, saying this is what we have. All other pool view accommodations are two bedrooms. I don't care; if you have listed a one-bedroom with a pool view, you need to make sure that accommodation meets the description.

Room was quite nice with a good outlook across the bay, and property itself nice. Bed a little soft for me, but would be to the taste of some. Good shower and decent kitchenette area, though bit of a shortage of power-points. Nowhere to really sit in the room other than bed (or out on balcony). They weren’t kidding about the steep stairs to the room (if you get one of the small upper rooms). Could do with a little more care on cleaning and upkeep, for example external stairs were unlit at night, and a thick layer of dust on the top and back of TV unit. A bit away from the main Bateman’s Bay shopping area, nice enough location, but make sure you have transport. If you want breakfast get in early as it was finished by 9.30am, and not 24hr reception as stated in property summary, that was closed by 9pm. Would stay again assuming a good price as I got this time.

We took our elderly In Laws for a 4 day get away. We requested ground floor, with least amount of stairs. All our requests were met. My In Laws absolutely enjoyed staying here. Very easy for my father in law to walk, get around the property.

We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but given a 2 bedroom apartment. All facilities were good. However access from car park to apartment was a bit difficult especially in the rain as we had to walk quite a bit and up the stairs. Apartments are not sound proof and we can hear noises from outside as well as other attached apartments.

Property advertises on their website that they have a good on-site restaurant that is open for dinner every day and when we arrived we were informed that there was no access to the restaurant as they rented it out for a private function. We were later advised that the restaurant is not open Monday or Tuesday contrary to their in room brochure and website

The so-called ‘daily’ restaurant is only open 5 days per week (not when we were there), we could not get the Netflix to stream per their instructions and the breakfast was closed at 9:30 so we missed that too. Also, check in is after 2:30 but by 2:45 we got a text saying that staff were going home so we couldn’t speak to anyone checking in to find out such information about the restaurant and breakfast. It was actually quite poor.
