The kindest staff and such a quaint cute place. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous gardens.
Excellent customer service!

I loved this Hosteria! The staff is super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and it is quiet, despite being close to the airport. I will be back!

They have airport pickup you just need to email them. I thought this was a beautiful place to stay. Not too many rooms which is great because less noise.

Only ine night for a flight layover...but treated like a king...love the staff.

Excellent stay. The staff was so kind and accommodating; we arrived at around midnight and the front desk was kind enough to still sell us waters , then we woke up late and missed breakfast, but the kind lady there still made us a delicious fresh breakfast since there was no one else around. Grounds are beautiful as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

My flight arrived close to midnight... The reception I received so late at night was excellent. I was assisted my luggage up to the second floor....

Hosteria Airport Garden was like diamond in the rough for us on our way back to the US. We only stayed one night for our layover. Such beautiful grounds to see behind the gated entry-way (seemingly in the middle of nowhere, although it was only a short drive from Quito airport). Beautiful flowers and bird sounds. The 2 staff there that assisted us spoke excellent English and helped with anything we needed (woman at the front desk/in the kitchen was Rosie, I believe and the other man was maintenance and he was so kind, but I can't remember his name). My husband and I rented one of the suites and I think we were the only guests on site (we stayed on a weekday). Everything was very clean and orderly. I wouldve loved to see what the little bungalows looked like inside. The suite was huge with a wonderful jet tub. We had a door right out to the pool area. The dinner/breakfast Rosie cooked was delicious (some of the best food we had our entire trip and great prices). They also set up a cab for us to take back to the airport the next day at very little cost. I would 1000% stay there again.

I like the property, I had problems with the internet password

When I asked for an updated room or better as a courtesy because I didn’t like the one I had, the lady from the front desk did not care about that. Rooms are beautiful but it feels tight. Breakfast is okay but if you want something extra, they will charge you for that. Overall, I would give between 2 - 3 stars for this experience. I won’t comeback to this accommodation/hotel in the future. I rather pay a few more dollars for a better service and breakfast in another hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel!!

The management, the grounds and the room we had was comfortable and large. We wanted to use the pool but couldn’t. Would stay again anytime

Amazing customer service. My flight was delayed i wasnt able to communicate and arrived at 1am, they had a ride waiting, they were on top of it, what a relief. Mega clean, and a beautiful property. For a great price too! I was very impressed and grateful for my experience.

The food was excellent. Better than I had expected. The room is tiny, even for a hostel but I had everything I needed including excellent hi speed wi fi.
No complaints

I found the property disappointing. I could not get hot water for my shower at 3:30AM (early departure for flight). I paid for an expensive (by Ecuador standards) meal that was the worst food I had in Ecuador. The room felt like a prison. I will not stay again.

They were really nice and did a really nice job with our visit. They even ordered our dinner from a great local pizzaria for us. I will stay here again for sure

It is quite nice but basic. Good value for money. Convenient for the airport, but in the middle of nowhere otherwise. I wouldn't doubt staying there again if I needed to be close to the airport. We stayed in one of the huts, which was nice (not luxurious), I don't know whether the rooms in the other buildings are equally nice as I didn't see them. It has a nice, big garden, games room and indoor pool.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful; plus the breakfast is delicious!!

The biggest complaint is that for the price (almost $100), we should have gotten a nicer room with the queen bed we requested instead of a funky room with only a double.

Very dark no receptionist or reception desk breakfast was ok, no communication between rooms or outside world

Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a cozy place

We choose the property because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The latter turned out to be a taxi, just $8 compared to the usual $10. We had to leave the place at 5:30 in the morning, but they got up early to make us a warm breakfast, which was very much appreciated. They ordered the taxi and it was waiting for us at the correct time.

Beautiful grounds. Only stayed overnight, and it met my needs.

Little bit difficult to find the property since we arrived mid-night, but it was not far from the airport. The property was clean and very quiet.

We did not end up staying at the hotel as there was civil unrest during our expected stay. The hotel hung up on us multiple times and refused to provide us any details for the 24 hour airport shuttle. Finally, it ended up that all flights were cancelled and they refused to process a refund. I was so disappointed with how we were treated as all other hotels were so wonderful to us and went out of their way to communicate the situation. This hotel took advantage of the situation and I can only imagine that in similar situations other guests would be treated the same. There are so many amazing airport hotels that I would recommend booking over this one.

We stayed in a bungalow which sounded cute and fun. I think that the queen bed was really a full. The building was smaller than a ship's cabin (about 10 x10 feet) and I had to crawl over my husband to get into my side of the bed. The shower should have been cleaner. It wasn't all that close to the airport and there is zero to do in that area. They called us a ride to go to a mall and said that they could pick us back up. When I called for the pick up,they couldn't do that. We took a cab which was OK once we found a driver who knew where the place was. The morning breakfast was good. Only saw 2 people working there. One couldn't speak any English and another a little bit. We were told we could charge the room but when we checked out we had to pay cash. We asked for a cab in the AM, then changed it to 1/2 hr. earlier, but they forgot. We were almost late to meet our guide at the airport. Kind of frustrating at the beginning of an otherwise fabulous trip to the Galapagos.

Did not like airplane noise . After 11:;00 pm it was quiet.

They have nice wooden cabins also that a very small but cozy. It was something different but we really liked it.

It was not what I expected but an interesting experience. The property consists of small bungalows in a country setting. Very nice staff, clean room, and very close to the airport.

If you're staying over for another flight then OK but if you're looking to travel to Quito then stay closer to the city as the public transportation is not good and it's a 2KM walk to the nearest stop.
Had problems with TV and power the first night so they "upgraded" me to a suite. However it seems like there was remodeling still being done and wi-fi was poor (had to go to lobby.
If you're doing a stopover for another flight then location from airport is good but if you want to go into Quito then good luck as it's a 2hr trip into the city (45 if you use Uber or a taxi).
2.5
Family run property, the bungalows are beautiful wooden cottages just like the photos and very clean. The food is excellent and the family is very accommodating. Rustic, no frills, but great value for the money, I would stay here again. Very close to the airport, the perfect place to stay on your way into or out of Quito.

Great location if you are needing to be close to the airport. We stayed here on 4 occasion as we flew in and out of Quito to visit Ecuador. All our rooms were great (clean and comfortable) except one room (#5) which had a terrible soft bed so we couldn't sleep.
Good breakfast and great service. The managers always helped out storing luggage and booking taxis etc. We ended up using their taxi guy Manuel (lovely guy) to get about many places rather than taking a bus as it was so easy, time efficient and very cheap. Shuttle to from the airport $8, Mindo $70, Quito city $25 and Banos $100. The best rates when I compared to other options... I think this hotel can organise meals but we headed off to the Italian run pizza joint a 6 min walk away.
Bungalows are small but cute and cosy. The larger room is great if you want to spread out a bit. Nice and quiet and lovely grounds. Thanks to Ricky and Wilson for the great service :)
