Never stayed here before. It's a lovely little gem of a hotel in the perfect location for a lot of the bars at the north end of town. I had a single room which was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Great service. Would stay here again

What a great stay for our first time in Blackpool. Ian and Kevin were fantastic hosts, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the Manhattan was quaint and cozy. Everything catered for. If I come back to Blackpool in future I will definitely be staying at The Manhattan again.

We deliberately upgraded our stay to the Deluxe room this stay and was glad for the extra space and the fridge was a great touch. Breakfast had great choices and Ian and Kevin were super hosts.

Ian and Kevin are very welcoming, lovely, clean pleasant hotel. Unfortunately we had to cut short our break due to an emergency at home. However that didn't stop Ian and Kevin giving us a gift and card for out anniversary. Breakfast was 11 out of 10 and would definitely return and recommend 👌 😋.

3rd stay at this property. Nice central location, quiet small guesthouse. Very welcoming hosts, nice comfy bed and love the breakfast. Being vegan, host provided vegan sausage and vegan bacon. Definitely will be back.

On arrival ian checked us in and helped with our cases. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a card and box of chocolates in the room.such a nice gesture. Close to beach front and bout 15 minutes walk away from tower and shops. Perfect for us as stayed for two nights. Room was very clean it had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing is theres no onsite parking but ian helped us with that. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at the Manhattan. We were there for 2 nights. The owners were absolutely lovely and so attentive. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was really nice and lots of choice for such a short stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we're ever back.

The Manhattan was ideally located a very short walk from the local bars, restaurants and shops. The sea front was also very close as well. The hosts Ian and Kevin were very attentive and the breakfast selection was amazing.

An excellent stay at the Manhattan I have stayed here before and always enjoyed my stay an excellent breakfast as well very close to all amenities and really close to the train station nice touch with tea and coffee in the room with on suite as well I would definitely recommend this b&b.

What a lovely b&b fantastic couple who own the hotel lovely warm comfortable bedroom on the first floor which was requested. Nothing to much bother. Breakfast was excellent. I couldn't find anything that i could complain about. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Its simply fantastic

Stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival the landlords were more than accommodating, helped us in with luggage and really made us welcome . The room although compact was extremely clean and homely and had everything we needed including hot chocolate and biccys. Breakfast was amazing and accomodated both a veggie and bariatric. Lovely clean food and plenty of it. One of the landlords is an artist and his art is so beautiful, stunning landscapes , These are all tastefully displayed in the breakfast room, please take time to look..Just had to purchase one. Cannot recommend this little gem enough. Expectations exceeded thank you

The Manhattan is located in a street, only a few minutes walk from the beach and near the centre of town. The footfall from holidaymakers is light however, so it is pleasantly quiet during the day and at night. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and professional in all they did. Parking nearby (2 minute walk to a safe, cctv monitored site) is very reasonably priced when you purchase your tickets from the establishment you are staying at, rather than at the car park itself. My room was clean, comfortable, with a toilet/shower ensuite and had everything I needed for a nice relaxing stay. Breakfast was generous and tastily cooked. If the sights and sounds of Blackpool is what you are there for, ( I was there for my wife's nephew's 40th birthday party) the Manhattans location is perfect. The Tower is a few minutes walk away and the Pleasure Beach maybe a brisk fifteen minutes walk, although the tram service along the promenade is frequent, comfortable and reasonably priced. There are good restaurants and fast food outlets that cater for every taste and ethnic culinary preference. When I am next in Blackpool, the Manhattan will be my 'go to' place, if a room is available.

Very welcoming and friendly couple. The room was clean, tidy and well stocked. The breakfast was exceptoinal. The only downside was that the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe especially late in the evening.

Both Ian and Kevin could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely and clean and lots of little extras in the room. Because of the extreme hot weather the room was very very hot but this could not be helped. The breakfast was amazing, so all in all a brilliant place to stay.

Had a amazing weeked will definitely stay again .lovely Gentleman nothing to much trouble lots of little extras that i wasnt expecting for example mini fridge with fresh milk and water . Hairdryer , fan in the room dressing robes . Iron and ironing board on the landing . Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Room lovely and clean all in all lovely place to stay lovely people thankyou 💕

We came into Blackpool north Train station and went to Funny Girls both were only a short walk away! This 9 bedrooms B&B was spotlessly clean breakfast was excellent.. Ian & Kevin could not have been more helpful would recommend.
