A beautiful hotel in a great location. Would have liked to see a bit more attention to needs especially by the pool. A little more attention to cleanliness of the room is needed as felt sand on floor all week . Perhaps an official concierge would be good ..

It's a lovely place, newly renovated but with southern France charm. It was nice to wake up to an ocean view from the room. Very spacious bathroom with basic toiletries and sufficient towels. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

Such a peaceful haven which keeps us returning year after year. Hotel staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. 2022 saw the introduction of an evening meal option - the chef is excellent and you should definitely try it.

Nice little hotel. We did stay at the ground floor where we did have our own terrace. The A/C was not able to cool down the room? The WiFi connection was very bad in our room and when getting a signal outside it was very slow. Nice pool area and there was a Tennis area too. All in all a nice place close to the beach and the city. We would love to go back.

Hotel was clean and nice grounds however the hotel is in need of a style update. It did feel like we had stepped back into the 60s in the hotel itself. The hotel has potential, it is situated in a quiet area about 7mins walk from the beach, the hotel itself needs a bit of a refresh. Not being able to check in before 4pm was disappointing.

The staff were amazing and the location is great if you want to relax on the beach and have a quiet relaxing holiday. It's a 5 min walk to the beach where there are some amazing beach bars and restaurants and about a 15min walk from Cavalaire town centre where you'll find more great restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and great shopping! Nearby vineyards are fabulous! Breakfast was basic - not many options for vegetarians. Wi-Fi didn't work our room (only in the lobby/restaurant area) and was completely unavailable on the final day of our stay which was extremely inconvenient! Local transport (taxis) almost non-existent - I'd recommend driving.

Nice Hotel, from 3rd Level nice view over Cavalaire. Rooms are very clean. Nice Pool with bar and restaurant, unfortunately no small Snacks available there. overall needs a bit refurbishment.

We arrived late but they were all ready for us. The view out our window was exceptional. We looked out over beautiful gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast on the patio was wonderful. Hotel.com Discount made this a great value.

The customer service at the hotel was 10/10. They even helped us to get information on bus to St Tropez. Assistance and information and check in process was very good. Disappointing not to be able to get any kind of refreshment or hot drink at night or on returning to the hotel as the restaurant was closed while we were there and it is 10 minute walk to nearest food store. Other than that it was great.
